First let me say that I really appreciate your calm approach to asking these questions. It is quite nice to see this as opposed to the typical approach.
I will agree with what you have said to a point; however, the way topics are handled mean a lot in any industry and I feel these questionable topics have been handled very poorly by Brian. I will not lump MMTE into that category even though he works for MMTE - considering his position he is speaking on behalf of them.
Okay here is some of the basis for my current opinion of MMTE:
1) Brian/Liebs stated two different time frames for the release of the earlier financial statement.
2) The PRs consistently have errors in them - some have had to be re-released due to the errors.
3) Lieberman is surrounded (and has been surrounded) by con-men.
4) The way the Izzy situation and lawsuit situation was handled is a significant concern. It's not so much that there is a lawsuit it is more the way it was handled by MMTE and that certain topics came to light as a result of the filings.
5) I am personally concerned that MMTE will comment on CLIL obtaining land concessions but will not comment on anything else such as financing or the records of filings for concessions.
There are some other issues I have but because of interruptions it took me too long to just write these few.
This is a question that has been answered both ways so a PR is not necessarily a definitive statement filed by the company.
I have read of cases where PRs are not upheld - it depends on the judge, lawyer, how they are written, etc, etc.
Personally I believe that anything a company puts in writing should be able to be relied upon.
NOS - Based on what I have read from various sources I agree with that valuation. What I would like to see is the government documents indicating the concession agreements.
To be perfectly honest with you and the board - if I were to find these government filings it would have a big impact on my belief BUT if MMTE released these filings it would have a significant impact on my personal belief of MMTE/Lieberman.
I really agree with you on that posting.
First - I will say that whether the money comes from con-men or not ultimately does not matter assuming Liebs is legitimate and uses it to truly build a real company to then repay the con-men and doesn't look back.
Second - I also agree - proof of actual concessions is critical to determine the legitimacy of the company. We have PRs but where are the documents stating this information. Since it is government land it must be filed somewhere.
Third - I agree - the lawsuit has been beat to death and the only date that matters right now is 1 September. We will find out more after that date. The judge will determine if the lawsuit will continue or end!
Izzy is as much a bystander as any of the other defendants listed in the suit.
Izzy is most certainly listed in the lawsuit - there are emails associated with it.
Most of the information I have regarding the lawsuit is available publicly. The information can be found by searching the justia website - I also have a copy of the lawsuit filing that was posted on iHub for some time.
A year ago the money was being transferred - just is the case with the preferred shares purchased by others this year.
That is correct - VERT is currently not on the ask; however they were and they have been for some time. They moved up to 15 and could very easily get back into the ring.
The MMTE has more often than not held true in every sense - some people have argued this; however, in most cases it has held. There have been a few discrepancies but I think the smart money follows the MMTE chart and not opinion.
I think the lawsuit should be looked at very clearly and with open eyes instead of a one way stance. There are some aspects that do not make sense while there are others that appear to be very legitimate. What will the outcome be? No one really knows and it certainly will not be answered by iHub, MMTE or any lawyer - it will only be answered by the judge.
Again the problem that is more and more apparent is there is far too much discussion both positive and negative that contains little to no information to back it up.
The postings about what Lithium can be used for honestly do not apply to MMTE at this point in time.
Connections both positive and negative have not really been explained. When any negative connection is given there are severe comments made. When any positive connection is given there are glorious comments made. To me that is a significant issue - the purpose of this board is for discussion of MMTE regardless of IR Brian's 'agenda' talk.
Liebs has many current ties to known con-men. The current ties that can be proven with simple internet searches are with regards to other companies he is CEO of.
A more recent tie is with Izzy - this cannot yet be claimed as current since we cannot find anything definitive.
In most aspects it really depends if you want to believe what is written.
Whether the lawsuit is frivolous or not really doesn't matter because we have already seen it and other factors affect the PPS. It is ludicrous to believe that there is absolutely no basis to the lawsuit - there are too many facts associated with it.
The problem is the absence of rational thought in regards to many factors associated with MMTE.

Interesting indeed!
It takes more than one phone call/correspondence to alleviate some concerns. Information obtained from any company should be used to further investigate certain topics - both positive and negative.
Let's set the record straight - the question was asked if I have called/contacted Liebs. My answer is yes I have. Am I talking with Liebs/Brian now - no I am not.
