I just think news is the fuel that makes OTC's move. It's the exchange of high beta stocks, none of them make any real money it's all fwd thinking and a crapshoot 99% of the time. Case in point HL, it almost doubled off the equity investment PR, but is now out of gas and traded 200k today. Not complaining mind you,i'm long and it's all about higher lows. People will trade this all down the line, i am content to ride along as they develop their biz and see where it goes. As long as there isn't an RS, think this might possibly be a retirement stock for me.
Always found charts on OTC's amusing since they are news driven.
Dan Hall is the VP of shareholder relations at Arthrex,he heads the fund that did the equity placement in HL, and is also on the BOD of HL.
They are in good company. Arthrex is on the Fortune 100 best companies to work for. Maybe they want to go public after 40 years and HL is the gateway?
Dent has a clear path forward. I'd be concerned if he hadn't already been to this rodeo.
Wouldn't that be something? Provided all the criteria are met, it takes 4-6 weeks to uplist from the OTC. Biggest hurdle will be the $3 min SP. How does that happen, if Dent has stated no RS? Could get interesting here soon, hang on to your tickets!
Dent ain't no puffer fish

Well..if this is an indication of coming out of hibernation, this forum had 25 total posts from mid Oct thru the end of last year. We have equalled that today alone-on a sunday! GLTA
You don't need to hamstring an uplist with death spiral financing when your net worth is a few hundred million. My coin says they are making all the right moves.
I'm a LT guy, and while i can appreciate the flip crowd it hasn't worked out too well this year for them. IMO trying to time a trade at this point is pretty brave. If you look at all the moves Dent has made with HL, and the corrective measures learned from NEO,the future could be very bright here for "investors" in at these levels. I have held this for three years. There was a former mod on here "headsortails",that mentioned it on another stock chat forum, and based on the success with NEO and what they were doing here i started buying. He saw something he didn't like and punched out well over a year ago. It could have just been impatience, either way i want to thank him as i could sell tomorrow and it would have been a six figure play, pretty rare ground in OTCville. Not to ramble on, but the folks that hold the longest will do pretty well here. It just might be be the fish that got away for some, and will haunt others. People will learn about what they are doing and want shares after the summit. Smartly Dent has kept the float thin and that will take care of the SP. Of course it could all turn to shit too,so i get the lock in profits mindset. With every move they make it extends my exit strategy, which becomes far more flexible with every move up. For kicks i went over to the NEO board and people were grousing about it going down to the $40 range on great earnings. Then the one cat chimed in on how he had bought it a $4 and wasn't sweating the dip ;)
Controlling the point, or how to uplist without an RS, massive dilition and or toxic debt

Agreed on all points. What's surprising is earnings will be almost ancillary to other events happening rest of this month. I don't usually throw out projected SP valuations, but with such a thin float on the right pr's this is easily a double near term.
Good overview for new investors

"and they have indicated a strong interest to make an additional investment at the time of our planned up-listing to the Nasdaq exchange,”
What's not to like at a buck?
I think one of the big reasons i'm heavily weighted here is i take Dent at his word. He says no RS, i believe him. He says Naz uplist, believe him. He says HL will be bigger that NEO,yup. Not your typlcal OTC CEO that's pimping his company while selling shares at the same time.Check the edgar filings on the principals last three years here, no stock sells. Dent has already made his money, truly think there's as much altruism here as biz ambition. IMO next week will be pretty darn good, the week after as well. Lot's of money will be at the summit...i can just see Doctors texting their brokers from there to get on board a little train that's about to leave the station
Lot of info in here..
Picked up a few more, buckling in. Next week could be a wild ride.. GLTA
This is certainly validation for holding 3+ years, and while this time is exciting the bottom line is this company is going to be very profitable and potentially a Wall St darling. I can already see this as one of those " best stocks under five bucks" deals, funds are lickin their chops but the can't buy it, yet. I wouldn't be surprised at all if uplists this summer, not sure what the SEC incubation period is if all criteria has been met.
This is the kind of street cred other OTC's never get because of a proven track record of uplisting prior. From everything i have gleaned Dent made a few mistakes with his last one, namely going for millions instead of waiting for billions and it has haunted him since. He is clearly not going to make that mistake twice. This could eclipse the market cap of NEO in a lot less time than that took. Every single flag is pointing AI/Telehealth,the pandemic has turbocharged the digital pivot. Not a flipper or pumper but this could be a retirement stock if you have a pantleg full and are patient with vision. JMHO
Just can't see there not being some type of blend between Arthrex and HL prior to uplist
Lot's of dots about to connect here..
They are about to shift the SP decimal point one spot to the right..
Know what you own,for many here it's just a flip and that's gonna sting. The biggest mistake is treating this as a typical OTC. In hindsight i think getting to a buck will prove to have been the hardest part.
People that don't knw what they own.
They won't have a problem with equity investments now..
I am anticipating some game changing PR's right before the summit. It will be their coming out party for the mainstream. These guys are pioneering the
A.I./digital health care pivot.

Whenever the "pros" invade this board i realize it was all an orchestrated move. Can't wait for Naz and off this snake pit exchange.
Know what you own here..
So.. it's coming up on one year when Dent announced a Naz uplist would be within 12-18 months out with all requirements met for said uplist. How is the SP going to get to 10x current valuation to minimum SP within that time frame? I can't see it happening through cool widget apps or blowout earnings/foreward guidance. Seems to me the answer might be in Arthrex. HLYK is public, Arthrex private with intent to go public. The conference is being held on Arthrex campus in three weeks. Is it plausible an RBO is on the works?

Partnering ain't M&A, but another brick in the wall keep building it out boys!
This was from a shareholder on another board, makes a lot of sense as aside from that MM shake a few weeks ago the needle has been stuck in this range for weeks.
"The stock price will quickly climb to $0.50 once the large investor that converted debt to equity sells out of their position. The leak out provision forces to sell out slowly so I suspect it's still creating immense downward pressure. Just consider the buy side needed for us to hold near $0.30. "
Hasn't been enough meat on this bone for a good soup last couple years respective to trading!. Seriously though these two Dent and Oleary have their eye on the prize, wouldn't be nearly as heavy with shares if he hadn't already uplisted another one that's successful. With these PR's sometimes i scratch my head trying to connect the dotz, but it's just a lot of fingers in a few pies. They capture 10% of this space and we will be smiling like Cheshire cats IMO
Been adding here last few weeks. For me it's more about where the SP will be a year down the line than waiting for a dip a these levels. All good!
Continuing to add at these levels..
MM's ran this down to a low of .20,it doesn't trade at .30 for two weeks and drop .10 out of nowhere. Classic OTC shake and bake, it is what it is.
I know what i own here and picked up a chunk today, keep the change you filthy bastards!
Not all dumping;)
Picking up a few more in this range.Could go lower and probably will without news, by spring these levels might just look cheep.
I'm liking where they are in the space relative to women's digital health care. Please dip in to the .20's so i can increase my holdings by 50%
Think they said in the PR " in the next eighteen months" for the uplist, but that was pre covid. If Dent is true to his word, and my $$ say he is,no RS to get to that $5 SP required for uplist. That's going to be a steep hill if done organically, but once there it will see a whole different level of people coming in. Smart folks won't touch OTC's for good reasons, plus you can't margin them. I think by spring this company will have a much wider appeal to it.
Whole lotta green, no red..
