WFC selling their $900B servicing portfolio and getting out of mortgage mkt. I am guessing a lot of that portfolio lands at Mr Cooper.
Multiple MBS assets being transferred from Wells Fargo trustee to Nationstar Mtg. Are these the assets we have been waiting for from WF? Looks pretty relevant.

Exactly just a smart move in a tough mortgage environment.
Mr Cooper announced laying off 800 people which is about $80mm in annual salaries or $1/ share in earnings. Great move and didn't drag it out.
There is nothing weird about it. If you put up what the brokerage considers a ridiculous trade they delete them.
Jim in where did this come from? Link please.
Loads you are wrong again. The residual ownership from the MBS would belong to WMI and is still owed to a Wamu shareholders.
LG you really need to understand reading financial statements. Wamu had $310B in assets and $284B in liabilities on June 30th per their SEC filings.
Nice Me Cooper will just gain market share.
I think you may be right. Would be a good move to add more servicing.
Picks - maybe buy a calendar.
Reflow - really good question. Nobody files 129 pg brief for no reason.
Cura - where is this post quoted from? Link?
Loads - those put options could just be a hedge for a long position. You have no idea. ??
JWW - you are correct volume keeps increasing for a reason. We used to do 400k per day and now avg 3 times that and even higher yesterday.
Huge May 23 call options bought at $50 and $55 strike price. One day after shareholder meeting. Seems pretty interesting.
Ron - link please
You need an Accounting class. They paid what they thought was present value. That has nothing to do with Book value. ??
I don't se the option purchases. Don't know where they are looking.
Sound - link?
RD How is any of the JPM notes tied to WMI?
My Etrade descriptions just came back as well. ????
Where is this $53B number coming from?
Great way to lose your stock if it makes a decent upside move
What prospectus??
Those were bank assets AC no not holding company assets. JPM never got those in PAA.
No but Shelia did go to Congress right after her testimony asking for a retroactive law to take bank holding assets and was denied. Put into place on a go forward basis only.
Russell rebalance is once a year.
That is just stupid. The shares will be priced so that there is no major dilution. ????
Hotmeat the judge gifted $38B in assets to JPM that belonged to the holding company. The Sussman team argued this in court. JPM got the assets with the deal, but still need to be paid for in the end.
I think Mr Cooper is buying Ocwen and it 's deal strategy. Combined company will skyrocket.
HM - you are wrong the FDIC doorway is not slammed shut. JPM still has to pay BV for all the assets which has to be $4OB minimum because that was just cash. The timing just might be a little longer.
Cura my acct with Etrade. What do I need to provide to get details from them? Who did you ask?
COOP /OCN deal looks likely. OCN up big today and now both stocks moving in tandem. Looks like a stock swap. That would take COOP to at least $50/sh
Big buy not sell at close!!
Wasnt that 10 yrs ago?
There is a lot on the docket.
