These guys continue to impress me. Most OTC's would just keep printing shares to pay the Shylock , they focus on getting their ducks in order to uplist.
Five minutes well spent, you may want to hold on to those $1 sell shares a bit longer.. https://www.youtube.com/embed/ThD0UBQcy6w
Was listening to Kevin Oleary this morning and he is going big in three sectors- Consumer, Health, and Tech. Liquidity is the name of the game and now without any resistance the Dems are gonna pass massive pork laiden stimulus $$. Lot's of folks are out at .40 this last week with nice gains god bless em. Personally i'm not buying in to the Arthrex deal just yet but the fact this held it's water and didn't end up at .25 Friday is encouraging. Good time to be on board here IMO,many will see it as a deal at $1+ if they just continue to work on their bottom line and expand their footprint. Been playing the pennies for twenty years, had a few big winners but many more losers and those are the one's you learn from. Can't ever remember an OTC CEO buying shares like Dent, have a good feeling about this one.
Naz uplisting requirement is 4 or 5 bucks a share. While this recent rise is nice, they are miles away from an organic uplist without an RS. Now a real PR..not the variety of a menstrual cycle app, but more like a major health care provider taking an equity stake could do it, especially with a float of 50M.
I have bought, i have held, and it always takes longer than planned. Not here to flip for beer money, not going to chase it, all shares held are LT for many months. Like what they are doing relative to buying up regional related companies. If Dent allows me a Vulcan mind meld i may double my position..
Why i haven't sold a share. These guys aren't your typical OTC with a carnival barker CEO selling vaporware. Telehealth is going big and the pandemic has accelerated the timeframe. Whether or not they can get to profitability before they have to print too many shares is the burning question. I like that insiders hold so many shares and Dent bought a respectable chunk recentely..why i'm content to hold station and ride along for awhile. It could go parabolilc on an announcement that a major health care provider comes on board with an equity stake..
Then perhaps the second scenario i postulated, I'd certainly be down with that after two years of sleep here.
A third and most likely is the MMs'are setting up a momo play for the retail fish, which has happened a few times before.
Just folks taking a position in a new trading year..
Or, somebody knows sumpin lol
Another nothingburger PR, one of many lately. The deal with these OTC's is the constant race to profitability while not having the float balloon. Still holding station.. haven't added in over a year.
This has been, and will continue to be, a game of patience hold.
This has been one slow pot to boil, but boil it will IMO
Gaining confidence with this BOD all the time. The usual scumbag OTC CEO would be converting and selling without any skin in the game right now, these guys clearly have an action plan for the uplist.
Always a good sign when a CEO puts actual cash in to his company, instead of sucking it out.
It's an OTC with debt, which is like saying the earth is round. That aside this has been a yawnfest for the last two years. Only hope IMO is they move fwd with the tech and are bought by a Cigna or the like and it runs on a (relatively) low float.
As long as they don't perform an RS i will let my shares ride.
Another nothingburger..where's the beef?
Convertibile debt, the peanut butter that keeps the jelly of OTC's from moving. Held this for well over a year, and while it's potentially in the right place at the right time it's perpetually a gearbox full of neutral.
It's never the one we need with these guys.
No such thing as bad press..
Tele health is the future, and this is not Dent's first rodeo taking an OTC to big board. Check out Neogenomic..might take a while but at .10 this is a no brainer.

Tax loss selling has just begun, wait for it..
One thing HLYK principals will never be accused of is flagrant pumping, or even moderate pumping, or actually anything that has to do with positioning and or promoting their company.
Just the facts Ma am..
soon to be 3000 shares in two months..
Hope is a strategy, specially with OTC's
They need to stop dilution, get more proactive with building their brand relative to the outside world, and stop dilution. For a company that was at .40 a year ago with much less going on, they are conspicuously quiet, and not in a good way. I don't need a shill for CEO, but Bezos or Gates ain't gonna know about this if they don't let Wall St know they exist.
The beatings will continue.
Never fall in love with a stock, especially OTC's.
Become?
They have "partners",which means nothing as evidenced by the SP.
"Honestly I don't even know what this company does anymore. They used to have some interactive video bullshit and now it seems like they abandoned that."
Same thing they always have, peddle blue sky vaporware. Nothingburgers for everyone.
Almost there, please contact Ben Haad in I.R. for updates.
And the week before the pumper squad threw up more posts in that week than we have had all year, and it did nothing(rightfully so) It's news starved, it's an OTC, i like it quiet, but we need a real catalyst with some teeth to move the needle appreciably. JMO
Any idea what the float is now after recent dilution?
Really what's the diff between .10 and .12 if you think it's going to a buck? Never understood waiting to grab the absolute bottom and missing the ride up. To each his own trading style, more of a long term holder.
Well.. at least the locust have moved on to greener pastures, that was quite a pumpfest for the week.
In 100% agreement. Hope they migrate to another pasture to graze, they're de legitimizing a solid company IMO
So at this point we can assume the massive pump did nada..Bueller?
Holy Palamino! 42 posts in one day, ain't been 42 on here in six months...ya'll get off the same bus? lmao
it's runnin now ,lol
