Surprised that they PRed this one. They have more products than the last time. Confirmation that a supplier has been found! Finally revenues can start to flow back in. Fresh start. Round 2.
Those things may indeed have happened. Nobody knows for sure, and won't it be a shocker when the do file, because they will, when they come up with some of these things they are claiming on SM. It'll kill a lot of the negative sentiment for sure as I'm sure the same who are against HJOE are the same who are loading up at the bottom.
I was able to browse around using the /maintenance url as well. It looks as if its coming along. They even have the old reviews in there with our very own K2 detractor turned lifetime GRCUer turned detractor again. LOL
That's who I got in from, the infamous enroute. LOL The question is, is GRCU en route to a penny again??
They never have in the past and I've been here since last March. I doubt they'll start now. Looks like that supplier problem has been solved though.
I see it, but still cannot understand how, when many cannot even get in. At this point if product is available and people are buying it, as I've seen the screen shots, there should be absolutely no reason that a backdoor needs to be used to get into the site. It should be as simple as click, accept and you're in.
Great post and I agree. The penny markets are typically cyclical. What goes around, usually comes back around. GRCU still has plenty of time in an infant market to prove its worth. If at first you don't succeed.....
Not sure where folks are seeing product available? When typing in allcbd.com all I get is a white screen on any system I try it on. Has the website changed its address?
Stock keeping units in retail. Meaning they'll be in stock and available in those three flavors. I'd assume?
WHITTIER, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 20, 2015 / Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. (GRCU) ("Green Cures"), InStep Holdings LLC through Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. announces today a joint venture agreement with LaRoda LTD to introduce a variety of premium gourmet ready-to-drink (RTD) iced coffees and specialty bottled teas inspired by the legendary iconic guitarist, Jimi Hendrix's original Hand Painted Artwork.
GRCU is entering into the fast-growing "Relaxation" category. The market competitors are Bob Marley's "Mellow Mood" and "One drop," and "Just Chill" by The Chill Group Inc., these beverages will quench your thirst and relax your mind, keeping you calm and balanced. These low calories, all-natural beverages are aimed to relax without getting sleepy and focus without the assistance of added sugar and caffeine.
Relaxation beverages revenues are up nearly 30 percent year-over-year for the past five years, bringing in over $150 million in 2014. Growth in this sector is expected to continue at approximately 12 percent a year for at least the next 3-5 years. GRCU plans on taking advantage of this niche product in the ever-expanding beverage sector. Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages will contribute to the beverage industry's multi-billion dollar enterprise. GRCU has the management team and the financial expertise to make a mark in this fast paced category that will sustain growth and popularity that will be recognized around the world.
Just as Hendrix was able to usher in a new era of music, creating an impact in the music world that is still felt today; GRCU will transform the ready-to-drink relaxation category with unique all natural ingredients influenced by true originality, spirit, and love for great music by branding this prodigious opportunity inspired by Jimi Hendrix. GRCU has created a line of relaxation beverages as well as premium gourmet iced coffees that are just as cool and unique as Hendrix himself.
A world renowned flavor house has been busy creating chart-topping RTD iced coffees and specialty RTD bottled teas for this globally known guitarist to give people an electrified blend of cultivated national and international flavors combined with a natural mix of relaxation herbs and natural calming botanicals merged together into beverages that are as unrivalled, ethereal and transformative as Jimi Hendrix.
"One of the greatest rewards of my job is to brand the best products, and Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages will not only bring in the best quality ready-to-drink coffees and teas, but it will also bring just as much excitement," said GRCU's CEO, Joe Tragesser. "I am enthusiastic with the opportunity to create these excellent beverages to become a top contender in this relaxation category. Taking Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages to market will provide GRCU the traction to take the company and our shareholders to the next level."
Reflecting a clear trend of consumers increasingly choosing healthy convenient beverages, consumers will appreciate the all natural, consistent quality of Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages. Growth in consumable products is the strongest seen in several years. Beverage-specific factors, such as the vibrancy of the ready-to-drink (RTD) coffees and teas are advancing faster than other beverages in the ready-to-drink segments and GRCU is creating a product that will connect with what contemporary consumers want and a beverage that will add buoyancy to the ever-changing market.
Aymar Yoboue, GRCU's CFO stated today, "This is a great achievement this early in the redevelopment stages of GRCU and one that will contribute to the financial stabilization of the company. As we continue forward momentum, Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages will be our founding footprint in this fast paced, ever changing market."
The company is actively preparing for official taste testing and will provide shareholders with updates to the progression. To start, these ready-to-drink beverages are expected to share the shelves beginning with 4 sku's, 3 flavors in 16 oz bottles and 1 flavor in 12 oz sizes for the iced coffees. The names of the premium gourmet iced coffees and specialty bottled iced teas, as well as their labels will be shared with shareholders within the coming weeks. At that time, GRCU will add more detail to the flavor profiles of these uniquely blended beverages.
