Once again for the doubters...here is proof of patents and much more.

Just watch the stock, and you might also check out the prospectus for AB Wuhan BioTech (GLGT) now in the official Pink Sheet archive.
socalmd123, that is really impressive and reassuring. But why is the stock price where it's at???
Vulcan, is that "hard news?" Any time frame?
Thanks, Mikey. What do you think of what's going on with this stock?
How can the MMs list buys as sells?? Is that legal? If true it's obviously not ethical, but since when has ethics been part of the market? -- anybody see the Wall Street documentary "Inside Job"?
Terrific, check it out.
Yes, headnorthw, obviously it was the company he was referring to, not the pps, but still encouraging!
Hi 'nickel and dime' and Sharky,
I also corresponded with IR today re other impending mergers, specificllay the Solar and Indian companies. Received reply from IR rep M. Scott that he has no recent news about the other merger candidates, and suggests waiting until GLGT proceeds a bit further with events surrounding their acquisition of AB Wuhan. He also emphasized that GLGT "is doing amazing right now" (exact words). By the way I don't think he'd mind my reporting this as we have a friendly and respectful relationship, both on the same page, no question.
Could the Chinese company that 'nickel and dime' is referring to be one other than the Solar company? The way AB Wuhan suddenly appeared out of the blue might indicate that GLGT is capable of a few surprises...we shall see.
I added at .016 :)
Okay brich, thanks, let's hope it's not SG's kind of news ;)
Balamidas, can you back up your statement about the impending solar deal? How recently did you contact IR about that?
Thanks for your response, fly fisherman...you can really reel 'em in :)
Balamidas, thanks for your response to my question about the AB Wuhan early AMI test kit versus the China Sky test kit. However, I still don't understand what the difference is between the two, and therefore why the importance of the AB Wuhan patent. Is the AB Wuhan test kit an improvement over the China Sky test kit which has been selling over-the-counter for the last few years? Thanks to anyone who can comment on this.
Balamidas, do you or does anyone know how AB Wuhan's patent for early AMI detection compare to China Sky One's early detection AMI kit which you mention and which has been on the market since 2007?
Take Chances and Fly Fisherman, I'll be very happy to buy into your view of the solar company, nothing to do but wait and see.
Can't find a stock symbol for Abgenom. Is it possible that the whole solar company thing could have been a smokescreen for the real deal with AB Wuhan, which seemed to appear suddenly out of the blue? Surely GLGT had to be working on that one for a while, but we never heard about it until it was announced as a done deal (but still no press release). Does the plot really thicken, or is it just my imagination and/or ignorance cooking this stuff up??
Don't know how many have seen it, but the newly revised and expanded GLGT website is all about AB Wuhan, with a lot of good info. No mention whatsoever about the solar company, which suggests to me that it's not happening, althoug IR still maintains that until there's a definite announcement one way or the other, we can't really know. The new website looks pretty "definite" to me in its exclusion, but what do I know?...we all seem to be pretty much in the dark here, and the various misleading announcements haven't helped.
AB Wuhan looks like a good company, but does anyone know about their status relative to Abgenom, Inc., which states on their site that AB Wuhan is part of their company and that Abgenom has their own presence in the stock market (if I understand it correctly). Haven't checked yet for stock symbol for Abgenom but will do so...thoughts, anyone?
Well folks, looks like the suspense will continue for at least a little while. I just talked to Michael Scott, the IR rep, and he said the following (main points):
1) Do not assume that the solar company is off the table because it's not currently on the GLGT website. We should know more later, probably by the end of the week.(he could not be any more specific than that)
2) The AB Wuhan subsidiary is confirmed, although the "official" pr has not yet been issued.
3) The OTCVerify will be up and running today, "very soon" he said, although he couldn't confirm the time. A few companies will be profiled for now as the info on others is still coming in. Although he wouldn't (couldn't) confirm one way or the other, it sounds to me like it may still be too early for GLGT, which itself will be verified along with its subsidiaries (potential or otherwise). On the other hand, we may get a nice (hopefully) surprise.
