Great! Thank you for doing that!
I am wondering if there is any action in Canada to peruse legally against these clowns. They seems to have perfected eluding the grasp of SEC and lawsuits here in USA. What about bring an action to their home?
Speaking of homes, perhaps it is possible to attach a lean on their homes in Canada? yes, the corp is all in the USA. But these con artists began and ran their scam from Canada.
Any thoughts? Thanks again
Lawsuit?
Ever heard of anyone that has had a lawyer look into their scam? I would like to take them to court, but if prevailed there is likely nothing to gain. Any thoughts?
Thank you
LAWSUIT?
IS THERE ENOUGH AMO FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT? if WON, IS THERE ANY MONEY FOR JUDGEMENT?
THANKS
I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD GO FOR THAT, BUT....
it is a good idea. Especially as there will be a chance to ask questions. If there wasn't voting involved they might go for it. It would be a good idea to email Mitch with the question.
It is a waste of time, so I believe. I recently heard from an old girlfriend whom lives in Vegas. This gives me a positive reason to travel there.
Have a good day
SEPT. 11th MEETING
Is anyone going? I am going to try and make it. I would like to hear the bad news directly. Could they have picked any other day than 9/11?
GLTA
EXACTLY!!!
Too big too fast. They tried to run before walking. All they had to do was start small. Keep the dirt moving. That is rule #one. Then add on.
Oh well. GLTA
WARNING! PCFG Causes Cancer.
There seems to be a high degree of rectal cancer from all the smoke that Mitch and Rob have blown up our asses.
Please get your check ups!
GLTA
Good input, thank you!
I appreciate your expertise. I wish management would listen to the right people.
One thing just occurred to me. I had always hoped they would go for the richest quadrant first. If the mill is lacking, then it is better to stay away from the richest ground. Why waste it.
If or when they start again, how about this? Transport 100 yards of spoil from the tailings to another mill. Have another established and different process evaluate our recovery or lack there of.
GLTA
Thank you for your help!
GLTA
Great comments !
Thanks! You are right. All we need is a man with a shovel and a gold pan. An average weekend warrior with a gold pan can yield more gold than their daily average.
Too big too soon. Pie in the sky operation. Wish they would started with a little mill. Keep it turning. Then added to it. Oh well.
Maybe I can recover a bit next decade.
GLTA
WATER ISSUES. "EARTH CALLING"
It seems that every miner has water issues. Too much, too little or pollution standards. PCFG has had their share. But their biggest water issue, in my opinion, is not enough water. Not enough water in their booze glasses. Time is now for them to lean out the booze.
It is time to close down their Toronto Kiosk. Close down their Reno office. Throw away any casino point cards that they may or may not have. Plant their butts and office at the mine When they are not doing office chores they can pan out gold. Next annual meeting can be near the mine. I will help them set up a tent.
This is my opinion. I could be wrong.
GLTA
Thanks Trapper and LMPA!

What is your take on this?( Yahoo.Finance)
Form 8-K for PACIFIC GOLD CORP
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Other Events
Item 8.01 - Other Events
As previously reported, on March 8, 2012, Pacific Gold Corp. (the "Company") received a complaint that was filed in the United States District Court in Newark New Jersey, Case number 2:12-cv-01285-ES-CLW entitled Black Mountain Equities Inc. v. Pacific Gold Corp. The Company has denied all allegations and is vigorously defending itself against the claims asserted in the action. The Company has also asserted counterclaims against Black Mountain Equities ("Black Mountain"), YA Global Investments and its investment manager, Yorkville Advisors, LLC.
In May 2012, Black Mountain filed for injunctive relief and the injunction arguments were heard in October 2012. At that time, the presiding judge opted to reserve judgment; however, on November 27, 2012, the judge denied Black Mountain's motion for a preliminary injunction.
Thank you!
FOR THOSE ATTENDING THE MEETING
I want to thank all of you in advance.
Thanks for taking the time and the expense of attending! Also for those whom plan on reporting back to this board. I appreciate all that you are doing.
I have been waiting for a very long time to attend. Now, I just can't make it. I am suffering medically from being a shareholder for years. I am depressed and I have rectal cancer.
The cancer is from all the smoke that they, the company, has blown up my xxx over the years.
GLTA
Short Squeeze?
If the markets are closed both days, could this really put the hammer to the shorts? Hope so.
GLTA
Thank you for the info!
Also for the clarification. Still, the bottom-line is the same as my call yesterday. There is no report out. Right?
GLTY
Called Yesterday.
I called MSHA yesterday out of curiosity. I wanted to see if they had any quarterly info not available online. The Gentleman helping me said, "they are listed as an intermittent mine". That was all he said. That and he did not seeing anything after the second quarter report.
What I do not know and I failed to ask was, does a mine listed as "intermittent" have the same reporting requirements?
This does not mean that they are not currently mining.
GLTA
You are likely correct.
I think it will work out fine. They are busy and they should be. Many things could come togeather for us before the end of the year.
GLTY
Thanks for the info UWF2466!

