Arch,
Thanks for the welcome. Short term your .40-.90 scenario looks very good on SMXT. Small volume will move this big time. The basic per share value of the company with a conservative p/e of 10 is 3.00 as of now. This is going to be a great trading stock for a while until events catch up with it, then.....Boom. I'm still buying in now, I haven't rounded out my position yet so I feel that yes, there is considerable upside from here. The link to my TSRG thread:

You sign up then select TSRG from the menu. I hope you stop on by, but whatever you do get a piece of that stock, its going on a ride. Jungl
2desire. You are always welcome to repost anything I do, besides I usually take it from somebody else in the first place. How have you been? Make sure you buy into SMXT and soon, ridiculously small float, heavy contracts in the offing and a possible merger/acquisition in the works. This is a new play, the RB board is only a few days old. Maninfla is the originator of the DD, he is no dummy when it comes to these plays. The spread is huge because the MMs got caught off guard with the demand for it and are struggling to restore an orderly market(sure they are). Not too many OTCBB plays get my dander up these days, but this stinks of money and soon, like next week. So get a piece at any rate. Stop over to my thread once in a while or I'll stop sending you lazy bums these great picks...lol Jungl

Today Norway sits on approximately half of the remaining reserves of oil and gas in Europe. It covers 10 per cent of

Norway is now preparing the development of the Ormen Lange field, a major gas field situated at a depth of 1,200 metres

perspective includes the Barents Sea, the arctic part of the Norwegian shelf.

Norway has a clearly defined goal: to continually simplify technology so that Norwegian oil and gas are competitive even
when oil prices are low. Norway is a member of the International Energy Agency (IEA) but not of the Organization of
Petroleum Exporting Countries, Opec. The Norwegian economy and its petroleum exports face westwards towards the
OECD area. Nevertheless, Norway, as the world's second biggest exporter of oil, has a pragmatic relationship with Opec

HERE"S PATCHMAN'S POST:
OK folks, Bill Woodburn interview. Just got off the phone with Jean and shared information about her visit with Mr.
Woodburn and she also said George Hillyer was present. First off Jean said they were very helpful and she left with a very
positive feeling. First; They have 5 producing gas wells in W.V. and 7 producing oil wells in Wyoming. Second: Yes they
transport NG in their pipeline at a profit. Third; Approximate cost for drilling new well is 230,000 dollars. Fourth; They sub
all their drilling. Fifth; Quarterly report will be out by the end of Feb. Sixth; We should see positive earnings some time this
year barring any catastrophies. Seventh; They have shot one siesmic 3d in the Trenton River area and are beginning the
second. There should be some new data available soon on the internet. Eigth; Question to Mr. W. was Have there been
any anomilies discovered to suggest a big ng deposit. In response , this is not a qoute because I was not present, he said
very possible. Ninth; Guatamalla, No drilling has been done as yet. They must first finish up formalities there first. Their law
states they must be in a joint venture with a company from Guatemalla. Mr. W. then showed Jean pictures and maps of
Guatemalla, and said they are concentrating their efforts on W.V. now. Tenth; There are no recent shares involved in the
BK case. This is a very old case stemming back to when there were only two employees. Eleven; There has been no PR
blackout. Twelve; They do have a partner in mind for the Trenton Black River project. Thirteen; They have an interest in
Alaska, but it is up in the air. Fourteen; They definately have enough cash flow to survive. Fifteen; The Bush administration
effect. Probablly positive. Sixteen; Mr. W. believes that ng prices should hold 5 per mcf for the next couple years. That's
about it though Mr. Woodburn did mention ng power plants a couple of times to Jean and she left feeling very good about
her investment. Peace to all Patch. I,ll try to answer some questions if my daughter will let me on the pc.

