I spoke to Mike Parker three weeks ago, and, he told me that they would know more about the financing (JV, dilution, loan or sell assets, etc) on or about September 15. I know this was a very ball park estimate, but that's all I asked for at that time. They have potential investors, but he said, they did not want to sell the farm to get money to move forward and I can't blame them. Yet I think I will call Mike on September `13 or 14 to see where the negotiations are at or I might e-mail him sooner. I'm waiting for news, that, they have financing for fracking and then I'm jumping in with both feet as I feel this stock will hit one dollar to one-fifty, once the money is aguired and the fracking crew is on site. I heard it is taking 2, 3 or 4 months to get a fracking crew on site, it that correct?

I pretty much agree with pigroast because I don't think they have enough equity to secure a 15 million loan and they'd need another 2 or 3 million for operating costs. IMHO

Sounds good. I believe these guys will get this well started for fracing, its just a matter of time. But at this point in time its anybodys guess as to when that will be. One, two, three months, or more???? They have to borrow against their equity and/or dilute and this could happen ay anytime, who knows.

Talked to Mike Parker yesturday and he said they was working dilligently on negotiations to obtain the funds to move forward. They have plenty of big players interested but they want to see production before they committ to anything. As for dilution goes, they want to try to borrow the money against their assets so it does not drive the price any lower. Lastly they do not want to sell the farm so to speak to obtain a JV partner. He was very vague because they do not want to say anything that is not already published news.

Ya, I agree, we have alot more info. now as compared to when they were drilling. As now we know they may have 500 billion cf of ng per 640 acers etc... It very well may keep the price per share at .35 to .40, plus you have news of the merger in may and supplies comming in as well as the highering of a fracing crew. All these factors will cause the price to go up some but not alot as we would like to see. But in July I'm going to purchase alot more shares, because I truly feel the price will be as low as it will go before it takes off. IMHO....

With May, June and July before any real action starts on the fracing of this well, it's very realistic to have this price fall to .28 to .30 cents.
That was the bottom when the long drilling operation took place from May to December of 2010. IMHO

I totally agree... IMHO I think the merger is not going to move the stock hgher, because MNLU and AEXP have already merged. As MNLU has all of AEXP's assets, so the paperwork is a mere formality at this point. Second, it's a waiting game, because this stock is not going to move IMO, until the fracking crew pulls onto the site. As this news leaks out and the production date gets closer that's the time to put your money on the table. As for me I'm already in so that is not an option, but I will increase my investment at that time with any available funds I can scrape together. Good luck to all!!!

Thanks for your detailed response. It really helps me understand the terminology as I'm realitively new to the oil and gas industry. But from what I've seen so far, it's very rare that someone loses money in the gas and oil stocks. I've put all my funds into MNLU for the long haul, and IMO it's going to be a 10 bagger plus.

I agree .30 cents is greaaat by me becuase I'll just buy all I can but we have to wait and see. In fact what ever it's at come august I'll load up for some of those windfall profits and we all know it's coming to pass. I agree I guess, at least we are out of drilling phase. But on the brighter side I believe once the wells fracked and producing the stock will hit 3 dollars in 2-days and move to 5 in 5-days or higher. At least this is what I fell could happen. Compare to BDCO (Blue Dolphin)it went from 2 dollars to 9 dollars in one week or so, even though this was only a pipe line company. There was another natural gas play that hit big ROLY, it went from 1.5 dollars to 7 dollars in a weeks time,and now it's at 5 or so.

With no real news until they frack well in august or september I feel the bottom is going to be at .30 cents in august. Unless of course chevron or china buys them out at 7 or 8 dolars a share. Just my guess.

If this is true, they frack on July 1st, production starts first week in August, but they could frack sooner depending upon flooding. 90% probability of a buy out, because MNLU is an exploration company, unless they decide the gas business is more lucrative? Only my view.

I'm new here, but I wanted to know what you thought about this. One I would really like to know if they are going to fracture the well before May 10th, as this was the date they spud the well last year. Two, can they even find a fracking crew to frack the well before that time period runs out, and three, why don't they just tell us if they are going to wait until after the flooding to frack the well on or about july 1st.
As no fracking rig wants to be stranded for 3-months on site waiting for flood waters to recede. Msybe me or someone should call Peter Wilson about these questions? Please give me some insight.