I hope that will help us all to keep up our spirits.
Unless, of course, the announcement comes soon...we won't need a moratorium on comments then!
GO GLGT!!!
Just talked to IR, they're waiting for the announcement, can't say when. Fingers crossed everyone.
Clever post, mmech, certainly we are being hard-pressed to believe. It's all a matter of faith and patience now.
A positive attitude always get better results.
Let it go already.
For anyone who doesn't already know the facts, GLGT's current management is not liable in any way, and GLGT is merely a "relief defendant" (look it up). No problem at all and the whole matter was resolved successfully some time ago with the China merger company. Despite Fire Lane's underhanded claims, it will not affect the merger in any way.
That lawsuit concerns the previous GLGT management under Mr. Reed who is long gone. GLGT was named as a "relief defendant" which involves just being available to supply information on the former management if needed and there is no liability whatsoever on the part of the current management. Do your research for real before you stink up the board.
Well, Southern Gal, I'd say that's pretty true, which is why all we really have here is faith. If you want the merger to happen, that's what you should talk up. If you want it to fail, do what you're doing and/or get out of the stock...it's called common sense.
Southern Gal, the post you're questioning does not come from an "anonymous poster on the yahoo message board," as you say. It comes directly from the MiniMoo online publication which includes the Friday's Tips. Why don't you sign up for your very own subscription (free), so you know what's really happening? Your non-stop accusations are quite tiresome.
Received the following today when I asked MiniMoo IR rep about earlier anouncements and when the OTCVerify will happen (make of it what you will, still a waiting game as I see it)...
"These business transactions and company movements are not always on a precise timeline. Some of these pinksheets companies have hurdles to jump which may delay plans for mergers. OTCVerify should be out in April."
Southern Gal continues to excel at attempting to sabotaging her own investment. It's true, however, that we're still essentially in the dark regarding the facts. Hopefully the truth will come to light soon and will reward us all (even Southern Gal) for our faith and patience.
$brich$ calls it right as usual, thanks $brich$ :)
Anyone care to comment on this? (from Friday's Tips...not real clear to me).
GLGT
The former principals of this company had (have) some legal matters pending with California authorities and regulators. Because GLGT was named as a "relief defendant," the newly merged companies rescinded their contracts and headed for the hills. No matter how hard we pitched GLGT to operating companies, no one would touch it with a 10-foot pole. However, as the saying goes, time heals all wounds and one person's misfortune is another's opportunity. GLGT is now on the radar of many companies. Recently (as we were working on the China Zuhua solar company merger), an Indian company of similar stature put its hand up for GLGT.
We'll update shareholders once we hear from our Chinese representatives, but competition is always good. The next logical question would be: Is it a possibility that both the Indian and Chinese companies may merge into GLGT? That's the game plan. It should be a great April or May for GLGT. This company will go through the OTCVerify process (both India and China).
CARS, how do we determine from your list of transactions which were buys and which were sells? Thanks.
According to MiniMoo IR with whom I corresponded about this, the dispute is history, was settled some time ago. No further details and no links, so don't bother asking.
Let me soften that to "Doubting Tomasina" (just saw her last post).
Let's go GLGT!!
The "Friday Tips" are put out my MM every Friday along with a host of other information on the companies in their portfolio. All you have to do is go to their website and subscribe, it's free.
Southern Gal, it is most unseemly for a person with a professed 6M shares to relentlessly knock their own investment.
If I may add to the recent chorus of optimism, I'd like to say that I've had several exchanges by phone and e-mail with Michael Scott, the IR rep at MM, and he has been unfailingly cordial and responsive, assuring me that the merger is happening, and saying at one point, if I may quote him to the best of my recollection, "We're not in the habit of taking fictitious companies under our umbrella." He also said that MM is just as eager as we are to see the OTCVerify completed in the interest of "eliminating disbelief," and he's expecting it to go public soon. I hope this post contributes to alleviating concerns.
