I like the tech although the failure so far to attract a big pharma partner is concerning.

Seriously, what's the deal with the financials here? Anyone? The science is there, and Pfizer's EXC 001 has essentially told us (because it has the same MOA and similar knockdown levels and good PII results) that this approach works. It's as close to a gimme as you're ever going to get in biotech.

There's only ONE important question that any informed investor wants answered.

Warrants. What's the deal? Who own what at what levels?

The only trepidation I have with this company is the warrants overhang. And if the price keeps dropping after the recent RS then that goes away--I think.

When does the announcement about financial partnership developing the HVC drug come? Because it IS coming. Right now I'm looking for the bottom, and trying to avoid not being in for that news.
