It was not difficult to talk with Bill Carraway. He had a way of making you confident in what he would tell you, so much that it was believable. More than anything, a communication with current management in context of a company update would be especially encouraging right about now; an update based on fact and not conjecture, one listing the outcome of those events talked about in the two audio interviews and past public news items. That would go a long, long way in building confidence in management abilities and business plan execution.
This one day run-up at the end of the month appears more like a set up to sell off shares purchased last month at 1ç. There's no reason for it, unless you consider a leaking of insider information and I don't believe that for an instant.
I think I may have found where GRNO management has been hanging out while avoiding investors. I anticipate that it will all come to an end when they have to start paying for services rendered. Then maybe they'll be getting some back order work done, even though it means investors must wait another year to see those filings.

It'll soon be legal to pay for sex in Ontario brothels
?The Nevada of the North? The top court in the Canadian province of Ontario issued a ruling today that legalized brothels and also allows prostitutes to have security staff. In its ruling, the court said prostitution is a dangerous profession in which risk is increased by laws preventing sex workers from working in groups in one location with security and other staff. Beginning next year, prostitutes will be allowed to work in brothels, and starting April 25, they can begin hiring bodyguards. One provision left in place is a law barring public communication for purposes of prostitution (picking up a prostitute on the street).?
And it's back to Edmonton, boys. Time to sharpen your pencils.
Double post? No idea how that happened.
If you have information regarding GRNO, it would be better if you shared it with everyone monitoring this board and the credibility of the and the impact of that information would rise or fall on its own merits.
Total volume 5,800 today. Also total volume on the regsho short list.

This is not the first time I've seen this "on balance" situation show up.

Of course, this means nothing, according to some. Probably just a coincidence or three.
China taps Shell for shale gas projects. Shell (RDS.A) has signed its first-ever production-sharing contract to explore, develop and produce shale gas in China. The deal adds to one that Total (TOT) is finalizing with Sinopec (SNP) as China looks to foreign firms for their technical and operational know-how to develop its huge reserves of the fuel.
Correction! In a public announcement of 8/5/11, GRNO reported a quantified volume of slop oil:
"Oil Production for the Month of July Breaks Previous Record by Approximately 1,700 bbls".
In their announcement of 4/19/11, GRNO reported another anticipated record month and an anticipated $300,000 in revenue for the month.
I still see nothing but implications involving actual sales of processed slop oil product. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, either by the SEC or the IRS. I anticipate an announcement for them before one from GRNO management regarding any financial report is filed.
All available info is at: greenoasisenvironmental.com and customcarbonprocessing.com
I can only tell you that what I have posted here regarding what I was told in my conversations with members of GRNO/CCP management is true and accurate. Today is the 21st of March. This is the first day following the updated and on line expectations of the Wibaux facility.
As of right now, this moment, I don't expect the information I received is anymore than speculation, at best on the part of management and very likely no more that smoke. At this time, I see no reason to think otherwise and I intend to delay any fact finding excursion I am planning to that Wibaux facility until I see a public announcement from management that what I was told in conversation regarding Wibaux, web site updates, delinquent SEC filings and that mysterious equipment that had been reported to be ordered ("acquired") last May and shipped and arrived on site as stated by management in those conversations.
At this point in time, I am questioning my own vision because I've seen absolutely no advancement in any aspect of the company nor have I seen any indication of legitimacy in this company. My next activity will involve contacting Atty. Mitchell for what little, if any disclosure she might provide in regard to her activity involving GRNO. I would encourage all to use the resources provided to contact management and engage in conversation with those folks.
As for the volume of slop oil the company has processed in the last year, there have been public announcements stating percentage increases over the previous year or years but I have seen no quantifiable amounts reported and even more troublesome, no account of any product volume that has ever been sold at profit or shipped to Shell Trading or any other buyer.
Ok, how about this little tidbit; Last Thursday morning, my nine year old granddaughter called me and asked if I'd take her to play tennis. I did. She had never played on a court in her life but had hit balls against a handball court last summer. We worked on her serve for almost an hour. We left the court with happy smiles on our faces as she realized how difficult it is for a nine year old to consistently and accurately serve over the net and into the opposite back court in her first hour of practice. It's always a psychological lift to succeed at a task at any age.
Ok. Your turn.
Last time I talked with them, they called me. And I do need to call again. The Wiboux facility is scheduled to be up and running tomorrow, the 20th. I'm curious how that timeline is going.
