Plaintiffs: M & A Advisors, LLC and Dominic Martinez
Defendants: William Lieberman, Izzy Goldreich, Mammoth Energy Group, Inc., John Does 1-10 and XYZ Companies 1-10
Case Number: 1:2011cv04813
Filed: July 13, 2011
Court: New York Southern District Court
I heard rumors about a lawsuit developing in New York back in May
See this post where I mentioned it:

Word was that Robert Hantman was going to represent a group in New York in a lawsuit against Lieberman and MMTE.
M & A Advisors, LLC and Dominic Martinez are both connected to Joe Overcash and Daniel Starczewski
Joe Overcash is the former CEO of MMTE and Daniel Starczewski used to be owed money from MMTE because of a debt Note he owned.
After Lieberman took over MMTE he tried to cancel all of Overcash's preferred shares and he also tried cancel the debt Note due to Daniel Starczewski through Starczewski's company, Starr Consulting Inc.
From the 2010 annual report filed on 4/15/11:
Those shares convert at a 5000:1 ratio so Overcash lost 3,292,500,000 shares.
It looks like one or both of these actions may now be coming back to haunt him and MMTE in court.
Dominic Martinez is Ashley Martinez' husband.
M&A Advisors LLC has Thomas Pierson's wife, Beatriz Pierson, as an officer - Thomas Pierson used to be an officer of that company until last year.

I've done many posts on this group in the past (here is an example):

You'll find them all named in the Greenstone Holdings litigation:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2011/comp21863.pdf
Ashley and Dominic Martinez own the New Age Sports business entity
Thomas Pierson, Daniel Starczewski, and Joe Overcash all show up in that litigation by name.
This is what happens when you take over a dirty shell. You can't just clean it up by canceling shares owned by past officers and canceling debts owed to past debt holders.
It's not that easy to clean up dirty shells. This is why only dirty people tend to take over dirty shells.
1manband did a great post about this very subject:

MMTE has been a dirty shell going all the way back to the 1980s

It is interesting that Izzy Goldreich is named in the litigation with Lieberman and MMTE. Goldreich has a very very shady past of his own. He has even shown up in past lawsuits because of alleged fraud. Definitely not a good sign that he is involved with this company.