I am certainly glad I can help with the situation at hand here!
I will continue posting concerns regarding MMTE and maybe some of the information I find along the way. Wouldn't want to just make statements without anything to back it up! That is done quite extensively in terms of positive information and in some cases some negative related items.
Maybe the DD and sources will begin to flow more freely for everyone to benefit.
I highly doubt your suspicions will be accurate - maybe for some but even if the PPS skyrockets I still will not change my opinion of the company. As previously stated I have significant concerns.
There are several examples of scam companies that have seen explosive stock prices.
If I am able to find adequate information that relieves my concerns than I would support this stock the way I did in the past before I started putting a lot of pieces together.
To answer your question - yes I have had communication with William. My conversations with William revealed answers that appear to be legitimate in most cases.
I am still here because I still have a vested interested. If I ever begin selling I would certainly tell my financial advisers.
Because of IR Brian's standard 'agenda' regarding anyone that questions MMTE I cannot help but to think there has been far too many talking to Brian and repeating his 'agenda'.
I have already received some answers from the company regarding some of the concerns I have; however, based on recent developments some of those responses appear to be incorrect.
Regardless of the current PPS my attitude of MMTE will not change unless/until adequate information is found regarding some of my concerns.
IMO there will have to be some significant changes in a lot of aspects, additional proof beyond PRs, etc.
My negative opinions have been based on the significant amount of factors that I have found and the various aspects of the puzzle that I have put together.
I have stuck around in hopes that at some point we would begin seeing more daily/day-to-day movement and possibly begin going upward again in PPS.
Is today that start of the upward momentum? That is yet to be seen but possibly tomorrow?
I certainly appreciate your help and advice regarding investing in MMTE; however, I have my own opinions and will act accordingly.
Since it is just money MMTE causes me no stress whatsoever. It is certainly not the only one that my portfolios contain.
Negative and positive attitude is what moves stock prices; otherwise you would not see any movement, no buying/no selling.
I believe you are mistaken regarding the bottom. It has been pointed out several times today that the support is at 8. Charts and the reaction today has supported that claim.
This stock still somewhat follows charts. News has consistently moved this south, IMO what we are seeing (will soon see) is increased buying based on lower PPS and as such an increase to higher PPS.
So the recommendation should be to buy around 7/8 (average down) and hold to see the increase buying due to the low PPS.
Almost sounds like a momo play huh?
I still hold shares and as such have an interest in MMTE. I never claimed not to have an interest I just stated I do not believe and I have significant questions.
Obviously money can be made on any stock if you play your cards right. My decisions are based on my opinions.
Interesting advice - so does that mean there are financial advisers on the board now?
If one hates to see another lose money then wouldn't you suggest flipping to recover? That sounds very promising to me. Especially if we continue seeing decent highs and lows.
I am glad to hear that there are some around that care about others losing money.
It may not be purpose driven - no agenda involved. IR Brian needs to get off the agenda talk and quit telling everyone about agendas!
If MMTE is driven by news why has it consistently dropped with news?
It has been mentioned before that news would be somewhat held back until after the lawsuit; so now Liebs is stating they are going to release several important PRs? Does that mean a lower drop in PPS?
No but I have read about things like that happening as well. I agree those things exist but is not likely happening with MMTE.
One thing to keep in mind is that MMTE technically owns nothing; even if the concessions are legitimate they do not belong to MMTE. They belong to CLIL which is controlled by MMTE.
Since MMTE only has a controlling interest in CLIL it could be one reason the PPS continues to drop.
CLIL can continue to focus on land, production, etc but at what point will MMTE benefit?
There is a hearing on 1 September and it is directed by the Judge and includes the judge. Based on prior discussions on this board and other areas it seems as if the outcome of this specific hearing will be to set schedules of the future hearings and such. It may likely include some preliminary information regarding claims made, documentation, etc and potentially to determine if a settlement is possible.
Regardless I think things will become much clearer after the hearing on 1 September.
Dilution means more than just the typically referenced definition (Company selling shares). This is what is being missed by many people.
So yes you are correct - according to the company the float has not changed and obviously nothing has been registered to date.
As previously discussed - there are other references to companies that involve Salvatore and how there is an apparent decline in the PPS once that involvement occurs.
Interesting isn't it? I believe this was brought up a while back and was criticized at that time. Seems it may have been a very legitimate correlation!