Most of the questions I listed were the ones I forgot to ask and I thought I was prepared.
Just one more puzzling question to ask would be about the subject of this past post:

Ramos & Ramos Investors Inc. seems more like a company that was just set up for the mere purpose of this stock promotion of GRNO.
The entity was just formed in July of 2010.
It has served no other purpose that can be found besides paying for these recent stock promotions.

It's not uncommon for somebody to set up an LLC just for the purpose of doing financial transactions in secrecy.
You know she would have switched you to one of the site managers or even the CEO, Pete, if you'd have asked. If you got to the trouble to call and your call is answered, you will want a barrage of questions readily available; stuff like, where's Waldo and how much cleaned slop oil have you shipped to Shell Trading, so far this year? Also, when will you have web sites updated and most important, when will you have the first of many audited financial reports filed with the S.E.C., those that a reporting public corporation, as you have claimed you are, would be expected to provide as the rules indicate for a reporting public corporation?
They'll probably refer to you as a "greedy investor" and give you the run-a-round or the "cold shoulder" so it won't be nearly as informative a conversation as you would hope for but at least you'll know someone there is alive and they'll know someone out here in the cheap seats really does give a sh*t. You could mention how some investors think Michel St. Pierre, in house legal consultant is a serious leak in the payroll because the company has to delegate the legal responsibilities to an outside independent counsel which, by the way, has still taken a year with no results indicated. You could as about Aldo Rotondi, what his relationship with GRNO is and what the strategy was intended when he resigned his position as Treasurer and then, within a short period of time, assumed the same position. Any such small talk is always welcomed. Just let it all hang out and have a good time. You're paying for it, if you're an investor, that is.
Debbie Morrison, probably.
Do you recall who you talked with?
This is a series of photos of the McBeth pools in Campbell county, WY.
http://criticalhabitat.fws.gov/docs/tails-08022007/61411/e61391.pdf
It's from 2007.
Well, it's sure being ignored now.
Well, the smart hands would have ignored it during the 1996 pump up and invested in AOL.
The strong hands are the ones who hold on. The weak hands are the ones who let go out of fear.
I intended to inform the other day, that if you Google Map Wibaux, MT, follow east to where
I-94 takes the south east diagonal where Yates road turns south, you'll see some railroad tracks that parallels I-94 to Beach, ND. Follow those tracks into town, zooming in until you see the railroad yard where there are tanks and silos and several siding tracks and railcar or engine service facilities. That location is only a several miles from the Michels project just off Black Diamond Road. I can understand why the Michels is being ramped up. It looks to be an ideal strategic location to transport oil stock by tank truck to rail tank cars. From there, the fastest route to Houston is Wibaux - Billings and down through WY to Denver and on south to Texas, Dallas and Houston. The depart point at Beach is BNSF and from Beach to Wibaux looks like an industry turn and then to Billings and it's double main line haul all the way. It's the fastest, least expensive mode of travel and delivery shouldn't be more than two days en route, if memory serves correctly. Prior, it was in my mind that it would be truck transport. Unlikely.
I know I've said this before but I think this will be the up-turn year. Go-juice is going up because oil is going up (price wise, I mean) and it's in the business plan to hold until prices increase. This will succeed. That's business success, I'm referring to. It still doesn't necessarily mean any investor outside Management will ever see a return on Investment. At this point, I'm giving it a 50/50 chance in hell.
I got a call from Matt, this morning. Stephen Taylor is still the P.R. person, the plan to update information on the web sites is still in the works but may take six months (my interpretation and my estimate). Shell Trading will take all the oil CCP can process. Hell, I forgot to ask if there's actually been any processed. Should that Keystone pipeline ever be approved and built, it will run through the Wibaux area and CCP is expected to benefit from it, although that plan is not even being discussed. I now have a more accurate location of the Michels Wibaux site. I found what I believe to be the old site and the new site. Google map shows likely structure approximately three miles east of Hiway 7 on Black Diamond Road. The crossroad is Yates Road. If you go north, you will find an east-west road that goes east to almost Interstate 94. That's Yates Road and it runs parallel with I-94 on a diagonal until 94 veers eastward and Yates Rd veers south. If you follow Yates road to and just past Black Diamond Road, you will see a turn-off to the west of Yates Rd that leads up to a patch with some structure on it that very closely resembles the tanks with the stairs and catwalk that's in the photos at the CCP website. Also, the tanks on the right side of the picture as you look up the turnout drive resemble the structures shown on the aerial map. I think thats the original facility. Just to the south of that on on Yates Rd and to the west is another turnoff that leads to another patch. It looks kind of like a comma or apostrophe laid on its side. I think that's where the new site is being constructed.
