I respectfully disagree. I appreciate Balamidas's postings and don't see them as silly as many of the quick buck traders commenting in here.
He is the inventor and patent holder of a nanotozation process being used by grps/rshn to effectively add CBD to their products, making them more efficacious. There were a number of early posts in 2018 referencing Dr. Miller.
This is going to be truly revolutionary, no doubt. To think our company is becoming involved at such a scale is mind blowing.
Thanks for your updates, they help me build the picture of what's going on behind the scenes. It agrees with the responses I've gotten too.
Good news for CBD and hemp in Wyoming..
State legislatures across the country are in session this winter, and many are considering legislation that would expand hemp production and/or ensure the legality of the sale of hemp products such as cannabidiol (CBD).
Yesterday, we put a big “W” on the board in Wyoming.
Governor Mark Gordon signed into law House Bill No. HB0171, which was drafted to recognize hemp as an agricultural crop in Wyoming, remove it from classification as a controlled substance, and allow without restriction the possession, purchase, sale, transportation and use of hemp and hemp products by any person.
The new law defines hemp or a hemp product as does the 2018 Farm Bill, sweeping in CBD and other hemp extracts and cannabinoids:
“[A]ll parts, seeds and varieties of the plant cannabis sativa 1., whether growing or not, or a product, derivative, extract, cannabinoid, isomer, acid, salt or salt of isomer made from that plant with a [tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive component of the cannabis plant, with the scientific name trans-delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (“THC”)] concentration of not more than three-tenths of one percent (0.3%) on a dry weight basis when using post-decarboxylation or another similarly reliable testing method.
Importantly, the new law also specifically allows for the transportation of hemp or hemp products that were not specifically produced or created within the State by adopting the language “the possession, purchase, sale, transportation and use of hemp and hemp products by any person is allowable without restriction.”
Much gratitude is owed to , a US Hemp Roundtable board member, who financed the lobbying effort that helped secure passage of the bill. Thanks also to all Hemp Supporters who answered our charge to contact their state legislators to support the effort. Proving once again – when we share our voices, we win.
Meanwhile, right next door in Idaho, we've seen further developments. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to hear a legal challenge that "pits the federal law allowing production and transport of hemp against an Idaho statute that defines hemp as an illegal substance." As you may recall, Roundtable counsel filed a "friend of the court" brief to set the record straight on this case. Read more on the situation here!
LOL, that's funny.
Go GRPS/xyzhemp!
Nice going BigNexEnd, I'm expecting big things in XYZHemp's future.
I'm still long and hanging out for silver, l know it's coming. I bought more today too. Go xyzhemp!
I totally agree with you SINCERELY2. The Goulding brothers and Dr. Miller have this thing wired and thoroughly planned as to their next series of moves. They're not in this business for bread crumbs. Business plans take time to mature and come to fruition, with all pieces of the puzzle taking time to be developed. We longs here have certainly demonstrated our gift of patience, and I think we're about to be rewarded.

Why Partner with Us?
Advantages of our input/partnership to a hemp growing business:
In general, as set forth below, the unique advantages that we offer to each participant (the “Participant”), in a joint venture type or parent subsidiary structure are as follows:
Access to capital.
Alternative income in the form of public company stock and the vast array of income tax advantages associated therewith, including the ability to transform ordinary income in the long-term capital gains.
Access to advanced technologies, including:
the most advanced scientific extraction technologies,
the most advanced scientific technologies in order to generate full spectrum products for enhanced market value and with the greatest medicinal impact, including a proprietary nanotization methodology, and through Rhamnolipid Inc., the most advanced scientific methodology for the early detection of mold and/or disease and to efficiently and expeditiously eliminate either, cantilever/drone technology to deliver powerful information on every phase of growth,
a trucking logistics company – GreatRateFreight, to reduce the cost of transporting product.
Access to the most advanced marketing methodology, including through HempHUBTM, Inc.
Within the confines of the public company, the Participant will have total operational autonomy and total checkbook control of its own operations. It need is only provide accounting information on a quarterly basis and must cooperate in the audit process.
The Participant will have the right to spinoff and become its own freestanding public company, enjoying the robust shareholder base of the host companies, but tailored to its own desires. In other words, if nothing else, this becomes a mechanism to become public, if and when it so desires, while leaving those tasks to us until it is ready. And when the Participant is ready and so elects, it will have a very rich shareholder base.
It seems that growing hemp is all the rage today because of the changing political climate, the relaxing of laws and the clear medicinal value of CBD, hemp and even THC, and its growing nature and profitability, despite years of repression. Hemp is a better cash crop than soy, corn, and while relatively easy to grow, the farmer has unique challenges for the crop including, but not limited to mold, excessive THC content, poor CBD yield, pests, harvesting/storage issues, transportation, staffing, extraction and sales. Farmers have had to contend with the nightmares of having to have their crops destroyed, or having to sell at a huge discount to market for logistics reasons. Often, while they make profits, those profits could well have been substantially more.
At XYZHemp, along with our strategic partners, RSHN and WSRA, we’ve addressed these issues in favor of the savvy hemp operator.
We’ve developed a comprehensive program that incorporates our vast technical expertise from proper growth to transportation to extraction, with a team of agriscientists, chemical engineers, physicians, truckers, chemists and other professionals, we have amassed a ready made vertically integrated program that allows for maximum profit and minimizes what was once a substantial risk.
Beginning with a well-sorted clone base, we have identified and supply hemp clones with a focus on the various cannabinoids that yield the most profit.
Next, we assist farmers in proper organic soil and land selection, emphasizing growth without pesticides or mold.
Our lighting technology allows green house growth a more cost-effective method to deliver maximum light using much less electricity. A huge cost saver.
Utilizing our recently acquired cantilever/drone technology, we are now able to assist in the growth process to minimize risks. Our drones deliver powerful information on every phase of growth, then are charged to deliver nutrients and therapies to plants that are sick or will become sick if sensed issues are not addressed. In this regard, there appears to be a new kind of hemp canker which may prove devastating crops but can be remedied with this technology.
The harvesting is all done by hand, so that stems and plant debris are not part of the mix. We emphasize a full spectrum product that yields the most at the market and delivers the most medicinal impact. Our HempHUBTM application is our logistics solver for the temporary help necessary to properly harvest.
Our newly acquired GreatFreight trucking is a vast network of independent truck owners who are motivated to move material at a discounted price! This too is coordinated by our HempHUBTM app.
Proper drying and storage is crucial. Drying cannot be forced. The drying facility must be climate and temperature controlled, so that the process is seamless. This is a carefully regulated and monitored process. Once storage facility can serve multiple growers as can a vertically integrated extraction process.
Extraction is key. It is also the bottleneck in the business, often forcing hemp farmers without such capabilities to sell way below crop value. Our vertically integrated extraction unit can serve a number of farms depending upon size. All machinery is supplied and technical help is seamless with our technical staff, then reinforced with HempHUBTM for questions/answers/videos, etc.
Product. Our goal is a pristine, high grade full spectrum CBD that is compliant with Federal law. It is pesticide free and worth far more than the isolate sold for 20,000$ per kg from the larger distributors. (Advertised wholesale price)
Our HempHUBTM app is used as a conduit to buyers, customers or branding entrepreneurs seeking a reliable source for quality full spectrum CBD.