Barrett LaRoda Chairman of LaRoda Ltd. stated "Hendrix was an incredible talent, not only was he the most prolific guitarist the world has known, he was an accomplished artist who would create the most amazing sketches and abstract masterpieces. Jimi's use of colors and shapes makes one almost hear the artwork as though he was strumming his guitar." Jimi had been drawing all his life, in fact, on a wall in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame hangs several Hendrix originals that he drew in 1958 when he was 15 years old. This GRCU opportunity will provide the consumer with a great beverage and a Classic container featuring a Hendrix original artwork.
Jimi Hendrix is internationally recognized as the greatest guitarist of all time, and one of the most influential musicians of his era. He understood the full range of sound that no other musician had done before. He was inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992 and the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2005. A star was dedicated to him on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1994 and Rolling Stone Magazine attributes him as one of the top guitarist on its list of The 100 Greatest.
GRCU is not affiliated in any way with Marley's Beverage Company or The Chill Group Inc, the names were used for comparison only.

Good day here. Long, long way to go for many of us who averaged just north of a penny, but a good restart. Plenty of time left.
The fact that they have not given up on the site, relabeled the product and are advertising CBD caps is a sign that a supplier is potential near and the makings of a new plan are in place.
Far, far too early to deem a company that is attempting to enter into a relatively new and fairly incomplete MMJ/Hemp/CBD market as a scam. That's simply the old, "OTC, they're all a scam outlook." Instead, they've repackaged and are attempting again to reinvigorate their supply and sales. There are plenty of other tickers out there that you can apply that misnomer to. GRCU is not one of them yet.
I did. I prefer to receive an updated, direct statement to shareholders on how the stop will be addressed. Not a FB post, Twitter post, snapchat, instagram or any other form of SM. If the stop is addressed and we receive communication from the company any time over the next several weeks/months, HJOE is going places. If not, it goes nowhere.
I'd rather not look back on a now, outdated statement made when the company had a yield sign. A fair request from SH would be an updated statement now that a stop sign has been placed on the company.
Do I believe we will get it, yes. Do I believe it will be on their time, not mine, yes. Do I believe there is a ticking clock which will not last forever before the next step, yes.
I'm not interested in a social media tweet on internal corporate updates. Their job is to push the brand, not offer reassurances that the all-important financials be updated and the stop sign removed. That's the job of the CEO. If they want to be taken seriously, and they can be a serious OTC company, they must get that done. On another note, I did email him directly without response. I have quite a bit of experience in leading an organization and know the vital importance of direct communication with stakeholders. He'd be wise to take that task on himself, not through a SM agent.
Four months removed I think Mr. Veal would be wise in providing a follow-up statement to shareholders and provide some reassurance that they are aware of and will be addressing the stop sign. It is not an unfair request and can provide that reassurance that SH will be looking for.
Amazon is simply one distribution channel folks. Anyone who attempt to throw a curve by saying it's not popular on Amazon simply doesn't or refuses to realize that Amazon will never be the main point of sales. The product going into Walgreens, bars, small chain stores and expanding through the States offers line of sight, impulse buying. Once popularity builds, online sales may increase. That they're selling at all, whether to shareholders or the public is a good enough sign that there is awareness out there. From appearances it looked as if it expanded nicely today if company tweets are accurate. I believe they are making good progress and worthy of a solid hold and look to see where they are come late year.
The yield sign and lack of financials will keep away bigger money and any type of major run. When that yield is gone, the psychology will more than likely change as well. Add in distribution deals, should they happen, and decent numbers and the PPS may climb.
My guess would be a copper or two. We'd have to factor in the low trips folks immediately dumping on a strong move north to secure profit. Not a stupid strategy mind you. Then there are those of us who are averaged in at the high 1s low 2s who may wish to salt away profit. Again, a smart move. We have to remember that there may be more of a sense of authenticity with audited fins and the removal of the yield sign which could create a MOASS and breakout to a higher range. We witnessed THCZ as a comparison ticker, handling their yield sign, announcing multiple distribution deals and moving from the doubles to over .20 cents while still maintaining a .07-.11 range. Not too shabby. The silver bullet here is the financials and I do believe they will file. Anything in the millions can entice bigger money and a stronger northern break. Forget the chart and keep an eye out for signs that fins and distributors are coming and watch the psychology and sentiment on the boards and SM. It shares a lot about where this could go.
I'm sure they will when the time is right for them.
Pure speculation from both you and I. The fact is neither you nor I, nor anyone else can concretely determine why they didn't file and what the hold up might be. Veal explained it and I'll run with that for now. Will they miss? Maybe. I have a feeling that once they do file, and I'll reiterate that I strongly believe they will, they will meet or exceed their targets.
Perhaps. However nobody will know until and if they file. I believe they will. I'm sure there will be many nervous if they do and numbers meet targets. Let's remember though that businesses set targets and miss, more often than not. I will not fault them for coming up short of five million. If they audit and come close will you commend them? Don't worry about the PPS though, because when they file those types of numbers it'll be nowhere in this range.
