I don't know josh and the lower volume shows that we are seeing people holding rather than flipping. I have plenty of bids in at 1's and this is the first time I haven't been able to pick any up. I have a pretty good feeling that things are going to start swinging up. Call me an optimist. But at this level what else can you be. See you on the up side;)

I like the allure of GoGreen's secrecy. It adds to the excitement of this penny. I for one believe big things are on the horizon. Tic Toc.
Dbar is not the answer. They need legit deep pockets. Dbar I fear would do more harm to pps in the long run than good. Either way time is running out for this company to get this product to market or you can kiss WTCT bye bye. My opinion of course.
Last time they did the same release it went to nearly .008. If they can align the same types of releases with some legit finance deal we could once again see this number. Ultimately a legitimate financier backing this would put real eyes on it. Until that happens this will continue to churn down here at the bottom. If this product is real and it doesn't make it to production then this management would have to be one of he worst of all time.
Positive signs but no substantial facts. Guess we will have to wait for the actual results. Increase in mileage of greater then 15% would be phenomenal. A reduction in carbon monoxide ans other gases is the bigger advancement IMO. The presidents new regulations along with the EPA regs could catapult this way beyond previous all time highs.
His plan wasn't renewable or alternative. His plan is shifting toward technology and high mileage vehicles. He has accepted crude oil is not going anywhere for awhile and the only way to reduce consumer costs is through technological advances like the fuel reformer claims.
Is Obama going to throw a billion bucks at this thing? He says it was part of his energy plan.
All that is great but until a real legitimate financier steps in we will never spike above the previous high.
If that was true then you were in a great position. Say what you want about the company but this stock will bounce. You will just have to react quick. How far it bounces is the hard part to determine.
Not today but as expected. I knew the convertible debt before. So I guess there is no surprises. All you can hope for is A finance deal that has a provision to buy back some of the debt.
I would beg to differ ok white papers being a glorified PR. Corporations publish white papers after R&D and many are very reputable. In this situation it is the reputation of the company that is questionable..
Does anyone on here think PR's are a sub for white paper reports. Of course their is not a sufficient amount of technical data. Most PR's are to keep investors informed. WTCT at least keeps holders informed. Can't say that about many pinks.
SEC proposes charging traders on buy and sell orders canceled. I hope this goes through. Sure will help the pink land influence by the MM's and their fake orders to manipulate prices. We would definitely see realistic L2 levels for a change.

Omnitech's conversion kit as many others have been around for long time. Back in the late 80's early 90's the government actually subsudized conversion kits for fleet vehicles. The issue is and continues to be is the Infrastructure for refueling stations. The pumps alone are expensive and the regenerative dryers arent cheap either. Some municipalities still use them because they're centrally located. Over the road is not feasible at this time. Maybe in the future.
Your opinion. Research and Development takes time. I would rather see them take the time to make it right than rush forward with a product not fully tested. A product such as this could take several years and in excess of millions to get to market. Financing is the key to expiditing progress. If they get back positive results financing should not be less of an issue.
In Sept 2007 GM, Daimler Chrysler, and AAM sued states over rulings forcing GHG emission reductions of 30% by 2016. They argued that the regulations would require major technological advances and raise prices of vehicles by as much as $6000. To date the courts remain unconvinced. If WTCT can capitalize on these future requirements this could be a golden egg.
New regulation puts the diesel version in huge demand. They need to move quickly on this. The emission reductions are as important as fuel increase. If they achieve the same standards as the gas version this company should fly.
It appears someone is trying to stimulate some selling. I would guess he is one of the individual's on the bid. I would do the same. No shame in that.

