I got a call from Matt, this morning. Stephen Taylor is still the P.R. person, the plan to update information on the web sites is still in the works but may take six months (my interpretation and my estimate). Shell Trading will take all the oil CCP can process. Hell, I forgot to ask if there's actually been any processed. Should that Keystone pipeline ever be approved and built, it will run through the Wibaux area and CCP is expected to benefit from it, although that plan is not even being discussed. I now have a more accurate location of the Michels Wibaux site. I found what I believe to be the old site and the new site. Google map shows likely structure approximately three miles east of Hiway 7 on Black Diamond Road. The crossroad is Yates Road. If you go north, you will find an east-west road that goes east to almost Interstate 94. That's Yates Road and it runs parallel with I-94 on a diagonal until 94 veers eastward and Yates Rd veers south. If you follow Yates road to and just past Black Diamond Road, you will see a turn-off to the west of Yates Rd that leads up to a patch with some structure on it that very closely resembles the tanks with the stairs and catwalk that's in the photos at the CCP website. Also, the tanks on the right side of the picture as you look up the turnout drive resemble the structures shown on the aerial map. I think thats the original facility. Just to the south of that on on Yates Rd and to the west is another turnoff that leads to another patch. It looks kind of like a comma or apostrophe laid on its side. I think that's where the new site is being constructed.
The picture gets blurry if you get to close but it appears to closely resemble the tanks and stairway with catwalk in the photos of the Oklahoma site. That equipment was dismantled and moved to MT, according to what I read. It could also be tanks that were moved from the Waldo site.

Zoom in and out on this map (hope it works for you) and you'll see what I mean.
Also, it was Michel who made the "greedy investor" comment. It is my plan to take a ride up there in early April. I assure you, if Michel happens to be there and we meet, I will not be the "greedy investor" type he is expecting. It would be more likely that he take me for the guy who wrenched together the plumbing on the tank reassembly structure and welded any cracks in the seams of the tanks. But I have to give him some latitude in wake of his blather. After all, he is a lawyer. Regarding GRNO; I'm glad to see it hold 2¢.
That's my two cents worth.