The picture gets blurry if you get to close but it appears to closely resemble the tanks and stairway with catwalk in the photos of the Oklahoma site. That equipment was dismantled and moved to MT, according to what I read. It could also be tanks that were moved from the Waldo site.

Zoom in and out on this map (hope it works for you) and you'll see what I mean.
Also, it was Michel who made the "greedy investor" comment. It is my plan to take a ride up there in early April. I assure you, if Michel happens to be there and we meet, I will not be the "greedy investor" type he is expecting. It would be more likely that he take me for the guy who wrenched together the plumbing on the tank reassembly structure and welded any cracks in the seams of the tanks. But I have to give him some latitude in wake of his blather. After all, he is a lawyer. Regarding GRNO; I'm glad to see it hold 2¢.
That's my two cents worth.
You're welcome. I haven't made another call this week. I've got a daylight project I'm working on so I'm not finding the time until after regular business hours. I got to thinking about that "greedy investor" remark Pete made, too. I don't consider myself greedy just because I'd like to see a profit return on my investment. In my mind's eye, that's not greedy; it just makes good business sense. That's what I told him. I neglected to ask him definition of "greedy". I might have asked him if it could be those such as Aldo, Ramos and Ramos or the many U.S. legislators that exempted themselves from prohibitive insider trading laws.
I'm not selling. I've been in this hole for over fifteen years. Considering the "green" posture of America, the corporate name alone is worth $millions. It's just unfortunate that it's been pockmarked through its history by fraud. There was a time it was worth $10 a share and I could have sold it for a profit but I didn't. Then shortly after, it was announced that an investigation was underway by John Reed Stark, D.O.J. and trading was stopped. I was naive and believed that B.C. was on the level and could prevail in his legal problems. Plus there were people (bulletin board posters) close to Carraway and O'brien, the main actors in the scam orchestration, one of which also drank the kool-aid, told some infractional falsehoods to investigators and was also charged and fined. He's still around but it is not my intention to kick that dead horse. Who knew a gifted printer would constitute compensation? That's what can happen when you fancy yourself as an "insider" and are not.
I forgot to ask about the progress of the Texas facilty. I doubt if there is much changed there. I am expecting updates to the GRNO and CCP web sites within two months. March 20 is just around the corner and the winter weather has been mild, even in WY and MT. I just want to make sure I'm not swayed by unwarranted optimism. We will see. PPS was around $6. I hope I have answered all of your questions.
You're welcome but none necessary. My phone package includes unlimited (to a point) long distance (in country). I called the number listed for Sidney and got Debbie who connected me with Mark who connected me directly to the boss. I didn't ask but I figure he and the others are all in Edmonton which would not be included in the long distance package, had I not been transferred. I've got to tell you though, I was very suspicious and apprehensive about the evasiveness of non-information I received and all I got was deflection to my questions about the facility in the Sidney area. Questions I asked about its location, were met with responding question about why I wanted to know. When I answered that it was because I was unable to find it in the location area described on their websites, the response was only that it had been closed and was no longer in operation and equipment had been moved to the Michel facility in the Wibaux area. I asked where it had been located and to that, I don't remember the location I was given although I was told it wasn't south but southeast. I asked if that would put it in N.D., because that's where I thought S.E. would put it since the location on the website put it right there at the river where we thought it should be. Regardless, I asked about website updates to correct the inaccuracies. I was told that that was in the discussions. On the location of the Wibaux facility, the directions came really fast and from more than one voice though I could not determine how many. I think they must have had me on speaker phone. Then came the remark about greedy investors which must have been warranted by any question, legitimate or otherwise. I responded that I didn't understand why I should be regarded as a "greedy investor", that my holdings were, by any standard, meager, that I have held them for over fifteen years. He told me he'd buy them from me at the current price. I told him what I posted here several days ago; that I saw no reason to sell worthless stock and that I would hold onto them and give them to my grandchildren in my will and let them hold on to the worthless stock. I told him I was interested in traveling to the Wibaux site and the now nonexistent Sidney site. He told me the Wibaux facility should be running by Mar 20 and to come up after then. I told him I would arrange to do so. I told him I thought the Gillette facility was beautiful (and it is, in my opinion) and that I hoped the Wibaux facility would match it. He also told me, but not in the order of conversations I have listed here that, open pit or pool storage is not allowed in Montana. Of course, I was not aware of this so I am receiving a good education in this investment, more than I wanted. I'm assuming that open storage is being allowed in Wyoming, based on the configuration of the Gillette facility. Oh, and I was told this, and should include it that, it was felt that because the Wibaux was being overhauled and not yet completed, there was no need for a website update until the time that it is completed. Fair enough and accepted. Even with all of this, I am still apprehensive. For the record, in retrospect, I'm still not convinced. I'm afraid that with this unlimited long distance package I have available, their not going to like me very much but after all, I'm not out to win any kind of popularity contest.
