This was from a shareholder on another board, makes a lot of sense as aside from that MM shake a few weeks ago the needle has been stuck in this range for weeks.

"The stock price will quickly climb to $0.50 once the large investor that converted debt to equity sells out of their position. The leak out provision forces to sell out slowly so I suspect it's still creating immense downward pressure. Just consider the buy side needed for us to hold near $0.30. "