hasbro123, Those MM trades are supposed to be reported differently now.
Riskless Principal Trade Reporting Rules
A new rule went into effect on February 1, 2001 that effects how Nasdaq and OTC-BB volume is reported. If I'm
interpreting it correctly, the main difference is that trades executed between market makers at the same price are
considered to be “riskless principal” transactions, and are reported only once and not twice.
The upshot is that the new rules decrease the amount of REPORTED volume shown for both individual stocks and for the
Nasdaq and OTC-BB markets as a whole, but not the ACTUAL volume. There was a noticeable drop in reported volume
on both the Nasdaq and the OTC-BB on February 1st. The drop in volume could be misleading due to the new rules. You
might take this into account if you're using volume as an indicator of market conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers about the Changes to Nasdaq’s Riskless Principal Trade Reporting Rules
(PDF Document)
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/trader/faqs/risklessfaq.pdf
Rule Changes Pertaining to Transactions in Nasdaq and OTC Securities (excerpted from National Association of
Securities Dealers, Inc. [NASD ® ] Notice to Members 99-65)
General
1. When do the new riskless principal trade-reporting rules go into effect?
The rules go into effect on February 1, 2001, at which time market participants will be required to report transactions
according to the new rules.
2. Do the new riskless principal rules apply to Nasdaq securities, as well as all other securities traded in the
over-the-counter market?
The new riskless principal rules apply to Nasdaq National Market ® securities (NNM), Nasdaq SmallCap SM securities
(SmallCap), OTC Bulletin Board ® securities (OTCBB), Nasdaq convertible debt securities, and all other securities
traded in the over-the-counter (OTC) market (e.g., pink sheet securities). The riskless principal rules described in this
Notice to Members do not apply to Nasdaq InterMarket SM transactions in exchange-listed securities. Rather, a separate
rule proposal that specifically covers transactions in the Nasdaq InterMarket was recently approved by the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC), which is separately described in Notice to Members 99-66.
3. Do the new rules define what is a “riskless principal” transaction?
Existing NASD trade-reporting rules define “riskless principal” transactions effected by non-Market Makers, and require
non-Market Makers that execute riskless principal transactions to not report the offsetting transaction with the non-Market
Maker’s customer to the tape. The new rules simply extend the existing riskless principal trade-reporting rules to cover
transactions effected by Market Makers, provided that the transactions are done at the same price.
Under the new rules, a Market Maker reports a “riskless” principal transaction once if the Market Maker receives an order
to buy (sell) a security, and then purchases (sells) the security as principal at the same price as the order in hand to satisfy
the order to buy (sell). Generally, a riskless principal trade involves two orders, the execution of one being dependent upon
the receipt or execution of the other; hence, there is no “risk” in the interdependent transactions when completed. Only
when the condition or dependency is satisfied is the offsetting trade effected, the transaction completed, and only a single
trade report required. Such condition may involve an institutional customer order, the execution of which is dependent
upon finding the other side, in whole or in part, or a transaction dependent upon the execution of all or a part of the order
placed with another firm or market.
To the extent that any of the order is offset with another principal execution, that portion is deemed riskless and should be
reported only once. If a portion of the order is not offset with another principal transaction, that portion would represent risk
and should be reported to the tape. See Question 16 for an example.
Additionally, as set forth in more detail in Question 4, if a member finds the other side of an institutional order and matches
off the orders, the presumption will be that the trade is riskless principal.

I would like you all to realize the significance of this energy bill proposal, with it will come stability in valuation by Wall Street. The energy sector has NEVER had anything near valuation stability. What would that mean? Upgrades across the board by analysts, stocks held in funds for growth potential, energy no longer regarded as "dangerous" because of OPEC machinations. Basically a new world for energy stocks.
FACTBOX - Senate energy bill oil, natgas provisions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
USA: January 31, 2001
WASHINGTON - Here are key provisions of energy legislation to be introduced next week by Republican Senate
lawmakers that would increase domestic oil and natural gas production.
* Reduce US dependence on foreign oil from the current level of 55 percent of domestic supplies to 54 percent in 2005,
52 percent in 2008 and 50 percent by 2010.
* Open 1.5 million acres of the Arctic National Wildlife Refugee to oil and natural gas drilling, with tracts leased to energy
firms within 20 months of bill's enactment into law.
* Arctic refuge leases would be for 10 years, with drilling tracts no larger than 5,670 acres each.
* Provide a $3 per barrel tax credit to low-volume well owners when oil prices fall below $15 a barrel.
* Provide a 50-cent tax credit on each 1,000 cubic feet of natural gas produced from low-volume wells when gas prices fall
below $1.67 per thousand cubic feet.
* Reduce cash royalties owed by major energy firms from off-shore production when oil prices fall below $18 a barrel and
below $2.30 per thousand cubic feet for 90 consecutive days. There would be no cut in royalties for onshore production
when prices fell.
* Reduce royalties on oil and natural gas drilled in water depth of more than 200 meters.
* Reduce time and cost of obtaining federal permits to build natural gas pipelines that cross state borders.

