Where is the name change???????????
Where is the name change???????????

Where is the name change???????????
It would be great if management could disclose the name of the company that is supposed to be providing funding to UBQU. I actually don't believe it.
"CEO, James Ballas, said: “As the CEO I believe it is very important to get out front and to show the public how much I believe in our products and our Company, and I enjoy doing it. As we move the Company forward throughout 2019 I will be doing more, as we find that the videos resonate and people are responding in a positive way.”
This is oh so too late!!! Why didn't you show that type of interest two years ago? What a lame CEO.....
CEO is desperate and trying to work magic, so he could continue to dilute. We, longs know how it feels. We begged him for name change, stock buyback, partnership, and transparency, but nothing, nada! Now stock is down to 0. What's next????
I'd you don't invest, then Ballas would have nothing to give away. Stay away until Ballas does name change plus stock buy back.
Thanks to. Mr. Ballas, anyone who invested in this company has 0 investment balance..
You need to say that to the debt converters . They are the ones selling. Ballas knew he had to do something when the share price hit zero. So, he came up with the scheme for the name change. He did it before and it worked. However, I don't think it will work this time unless he actually changes the name.
With this CEO at the helm, I am not holding my breath. Ballas has proven that he would not make any sacrifice for his investors. All they are doing is converting shares to debt and liquidating in the market. This has burned us longs for a long time. The name change could have saved us some pain, but they decided that us losing our money didn't matter. That's why I am skeptical that this name change will actually happen. If a month passed and no name, then we know what we are up against...
Please remember that some of us long bought 3 years ago at .03 and we are used to this CEO, Ballas destroying our investments. We don't know what else can be done to stop the dilution. Hopefully management is not selling shares and pocketing the funds.
"The Company will also keep shareholders aware of the progress being made on the filing of the official Company name and symbol change to HempLife Today™."
This process should not take more than a month.
"CEO James Ballas stated, “We have always wanted to change our name to HempLife Today for many very obvious reasons. However, because of the need to protect the Company in a legally challenging product field, the desire to protect the Company and shareholders in case legislation did not fall positively in the industry, and the necessity to have other income streams for the Company if needed, the name change decision was put on hold until now. So, we are now extremely excited to make this announcement that we are committed to becoming one hundred percent HempLife Today, now, and in the future, and our complete Company focus will be on making HempLife Today the finest in the industry.”
Mr. Ballas, please disclose to shareholders the name of the law firm you will be utilizing to assist with the name change. Please be transparent with this matter. thanks!
I totally agree. Management must stop converting shares. Until they announce they will move in that direction, I will not invest another cent into this company. Also, management must be transparent as to who is converting the shares.
So Ballas lied to us as to the reason they didn't do a name change long ago. This guy is filled with hot air. Share price is in the pits, so clammering for idea. It won't work unless the law firm actually exists and they truthfully talked to a lawyer about name change. Here is an idea for Ballas. Please put the company up for sale. So shareholders can come out their misery. I don't believe anything coming from Ballas...
Hi Fin, the demise of UBQU stock price has nothing to do with PRs. It has to do with Ballas using shares as candy money and no one knows who is converting them. As a result, there is tremendous dilution in the number of shares outstanding plus Ballas asked that anyone who did not agree with his philosophy on running UBQU should just move on and not question his intention nor his management capability. As such, a large number of investors sold and moved on. Ballas is the only one that can save this company, which is for him to step aside and let a good company take us over. We have good products and good marketing strategies, but Ballas is not a CEO type person and doesn't care about shareholders value.
UBQU is a legitimate company with a selling product. I know because I am a regular customer and also a shareholder. However, the issue with the company is the dilution. Ballas decided to use the shares as candy money. Investors got wind of this and pulled there money out. Until Ballas decides to stop this madness, the stock will continue to be worthless....
UBQU doesn't need a PR campaign. The primary reason for the deterioration in the stock price (One more trading session from being worthless) is the fact that Ballas decided to use it as candy money, and hence, the massive dilution. Investors caught wind of it during the last three report and pulled their money. Until Ballas stops this madness, no one will want to invest in this. Ballas is no longer in control of this stock....
It is the constant dilution that is killing the stock...
However, I can't recall these companies stocks ever going to zero..Lol
Please ask Mr. Ballas to end the terrible dilution and people will invest in this company again.
This is happening because Mr. Ballas is giving shares away. The problem is, investors do not know who is getting the shares or whether they are convertible related. On the last FINS,I believe debt increased yet more shares were being converted without any mention of when it would stop. The dilution is prevalent, so investors are staying on the sideline.