You know how many times we've heard that? Something is coming that's for sure. But you know what. I'm ok with waiting. Paitence is a good virtue. Maybe not today or tomorrow.
First I meant to say 90% of almost all products that fail, fail because of inexperienced management. Doesn't take much research to find that.
Second you speak in a factual manner when it is just subjectional at best. You act as if that they don't have a product when they show more proof that they do, then you do that they don't. They have put forth test results from a testing center to show it works and you have shown no proof that it doesn't. Your claims to the company's "scam" to sell stock is nothing more than opinion at best.
Honestly, I don't know if it works or if it doesn't. I do know that the money I put into the company was for them to invest in as they see fit to move this product forward. If I lose it, then I do. I don't remember putting forth any provisions when I placed my buy order to how it could be spent.
Am I skeptical to the decisions that the company makes? Well, I don't have enough insight as does anyone to second guess their decisions.
If it is covertible debt that has matured and entering the market then why would we be so upset with company?
I knew of the debt before I bought shares. I knew that the debt could be converted if financing wasn't obtained with some type of provision to pay off old debt.
Do I believe that management has their hands full trying to get this product to where they invision it? I sure do. 90% of failed products is always due to inexperienced management.
I can't make an honest opinion about the reformer. I can only speculate, as does everyone on this board.
That is why I think that .0002 is exactly where this stock belongs until solid financing and a solid plan is put in place.
There is not enough real viable info for DD that is why we cant come to a consensus on this board. I would just like to know if the new shares are from external conversion of debt or internal issue. I guess I will have to find out.
I found it funny that individuals were probing DBAR leasing Facebook for info. They don't even look like they monitor their page.
Financing is financing however you look at it. DBAR is not a big company by any means. If they finance this deal and the company fails to follow through with the testing of the gas version reformer at Detroit then you can expect the shareholder to foot the bills long term.
There is more Koop-aid on this board tha has ever been released by the company. There is no solid evidence that the company is doing anything illegal. There is also no valid information other than the subjectional whit papers that the product does what it says. To say the company is corrupt is not valid. To say you disagree with there action would be.
The proof is in the pudding and neither the company nor the doubters have provided substantial evidence.
Thats the problem Pita! Know credible evidence to any of the stuff on this board. If the company was profiting from Lilly Marketing Notes (illegal)then where is the evidence? I for one would like to see the SEC burn their A$$ if they were.
The evidence that the reformer is a valid device is very subjectional as the sources for testing lack validity.
There is absolutely no evidence to support either. The only thing we have is trends through history. Which isn't the greatest. The whole Child Network bit really looked like a viable product. Just like this looks like a viable product.
It just seems as management again has failed to seal the deal. I just hope this doesnt come to an untimely death like the Child Network.

I don't understand the Dbar situation. If it has fallen through then just publicly announce it. I don't think that the loss of Dbar financing for what ever reason is going to hurt this stock. It's not going down from here other than volume.
I still think there is some validity in the reformer just not to much in management. They are quite exquisite in their PR's. Worse case scenario they will always have a job at the car lot.
I wouldn't call hundreds of million of shares traded small accumulation. If it's accumulation then it is very strategically being done to accumulate at a low share price.
Which isn't the first time this has happened in the market. Just hope a deal with Dbar comes through or there is real trouble ahead for this company.

Something is coming! News? A/S increase? R/S? Because there is no way this stock can continue at this volume and this price. A/S is nearing it's cap. Any guess? Mine is all three in time. Lol!

The only push behind this pps is the possible potential. The problem is WTCT isn't following through with their plan. When you say your going to do something or say something is going to happen then you better follow through.
Even if DBAR comes through, which I hope it does. Saying something is going to happen a certain day or week and then it gets pushed to the right and pushed to the right it has a detrimental affect on the pps. This stock was stable around .001 4 months ago and then all this "WTCT is gonna do this on this date" has had an adverse effect on shareholders value.
The bottom line is if Dbar doesn't come through then WTCT is going to sink. JMHO.

My take on recent events is that the DTCC issue should have no affect on the DBAR deal. If DBAR doesn't sign then I would be led to believe the reformer is not legit. After having the insight that DBAR has been given and if it does what WTCT claims then DBAR would have to be nuts not to dump everything they have into it.
Of course this is my opinion. Check back in from time to time.
Thanks. That explained the issue. Definitely will deter traders if they don't get this straight. I wonder if this has any baring on them releasing the finance deal. My thoughts they won't until this is cleared up. Not in their best interest.
Question? With the DTCC restrictions can the company still issue new shares through the TA? I understand there has to be a buy-sell-buy for every transaction since DTCC restricted them for trade being out of balance (cleared, non-cleared trades).

Agreed! A product like this that does what they claim should not be hard to take to market. If it does what they claim there should be a line at the door miles long with fists full of dollars.
If it does do what they claim I can not imagine what is holding it back. Any suggestions?
It will be nice to see the agreement and it's contents. This will say a great deal about the legitimacy of it and their actual focus at trying to reduce dilution.
They have already released the breakdown structure for the diesel version and the fuel reformer is slightly behind schedule due to the updates in the technology and testing. I would only expect an update on the testing of the fuel reformer not completion.
My opinion in project management is that the company is lacking the resources (budget) needed to complete the final phases of the fuel reformer tests. I believe they are depending on D-bar to provide that. I would still like to see a much larger investor than D-bar to aid in legitimizing this product.
I'm not saying that D-bar is not a legitimate investor or the product is not legit but I am a realist when I look at the DD of both companies.
What information would lead you to believe that news will be more than finance agreement?
