I agree with Sugarcoat completely. A r/s is like a cussword on this board to some people. I do not see tadf doing a share buyback as they do not have revs to do it. Imo, the share increase will be used in some fashion to merge with tadf. A r/s will not kill this company, it will create value in the long run.

Hey Homeland, what do you think is going on with the additional 2.5bil shares that havent been issued yet? Think they could be used towards the possible merger? I find it hard to believe tadf would issue more than 6bil to get this merger done. I know that the previous merger gave 46% to tac air but that was before the 10% and after the agreement to merger expired. Thoughts anyone?

Hhi3, I think you are nuking it here. Tadf is a small growing company. They most likely have an answering service to keep overhead costs down. Also, the number they have listed does go to an answering service to field calls. Im sure the small amount of employees they have would better serve the company trying to get contracts and handle day to day opperations. Were legit here. If your not confident you have every right to sell your shares.

Hey MikTrader, I just called too and talked to the answering sevices lady. She said they communicate thru email. Maybe if we can get enough people to call froom this board and bombard them with messages, they will communicate to the shareholders.... that's my hope. As it stands I left my number and email address with her to give to them.

Hey TwoBrass, I believe the float is a little higher now. It is hard to say, really. Since the share increase this summer we have seen an additional 200 mil sold to raise money. Im not sure how much went to the public but it is safe to say we are still under a Bil for the float. Thanks for doin what you do man.

Trading national security and energy independenence and 85,000 new American jobs for some environmental buddies that donate money to his campaign is also criminal. The enegry of the future can be discovered while we pump our own oil and buy from Canada.

Yes it has been locked up for sometime now. Last spring the accumulation began and by mid summer it was moving steadily with just a few million shares. We saw some selling early on in the fall and it seems to be getting tighter again. Used to be this thing would need to see tens of millions to move now its just a few mil. This baby has HUGE potential.

Oh did he? I know he contacted gerald who releases their pr's. I reposted his conversation a while back. Think his original conversation was in june or late may. Anyhow, good things are coming, just a matter of time and patience imo.