Mr. Ballas is aware of this yet instead of working with investors, he asked that they sell their shares if they do not like the way he is navigating the ship. Even a blind man would do a better job than Ballas as far as considering shareholders value. To him shareholders are not important yet they keep converting the shares. SMH
Not sure why anyone would be surprised when management is bent on destroying shareholders value by giving away shares which led to massive dilution, plus investors saw the tricks being played by Ballas, and decided to stay away from the stocks. What is Ballas going do now that the stock is worthless. What does he have up his sleeves now. How about a name change sir?
I have been holding this company for over two years and the CEO is a bonehead. This stock is not $1.00 because we have a CEO who is a bonehead...He has no business running a company and he doesn't care about shareholders value. Now let's see if he is going to do something given that the stock is bordering on worthless..

Mr. Ballas has diluted this company to the point where it is not even a penny stock anymore. He then proceeded to asked shareholders, who are questioning his ability to run a public company and for which all shareholders have lost their investments, to suck it up or leave. The funny thing is even if they wanted to get rid of their investments, there are no takers. So far, Mr. Ballas has not done anything to convince the market that he cares about investors especially those who have given their money to enable Mr. Ballas to eat. Here is a company that is profitable, but because shares were given to friends of Mr. Ballas like free candies, impeded the share price from ever going up, which will continue until someone buys the company or Mr. Ballas is shown the door...
As far as I'm concerned, our stock symbol is now HLT, and not UBQU. If Ballas cannot effectively manage this company, and make decisions that are advantageous to shareholders, we need to demand that certain actions are carried out.
All I'm asking Ballas to do is to update shareholders when HLT is approached by other companies about a potential partnership. Other companies do, so why not HLT...
Please see my previous post about Ballas being approached by other companies regarding a potential buyout. As Ballas indicated in his letter to shareholders, he is not going to do press releases regarding those conversations.. Discussions are being held and I am demanding that Ballas provides shareholders information regarding those discussions..
Let's hope we hear something during the next earnings call. I believe he will come out again as he did 2 years ago..
Ballas may announce that he was approached by XXX company to buy part or all of the outstanding shares of HLT... It is complicated because UBQU is the stock symbol.. Hang tight folks... You didn't hear it from me...
Scratch, we know why and the answer is simple; Ballas is as stubborn as they come. There is no flexibility in his approach to anything. For example, software in the company's name needs to be put to rest, but he will never accommodate this idea. He needs to be more consistent with communicating with investors, once he made an announcement of some form of implementation, he needs to follow through and show he is a man of his words. When issuing shares for debts, he should announce and disclose the purpose of such. All in all, the bucks stop with Ballas. If Ballas were to announce today that he is stepping down from his role as CEO, I am sure you will see this stock taking off in the correct direction....Long UBQU
Fully agree! Would it cost anything to change the name? I believe that was one of the impediments as to why Ballas chose not to change the name. Maybe we can sign some type of petition as current investors, so Ballas would understand we are serious about this issue.
FINRA does not like name change. Does Ballas understand that many investors opted not to invest in UBQU due to software yet he is relying on the very few who invested to do the CSH..
"The pressure can be turned up a notch by physically going to their HQ as a group on a Monday (when most personnel are in corporate offices)". I have to disagree with that statement. Most personnel are in corporate offices on TUESDAY because they usually take a three-day weekend. Long UBQU!!
Way to go, Smokey! Did you also inform him that NOT ONE UBQU SHAREHOLDER agrees that software should be a part of the company name and it is time to revisit that issue? Long UBQU!!
I'm not sure they can. However, I know REIT and MLP companies do it all the time, which is called ATM . Not sure if Pink Sheet companies are permitted to undertake such transactions..
Guys, the bottom line is, the company is profitable. UBQU realized a solid increase in Net Income year over year. Can someone identify a Hemp company that has similar profit? The answer is no, therefore, why punish a company for doing well? It doesn't make sense! Some one pointed out about their share structure and how it is not normal to issue shares to fund operations. So my response was, where in hell or heaven can UBQU get financing given that it is considered a cannabis company? I am long UBQU because it is just a matter of time before investors come to their senses.
The recent financial disclosures have really secured my confidence in this company. If Ballas was hiding anything, he would have shown revenues increasing instead of decreasing. I am certain the fundamental reason UBQU is stuck in reverse is because many investors do not believe Ballas is trust-worthy and as a result, have been scrutinizing every aspect of the company business.
I agree that Ballas sucks at communicating and that is my biggest problem with this company. We need PR in ernest.
Rush, revenue is still in the millions. If revenue decreased to less than a million then that would be going backwards. However, ubqu has better margin and higher net income. You can't beat that... Where is the love. You can hate the man, but show some love to the company.. UBQU!!
Boy, these folks have no love for this company. They do not appreciate a company making money every quarter. What am I missing?
