Yeh, I'm just looking on my brokerage account's cash flow for GALE info
Q3 2014
9/30/2014 9 Months:
Net income- (29) mil
Common stock/net- .26 mil
Net change in cash - (23) mi
NetCash-BeginBal/RsvdforFutUse- 48 mil
NetCash-EndBal/RsrvforFutUse - 25 mil
And my analysis is that I don't know. Ahn's ego really set this company back. He should've of known that even a little promotion without disclosure would come out. I don't think he really gives a crap. GLTY
Well, AF and his groupies have done a good job in beating this down, with the grand finale being the poll of the worst CEOs of 2014. I think that some big money doesn't even want to look at this until 2015; I could be wrong. I've done all of the DD I can on GALE and believe that there will be better days ahead.
2015 will be better, GLTY
Yeh, I could see this thing going back into the 1.50s maybe. Who knows.
Added 1k shares @1.65
Hadn't been in this stock or on this board for at least a year. Like always this is a great product and a good stock to trade. I made a good trade going up to earnings. Should've stopped there but rolled the dice and held some through earnings; ouch. GLTA
I'll admit too that I went long a little prematurely, but I will keep adding in that range as long as there's money to do so. And maybe do some put options as a hedge.
13. How long does it take for a class action to be resolved?
Until the litigation is under way, this is impossible to determine. We have had cases resolve in six months or last six years. In our experience, a typical class action case takes approximately two to three years from the time the complaint is filed until a case concludes either with settlement funds distributed to plaintiffs, or by judgment or dismissal. Remember, this is only an estimate; some cases have taken longer, especially when there are appeals, while others have taken significantly less time to resolve. Some factors include the length of time the court takes to make decisions, the number of parties and the complexity of the fraud. [top
So we're talking March 2016 maybe? Who knows. I know these cases are a dime a dozen so I'm not gonna worry about it too much.
God knows how long this is going to take. Not much one can do about it now.

Galena Biopharma, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on developing oncology treatments to address major unmet medical needs to advance cancer care.
I hope Einhorn is calling in a few favors from his former coworkers at the SEC
4x sounds good
Yeh, thanks for the article. Someone on this board once said that if you put a sell order on your shares every day at a price it will not reach, shorters can't borrow your shares. I guess that's one small way to fight back,
AF is fueled with propaganda now that Ahns emails have been released.
Just read the report, looks like most of the accusations were baseless except Ahn granting stock options to Lidingo Holdings for paying some bloggers, without the boards approval. I knew it, throw Ahn under the bus and move on, I hope.
Ok, no dilution, that's fine with me.
All joking aside, I'm in this for the long haul, though many traders think it's foolish to be. It will be a bumpy road, in my opinion, with dilution to come, but there is so much upside to this company long term.
Yes, Irving Einhorn must have told the board to throw Ahn under the bus, and then maybe get a bagman to pay off the corrupt SEC. Let's hope for the best.
Irving M. Einhorn · Director
After graduating from law school in 1972, Irving M. Einhorn joined the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Chicago Regional office as an attorney and later become the Senior Trial Counsel. In 1980, he transferred to the Commission’s headquarters in Washington, D.C, and was the Assistant Chief Trial Attorney with the Division of Enforcement’s Trial Unit. Mr. Einhorn was appointed to the Regional Administrator of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s office in Los Angeles, where he oversaw the enforcement and regulatory responsibilities in the States of Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and California. In 1989 he joined Pacific Brokerage Service., as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and in 1990 Mr. Einhorn entered the private practice, specializing in securities litigation and representation of individuals before the SEC. He joined Galena Biopharma, Inc. Board of Directors in March of 2014.

Maybe that was the deal with the SEC: Get rid of Ahn and we'll make this go away. It's all pretty cynical, but good news long term, in my opinion
Yes, and AF seems to hate PBYI also
congrats to anyone who was holding that one.
Here's his post on Twitter:
How much of the neratinib disease-free survival is spent on the toilet with insane diarrhea? $PBYI
The biggest problem as I see it is that AF has a dart board at home with Ahns face on it. The thing to do is find AF a new public enemy number one. He's going on vacation now according to his tweets but I know he will be re energized when he comes back.
You have to admit, he is persistent. As an investor one can just hope your stocks stay off his radar. He's good at creating doubt; that's why shorts love him I guess. I follow him on twitter and he seems to thrive on the hate mail he gets sometimes.
Thanks for the insight
Definitely
At least this guy Aferiat sees growth in the coming year.
Maybe they have muzzled AF for a while. Put him on some meds or something
But, we feel it is poised for EPS growth in the coming year. During the past fiscal year, GALENA BIOPHARMA INC reported poor results of -$0.79 versus -$0.62 in the prior year. This year, the market expects an improvement in earnings (-$0.30 versus -$0.79).
Still long here too. AF's new article is misleading, in my opinion. I'm sure there will be more hit pieces to come. GLA
Hope the lawsuits end one way or another. Adam F. and the like will keep trying to create doubt until it's not in his financial interest to do so anymore.
GLTY
Yes, rage against the dying of the light. Check out Adam F. on twitter: he's saying that longs are suckers and don't know how to interpret data. I see a large pipeline of possibilities.
Ok, Roth and Oppenheimer are not asking about the lawsuits. That's a good sign, I think. Good question about the DOD grant.
Cantor Fitzgerald is grilling him.
Should have done more trading like some of you guys, but my core position is long. GL.
first conference? no
Nice music waiting for conference
They might as well at this point. I can pick up more and average down from 2.02
The best case scenario I'm thinking is that it will be good news of some sort on Sunday, and then Monday pre market it will be up huge, then settle off during the day a little. What price I don't know; hopefully over $2. One can only hope and wish. Then again the worst case scenario is more of the same pumping and dumping.
True, thanks for that input. My experience has been with (ECTE), which eventually forced the Board to fire Dr. Mooney, who was the CEO at the time of the r/s, and of course, a few sub penny stocks that I had no business buying in the first place. Good luck to all holders.
Yes, they will get the price up comfortably up to the 3.00 to 4.00 range if they do a 6 to 1 reverse split. I am not a basher or a shorter. I'm sitting on 35k shares. All I'm saying is that from my experience, which is neither expert nor novice, is that after the r/s the price will settle back down, and the retail holders get left holding the bag. I really hope that they don't do a r/s. Just my opinion.
New to this board. Have been buying and holding from .49 to 1.08. I just get nervous when they talk about reverse splits. Have been burned before by (ECTE). Hopefully it's just a last resort move if partnership doesn't come through. Or maybe it's just a fakeout to keep the price down. Decision for that comes on June 9th, I think. Seems odd to me
I blame GALE only in the fact that they allowed themselves to be vulnerable to this kind of attack. The shysters are out there waiting like hyenas for missteps like these, right or wrong.
I regret not selling half in the 7s, but there's no sense in dwelling on it. This company is going to be good long term, in my opinion. It may take a few years and a few shake outs. My experience with Echo Therapeutics (ECTE) has taught me that medical people with MDs and PHDs by their names don't always make the best money management decisions. Long on GALE
Selective targeting. Like someone else said on this board, it's all one big scam. Some people get screwed and others that are just as, if not more guilty, don't get touched. One can one do; nothing I guess. And don't count on the SEC making anything right; they're trading on insider info too.
