That's the reason they do not give a date they will give rough idea how long on average it takes subject to documents being delivered on time.

Company has zero money to sustain their status with OTC which is roughly $4000. (sitting at a stop sign) which lot of brokers would not allow you to buy or sell at that status.
To do audit on a public company you need roughly $40,000 Per year. Minimum requirement 2 years. If he comes up with that he still need to file in British Columbia which cost more $$$$.