I did not ask either of those questions, both good and warranted. I will put them on my list for our next conversation. I was given a general location for the Wibaux facility. Find Wibaux and go to the ND border and once you get to border, move down to just below I-94 to Black Diamond Rd. then go west to an area between Custer Trail and State Hiway 7 (on the west boundary). The boundary to the north should be Yates Rd East. It's somewhere in that boxed area or thereabouts. From Wibaugh, it should be a little over four miles south and just to the east of Hiway 7 and/or on the south side of Black Diamond Rd. I will attempt to give Mr. Taylor a call on Monday. I have a good feeling about this of course, that's what got me here in the first place.
I'm referring to B.C. salting that computerized diesel belching machine of his much the same way gold mine salesmen used to salt claims to sell only he used a more modern technique than a shotgun.
Here's what I found out. The site near Sidney is no longer in operation. The reason is that it did not meet the needs and economics anticipated. That currently makes the Wibaux site the only MT facility and it is under a renovation and should be in operation the latter part of next month.
All of the equipment at the Sidney site has been relocated to the Wibaux site.
There was an ongoing group discussion regarding various processes such as schedule for updating websites and tending to filings of documents with the SEC although I was unable to find any kind of definitive time or date for that. Of course, such a disclosure would violate insider information rules. I was also told that management is in anticipation of a public update.
I was also told that the mobil equipment that had been awaiting shipment from a european dock was now somewhere between Chicago and the Wibaux location and en route.
My conversation was intitally with Debbie, then Mark, then with Pete Margiotta, the boss.
It was suggested to me that we're all a bunch of greedy investors. I told him I had started buying shares fifteen years ago. I also told him I didn't think that my holdings would constitute "greedy". He mentioned B.C. and his activities for the last decade or so. I told him I was aware of it. That was about it – end of conversation.
Yes, it is. That means, the site is not Custom Carbon Processing. So, where is it? The GRNO/CCP websites say it's two miles south of Sidney. That utility company is two miles south of Sidney (according to the key) so CCP facility has to be horizontally located from that spot and since the river is to the east (N.D. border), it has to be to the west.
Where's Waldo?
I think Jim's Water Service was formerly Jim's Johns, a portable water closet service.
James L. Edwards is an atty. in Gillette, WY and apparently not former owner of CCP however, this doesn't mean he was not at sometime in the past, owner of CCP. ID numbers for CCP filings aren't turning up anything.
Bulldog, Inc is hiring. I don't know why this is important but GRNO gave Bulldog, Inc. a bunch of money (or stock) for something. I'm considering Bulldog is contracting to haul slop oil from point A to point B for CCP.
http://www.truckdrivingjobsin.com/bystate/Wyoming/BULLDOG+INCORPORATED.aspx
On CCP, I found some interesting info indicating their filing of "Original Annual Report 2012"
with the WY Sec. of State (History). The problem is, the filer is James L. Edwards (Additional Details). I believe James L. Edwards is the original owner of CCP. If he filed this report, he did it on behalf of and as an agent of CCP and therefore GRNO with Peter Margiotta as pres. dir. (Parties). This tells me, GRNO is filing at the required state level (at least somewhere) but apparently, not at the fed. level (SEC).
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?FilingNum=2007-000529931
I'm still asking, "Where's Waldo?"
Re: The photo from the GRNO Operations site (tanks at right angles) south of Sidney, MT.
I was looking at those photos and trying to match anything that resembled that structure in the aerial view of the site adjacent to the river and found nothing. I think it's the wrong location, too. So, I continue to ask, "Where's Waldo?"