Remember, it's not a matter of how popular HJOE products are Amazon, it's more a matter of Amazon simply being another vehicle for sales. Some areas will be stronger than others. Do not cave to the concept if Amazon sales are not strong than the product will ultimately fail. That's a curve ball. The company said it best when they stated that Amazon is simply one distribution channel that supports sales and the real sales are at the stores where their product will expand. Don't be fooled by the old, "it ain't popular," song and dance.
That is correct. It will not be popular. However, yet again, Amazon should not and will not be the main platform for sales of the HS. Stores will be where the greatest access is to the product. When it expands, as bythemills alluded to, so will the online popularity.
NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON

A little late, but another promise fulfilled by HJOE. The Hangover Recovery Shot is now available on Amazon!
Possibly. Would not surprise me. We won't know on that or any potential Canadian distributor until we get that shareholder update. I'm sure they're planning for one in the not too distant future. The set up continues to remind me of the recent THCZ run, as a comparison. Once the distributors started being announced, it ran pretty hard to the .20c range. They also had the same problem with the yield and overcame it. I think we will see the same here before EOY.
My guess, and only a logical one, would be an update on dealers and locations. What territory they expect to push into and perhaps LTCG assuring more FB advertising. Only guesses. But it's what I'd do if updating a celebrity endorser.
I agree. I laugh at the lame attempts to downgrade the product from measuring one place where it sells. How many pictures have we seen of empty Walgreens bowls? Or are those staged? I doubt it. Joes has no problem with their inventory from the amount of samples they are passing out in NOLA, and I doubt they are relying on Amazon sales to provide the backbone of their future revenue. Dealers and in-store sales will be where the money is.
Amazon is simply one venue where the energy shot can be found. I much prefer the Walgreens and Ma and Pa stores where an impulse buy from on sight sales can occur. No biggie if it's not pushed as hard online. I'll take the ground and pound. Amazon "yawn"
Why even debate? When the shot shows up on Amazon it'll be one more notch in HJOEs belt and one less thing that anyone can point out as inconsistent. It's going to happen and that's not an opinion.
Maybe it's K2 back for another binge! I believe Cruz will come up with another press release this fall with new supplier news. Watching and waiting. Plenty of time left.
Great debate on these various topics. Why did they stop filing? When will they do so again? They will, I believe. What is their generated revenue? Cure Korea? Additional franchisees? Product expansion. Tons to keep investors glued to HJOE and slowly buying over the remainder of the year. Holding steady.
I thought it too at one point. I also know, from experience, that things are said by CEOs, companies and their employees that do not come to fruition. Business plans change, events turn into non-events, Veal said this, Adamson said that. They tweeted this, they tweeted that. So what, it's social media for the most part where anything and everything is usually stated. I'm glad you found the product. Be sure to provide an update when HJOE files. There may be some very unhappy campers by EOY.
Really? They no longer make them? When did they announce that? If thats the case the SEC might as well delist them now. I'm trying to find that press release, but can't seem to dig it up. Perhaps you meant to say that they are late on their filings. Thank you. We're aware of that already.
Good post and I've been saying the same thing for quite some time now. The yield sign and limited information will hold the stock back until filings happen. Many here are of the opinion that they will never file. That remains to be seen.
They do have time left and have not reached the 3 report 2 year threshold for or an egregious level of non-filing as the SEC would have taken action already. Some here say they will suspend; soon. I believe they are wrong. I am of the opinion that they won't for at least another 12 months, but am hoping that HJOE can get their financial act together, continue the brand push as they said they would (and are doing a good job of as well) and file EOY. If so, the tune will change drastically for many and the level of anxiety will increase for many as well.
I agree and will continue to slowly accumulate at this level. Today's action alone has to provide quite a bit of confidence to those waiting for a stronger push. Holding very steady in this 23-25 range has many thinking that further updates will spring us forward with solid support behind us.
Very true that many holders are stubbornly holding steady. I'm not sure how long that will be and some may get impatient, but most seem to be waiting it out to see where this goes. The support base has held firm so far in the 23-25 range. PR wise, who knows when they will drop one and who knows what it will address? Smart machines, additional dealers, Cure Korea update, Amazon news? Certainly makes for an interesting several weeks.
Said this on a couple of different sites, and worth repeating here. Those machines look great. What we need is confirmation. Social media is a good place to push it, but press release is killer. Seeing it will be even better. Always skeptical, never the skeptic.
Smart tech, upon confirmation will push the stock much closer to copper and possibly a break, IMO.
Agreed. The initial move out of the trips was questioned by those of us who have been holding/accumulating for a year plus. The move was much ado about nothing and certain folks came, talked it up and left the house in the 2s and as suspected, the move back toward trips is on. I doubt we will see much movement until the product is back in allcbd and a supplier is announced. I believe it will happen, but also believe as you, that we'll bounce around the 1s and perhaps visit the trips without further follow up by Cruz. Nobody has to agree with that, but the PPS agrees as it's been steadily declining. Looks as if flippers will be toying with the ticks until Cruz acts Ina bigger way. Plenty of time left for them to make a strong comeback.