Very interesting, it does feel like we're on the edge of a health/wellness breakthrough..I'm so glad I'm involved in some small way.
On another condition, my friend's 150 pound Rottweiler has daily seizures which he can control using CBD drops, if he runs out of meds from his Veterinarian. It's pretty amazing stuff.
Thanks for the tip, I'll have to give it a try.
That's great, I use etrade myself, but a friend of mine uses Schwab to buy pennies, and he's very happy with their customer services. I have used Tda at work through my IRA, but they don't allow any OTC stocks.
Use Schwab or Etrade, they'll allow you to buy.
I think this is gonna be bigger than we first imagined. Our CEO and management team have some big plans for this conglomerate being planned.
I saw this post over on our sister board. I wonder how we'll be related to this relationship through Mr. Goulding?

Dedicated to Quality
As farmers ourselves, we understand the challenges of industrial hemp farmers — the hardworking people who are growing hemp for the first, second, or third years. We are USDA-certified organic growers and organic jam manufacturers in Palisade, Colorado. With the purchase of apricot, peach, and plum orchards in 1998, we began by selling fruit at farmer’s markets. In 2002, we transitioned to operating year-round when we constructed a commercial kitchen and developed an extensive organic jam line.
Our emphasis has always been to use quality ingredients to produce quality products. Within five years, our jams were winning international awards at the annual Specialty Food Show in New York City. Our jam line —“Colorado Mountain Jam”— has been a six-time Silver finalist at this show, and two of our jams have won Gold awards as the “Outstanding USDA Certified Organic Product”. Today we do private label production for leading brands in America as well as production for many Western Slope growers.
This past spring a company approached us to produce a CBD oil-infused jam line. We saw this as an amazing opportunity to become involved in a new venture that would be a natural extension of what we were already doing. Once again, we viewed it as a means of supporting other growers.
We planted a small industrial hemp crop this summer, overcame some expected and unexpected hurdles along the way, and count ourselves fortunate today to have harvested a successful grow. We learned a lot about growing hemp. And we made the giant leap into establishing a CBD hemp extraction facility that is once again dedicated to quality.
Our Commitment
We also learned that virtually no solid information is available to aid growers in making decisions about where and how to process their material and gain the most value from it. Generally speaking, farmers assume all the risk, and rarely are they sufficiently rewarded for their investment. Consequently, we are committed to working closely as partners with growers to meet their CBD hemp extraction needs for a fair and reasonable cost—to enable them to maximize their return on their hard-earned investment.

Sweet! Let’s finish with some encouraging local news...
https://www.spokeandblossom.com/stories/2018/5/30/societal-acceptance-entrepreneurs-are-growing-western-slope-hemp
Rick Trojan, a Colorado hemp entrepreneur and vice president of the Hemp Industries Association, thinks processing is a bottleneck for Western Slope hemp growers. “Though there are things happening,” he adds. “By the fall, I think we’ll have enough material, seeds, and CBD facilities to take care of the acreage we expect.”
MacKenzie calls hemp “a great crop” for the Western Slope. “We have 400,000 acres of agricultural land and we’re seeing places like Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties start to see economic benefits, and they’re offering start-up help. I think it’s only going to grow.”