GLTY
TAKEN FROM BLACKFIRE'S ANNUAL REPORT.
Good morning!
More than likely this old news to most, but I am just seeing the report. I have pasted a few bits of info.
During the year, significant activity was undertaken at the most advanced project, the Pilot Mountain
Tungsten-Copper Project in Nevada. The Board has been very pleased with results to date, and is highly
encouraged by the successful delivery of the maiden JORC resource estimate for the Desert Scheelite
Deposit of 6.79Mt @ 0.31% tungsten trioxide, 22.8g/t silver and 0.17% copper. Importantly, this resource
estimate exceeded expectations by some 36% and the deposit remains open in all directions representing
very substantial upside potential. With the successful completion of the resource definition program at Desert
Scheelite, our confidence in the other historically drilled deposits of Gunmetal and Garnet has increased, with
the resultant project-wide resource Exploration Target subsequently being increased to 10.8 – 12.5Mt @ 0.32
– 0.35% WO3. The Company continues to progress the project and has recently commenced baseline
metallurgical and Scoping Studies. Considering that the project is located less than 20km from a major
intrastate highway and grid power, and that US domestic demand for tungsten appears very strong, your
Board believes that substantial value has been created at Pilot Mountain and is currently investigating various
options to unlock this value for the benefit of all shareholders.
The Company’s key project portfolio remained largely unchanged for the year. These projects included the
Pilot Mountain Tungsten-Copper Project in Nevada (right to acquire 100% equity),
Tungsten mineral resources are quoted as % WO3 but the sale product is typically priced according to “metric
ton units” (mtu) of ammonium paratungstate (APT) with one MTU being equal to 10 kg. APT prices have
fluctuated from a low of US$10/mtu in 1963 to US$472/mtu in 2011 and have increased over 700% since
2002.
The project covers substantial historically defined tungsten-copper-silver skarn-style mineralisation including
the Desert Scheelite, Gunmetal and Garnet deposits, where Union Carbide Corp undertook detailed
evaluation and Feasibility Studies and developed a 70,000 ton trial open pit between 1977 and 1983. These
deposits were never exploited due to a significant collapse in tungsten prices in the mid 1980’s and no
significant modern exploration has been undertaken on the project since this time. Consequently, the project
represents an advanced opportunity for Black Fire to capitalize on the increasing demand for tungsten which
has seen significant price growth of over 700% since 2002. The project is located on open rangelands with
excellent infrastructure including grid power and an intrastate highway less than 20km to the west. Nevada is
the “mining capital” of the USA with a favourable regulatory environment and availability of necessary
equipment and a skilled workforce.
TAX ISSUE
Good morning!
Didn't they receive $500,000 from Blackfire? That would also generate some sort of write off. I wonder if anyone has heard from Mitch about this?
Thanks!
AGREED, but............
Someday the price of gold may play a roll in our PCFG. There is a chance that they have been milling gold the entire month of August. If so, they may make more in August than the rest of their history put togeather.
What if they are converting prior to the August update(if we get one)
More wishfull thinking on my part.
Good luck
I am not sure?
Good luck to all
HERE IS SOMETHING TO CHEW ON, NEWS!!!!

Has anyone driven out to look at the claims in Fernley? What is the driving time from Reno to Nevada Rae? Would it be possible to visit both locations in one day?
Thank you!
INTERESTING! Thanks!
I WISH THAT THE COMPANY WOULD LET SOME OF THE FOLLOWERS HERE AT IHUB UPDATE THEIR WEBISTE.
Thank you Robo! (an idea?)
Maybe the company can use some of your photos in their website. It hasn't been upadated in eons.
Nice scooter.