Waldo, south of Sidney, MT: The Google Map site may or may not be the CCP Waldo facility.
The reason I'm at this deadlock is because the site has pulled up another owner, MDU Co. of Sidney, MT.: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/51682535 (take a look at this)
I am finding no information that indicates an address for CCP, GRNO, Custom Carbon Processing or Bulldog, Inc. at this time. I'm continuing this search with names of those involved in the business entities listed above that could be doing business in Richland County, Sidney, MT area. As for right now, I can only ask, "Where's Waldo?"
I agree regarding the drop off to a deep end. Being ignorant about the design of holding pools for slop oil, I had to do a little research and all the different designs I found had a subtle inclined (or declined) plane drop to a deep end. Also the green in the river looked suspicious so I traced the river (Yellowstone) all the way up to the headwaters area. There are areas that are a lot more gooey green on the upstream side so I don't think the river color at this time (or at least, the time photo was taken) is at all connected to anything spilling from the pool site. I've sat on this for over fifteen years; I can wait another five at which time I'll be ready to turn it over to some loving heirs, I'm sure. If it takes that long to resurface, I'm pretty certain they'll outlive the the present scam, if it is a scam. Like I said, it's worthless as a plane trip for four to Disneyland, the happiest place on earth.
Thanks. I thought it was the name of the closest town and couldn't associate it with any state in which GRNO or CCP is involved. That facility looks like it's holding ponds are full. You're right about their depth being next to impossible to determine from above. I'm thinking they would probably be at least a foot deep, to make it easy to guess calculate the volume but that's just more guessing on my part.
Just looking at that Waldo pond, here. It appears that the larger black area is pretty dry and rough, grassy with a pupa shaped area looking more oily in the northern or upper part of the oily looking larger pit, up by what looks like a berm or dyke or retention wall. The part that's black, rough and dry looking appears to indicate that the slop that formerly occupied that space has been removed or else has slowly seeped toward the river. I see no way of telling what the time frame on that change might be without a photo from an earlier point in time or an accounting from the facilitator on the volume that has been processed and timeline for that processing. Without it, any speculation is just as valid as another which is no validity at all.
Oh, sure. Why sell worthless? What's the point? I'll just wait until ETrade offers to buy my worthless stock for $1. That would be out of the goodness of their hearts, of course.
You know, that Waldo south of Sidney looks to be awfully close to the Yellowstone river, a tributary to the Missouri river and on to the Mississippi river. If that thing ever finds its way into that river, somebody's going to be upset.
Here's a decent view of the Waldo facility, south of Sidney, MT.
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=waldo,+mt.&gs_sm=3&gs_upl=153882l160707l4l161973l9l3l6l0l0l0l114l327l0.3l9l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1280&bih=628&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=R_UzT8xCz6awAtHK0K8C&sa=X&oi=mode_link&ct=mode&cd=3&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAg
I'm compelled to search N.D. just because the slop product they process would be hauled from N.D. to MT and in my mind's eye, if it were hauled by another company to CCP facility in MT there would be no reg. required however, if CCP went over the border to pick up the slop and haul it back to the MT facility, it seems there would be a registration requirement in N.D. I consider this scenario because of the mobil equipment the company has claimed to have (moved from OK) and being used at the MT facility. I have found no info. on the procedure actually is, whether it's processed in MT or hauled all the way to Gillette or McBeth, wherever McBeth is. Waldo is two miles south of Sidney, MT but doesn't inform that on the GRNO website, that I can find. CCP website indicates Lindsey, OK facility is being used for storage but doesn't mention processing which makes sense, since the processing equipment was relocated. It's difficult keeping all these bits and pieces straight. It seems they should be displayed on the website. Maybe they are and I just can't find them.
422 black and yellow road, gillette wyoming looks to be filled to the brim with slop.
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&cp=12&gs_id=1a&xhr=t&q=gillette+wyoming&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1280&bih=628&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=0x533494232dacbc1f:0xc7202c31f4c9984b,Gillette,+WY&gl=us&ei=yuwzT-iKHYWnsQLA75SzAg&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=image&resnum=1&sqi=2&ved=0CDcQ8gEwAA
The photo has a 2012 date on it. If it is accurate it suggests that either the facility is being used as a dump and there's no activity or it is so busy that the facility cannot keep up with the demand of the activity over the hill and across the border.
