Rheeman, sold my brcd @ 45.50 and atyt @ 18.65. Had 200 of brcd and 400 of atyt. Nice profit. Thanks for your recommendations and time for checking charts.

I am a long term holder of nxtl and mot. Swing trade on cree and brcm but it is not working out,because the market went south with Greenspan's warning of interest rate hike. I am in the green on them but want to make more $'s on them.
Another one is atyt, in at 15.84, great earnings announced yesterday evening.

Alti is moving up nicely this morning. That was one of Jake's
favorites. Star, I have bought and sold vtss many times this last year. Bought some more the other day and as the price shows, I should have waited. Thought I got it at a great price when I bought, but it has continued to go down. Just another one to hold for a while. The news says their earnings were good but were not as good as competitors so vtss is being hit. GL to all and may the market be exciting to us all today.

Big move on alti and ngen,nano and nanx. I have alti because Jake thought it was a winner and I also have ngen. Toonce do you still have vtss? It has sure been a winner for me as a trader. Buy around 6.50 and sell around 8.50.

Toonce you sound like you are having too much fun. And yes, I still have atml. I have owned it several times, sell it and it goes down and I buy it back. I bought TXN,MRVL,CREE, JNPR,more NXTL,OVTI, more INTC and ET. I am loaded down now and just and watching and hoping all move up with the expected good earnings.

Good Afternoon All. Have missed talking and reading the posts on this board but have been busy on income tax and setting up trips. Thank God I have finished that and will go to the cpa tomorrow.

I am looking forward to this next week also. It is time to roll. Cisco and Hawkeye, I also have nt. It has been a great stock for me since Jan. I have bought and sold it 3 times already and bought it again Jan 20th. It has been wonderful. Bought it one day and big contract announcement came 2 days later and went up great. Fred we went to Belize, Roatan, Honduras, Cancun and Cozumel. Norwegian has started cruising out of Houston and doing a 7 night cruise. It is great, because people can drive and not have to pay an air expense. We met people from Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Mississippi that had driven and of course a lot of people from Texas

Mokew, we had a wonderful time on the cruise. I won the blackjack tournament and won $500 and cashed in a nice amount on the crap table the last night also. Toonce, I also have NT and love all the news yesterday and today. Go Nortel. good luck to all

So sorry to hear about Jake. He is at peace now and not having any pain. I never met Jake either,but I felt like I knew him and Merle. I helped them book a cruise last February and talked to them several times over the phone. He was very wise with market decisions and would share this wisdom with us. We will certainly miss him and his advice.

I haven't seen Jake on today. Is he back in the hospital? He said last week the pneumonia had come back.
Hope everyone has picked some good stock and make lots of money, I mean beans. The market has been pretty good for me this year so far. Sold a few early this morning. May buy them back if the price gets right.

Marcos, I still have covd and it has been moving nicely the last few days. It is one of the few up today. Cisco do you still have some covd?

Marcos, Covad announced after market closed they had 36% increase in subscriber growth and reaffirmed that earnings were going well.

Marcos, I think we need to talk to Cisco. I am pretty sure she had covd. I know she sold some a couple of months ago. She could tell us when to sell it. I have not seen her post on the board in a while.

Toonce, I have missed seeing your posts on the board. Glad to see you back. I had a wonderful time in NY. Went to lots of shows and also received tickets to The View. The weather was wonderful and the Waldorf was beautiful. We had a large room on the 27th floor with conceige service. My daughter is a consultant for IBM and does a lot of business in NY for them. Because of her status, we had excellent accommodations and great food was provided in the lounge.

Cisco, we are going to check each show's lists of guests and that will help us decide which we go to. Regis and Kelly is at 9:00 am and The View is at 10:00. Hi Everyone: Cisco that squash soup sounds yummy. We are having cool weather here in Texas too and I made a pot of chili, pinto beans and rice last night. Mixed it together and served it with pepperjack cheese and crackers with butter. It hit the spot. Then we curled up on the couch and watched a Paul Harris video that I bought in Branson. He is soooooooooooooooo funny. We went to his show when we were there. I knew my husband would like his humor.
Toonce, I received tickets from Regis and Kelly Show Monday for Dec 1 which is the same day I received tickets for The View. Now we have to make a choice or some go to one and some go to the other. We are all so excited.

Jake I bought HCN at 32.08 and the dividend is over 7% and the stock has moved up nicely too. Can you tell me the website that I could go to and check dividend safety or is that one of your Swoabs benefits?

Jake: I had read your post a few days ago that you had bought them. I have had BMY for several years and added more a few months ago and PFE also. Drug stocks are being touted now and are finally going up.

Jake and anyone else that likes stocks with dividend. FWIW,check out HCN and HR, both pay great dividends and I think the demand for the healthcare community is just going to get bigger with the baby boomers reaching retirement age. I have bought HCN. I am watching HUM, no dividend but I like the price a little lower. Good trading to all today.

Toonce: It is just 17 days until I come to NY. We are all excited about the trip. I received tickets from THE VIEW yesterday for us to attend on Dec.1. Sent emails and cards requesting tickets to a lot of different shows and said I would be happy if we heard from one of them. So now I am happy.

Hawk, I was watching pphm yesterday and it was really moving. I hope it is good news for you. I sold mine a couple of months ago.