txh1139. In regards to raunchey, I don't believe he is having a breakdown of any sort. When you monitor the boards constantly as many do, its difficult to maintain a positive posture with the bashing and disinformation flying about. He is frustrated with the company in regards to the lack of PR on some issues, he can't be blamed for negativity really. It takes much faith to hang in on the otcbb during hard times when other issues are taking off. Some of these bashers can make a saint second guess his convictions. The reality is some of these manipulators are very very good at what they do, which is to make you doubt your own judgement. I can thank my wife for keeping me on track, when I mention I'm thinking about changing my position on an issue, she'll ask me what had happened thats making me question my judgement. Yin and Yang, that lady is my balance without question. Think about the stocks you bailed on just to watch them fly to your original expectations a week later, its sobering. Its difficult to learn to trust your own instincts and judgement, then stick to the original equation they brought about. Everyone has instincts AND judgement to some degree, the successful learn to listen to them and trust them. Its probably one of lifes most subtle and yet difficult lessons.
gabster2. Just saw your basher application on RB, you just had to mess with my Sawzall didn't you? And EVERYBODY knows Elvis was just hanging out for the Mother Ship! Sheesh.
patch, Good to see you here. Mending well, still can't negotiate steps well but I walk around the block 4 times a day and I can drive. My wife is a Reiki practitioner and she works on the leg 3 times a week. I just dodged the bullet with my surgeon, no more bone graft..thank God. Another 6 wks in bed would have driven me very close to the edge of sanity. I like the idea of your friends visit, I'm grateful that people will sacrifice thier personal time for that, very decent indeed. I see on the RB board that bifitnow has also seen a conection with candle and Janice456, you can change a great deal about yourself on the exterior but the human ego will burn you every time. Don't be a stranger now patch, hang out a little. Take care homey.
OK, I've looked at the PR list. Dec27 was a PR regarding the phony BK. Dec18 was the year end report. Dec11 was the PR regarding Nolan#4. This cannot be an SEC quiet period, its too short. Now I'm going to have another sleepless night thinking about this. It will be 90 days since the 1.5mil share purchase, thats all. My opologies if I fired up your burners with a bad estimate and assumption. The root of assumption being ass is appropriate here.

Guaranteed its a pro team. They are pumping for all they're worth now. They'll control the board while they exit a massive position and coo the board so as not to cause a panic selloff, thusly maximizing thier gains. And RB has assisted to those ends by threatening the TOSD longs with permanent curtailment of membership if they continue to post what they have declared spam. I urge any or all of you to outline this and send it to the SEC. These people will tank the coming run in a heartbeat, they are ORGANIZED. Stic uses the same method EVERYWHERE and is still in business. ALWAYS admitting to large positions. Its a smart play, and it apparently works.
rock265
It will be 90 days from the Nov 6 purchase of shares by the pres and VP next week, pretty much aligning that with an SEC silent period requirement. I don't know about you, but I'm as fired up as can be about the possible ramifications of this little twist. Hilyer would not spend a month looking at office walls, brother, we've got action coming our way.
txh1139,
You do a very good job of pizzing on the bash parade "over there", my compliments. Yes, they warned me last week. Unfortunately it went to my wifes AOL addy which she doesn't use, and I switched to DSL last month. Her computer is in our 2d floor office and I cannot yet negotiate stairs, so it went unread until I discovered I couldn't sign on. Have you ever known me to spam? Thats what I was TOSD for. And that pimple on the azz of the world openly solicites his L2 and NDB for personal profit. When honestly seen, we all carry a measure of hypocrisy with us, that man carries a good measure of it. The boards that are heavily bashed are being worked on by teams that are well coordinated. Don't be fooled into thinking its 1 or 2 with multiple aliases, I'd bet my retirement that they are a for pay SERVICE offered to corporate clients from professional offices. There are millions of $ involved, someone will capitalize on the niche, you can bet your capitalist butt on it. The SEC up to now has only prosecuted pump and dump profiteers, they are the easiest to convict. They will eventually start nailing other manipulators when the pool of easy convictions dry up, its the nature of the law game. My last post to you was thanking you on the tip about zonealarm and the testing sight, I had remembered it was you after your post. Have a good one.
Hello Board, Junglrulz here. Candlestic had me TOSd from RB today...for posting OT to TXH. I sent my brother the Email from RB to post on the tsrg board, his handle is DarkAura. I believe candl to be a rather intelligent stock manipulator as pointed out by ghostdancr tonight, you'll notice his TA is at least a bubble off. Another point, ALL the bashers are now singing the praises of TSRG to all who'll listen. Do I detect a highly manipulated run about to occur? Maybe the last chance to increase positions on tsrg before a bonafide shareprice increase. Tantalizing to think about, poker anyone?
