I really hope this stock does pull through. I am patient but I do feel like if by 2013 we have not made any substantial progress I am pulling out, I am down 70% and $5,700. Time flies and as far as I am concerned this stock has not gone anywhere in the past year.
how long until we see any value, half a year? longer...
I understand this is a process that takes time but it just seems to me like management could be doing more to secure some initial value.
May be I am wrong but I think it would be nice if we could go ahead and at least start mining some potash jmo.
( in any case i am not investing any more money until we start to make some revenue i don't care if we are undervalued or not..)
I had a dream last night that mmte's pps was skyrocketing upwards. I decided to sell some of my shares when it got up to around $1 a share. It was so exiting and realistic. The price kept going up until it hit $5. At that point I realized I had $700,000 dollars cash and alot of extra shares to boot. I was so happy and knew all of my problems where going to be over for good.... sigh I hope this becomes a reality one day..
Either MMTE is going to be sucsessful or it is not. This law suit will not have much bearing on MMTE's long term success(imo). I, however, do not feel like this will be dragged out for years.. It would simply be to big of a burden on even a mammoths back. It would best for the company to see this thing resolved asap. - For now though I think I will ride out this storm and will not be adding -
If this has anything to do with Overcash it will probably get thrown out then followed by a counter suit. imo
I hear you nobody even knows the details of the case yet and they are already making all sorts of assumptions. WL said himself via e-mail that these actions are not going to affect the company. Maybe i am just a trusting person but I am inclined to believe him in this regard.
It would make me feel better for a pr with the same statement written on it but other than that we are just going to have to wait until more info comes out before we all start to panic.
This stock isnt going to rise at this level with all of these flippers
Just throwing my 2 cents here, but it seems to me very obvious that the ppl here that are complaining about yesterdays pr are only interested in seeing flashy prs that generate hype. Personally I was happy with yesterdays pr because it showed Transparency and I like to be privy with the things that are going on in a stock that I own. I'll make this clear so there will be no miss understanding this stock is not a pump and dump scheme. If you are only interested in this stock for a quick flip you will be sorely disappointed my friend. Personally I foresee several more months before this stock starts to get of the floor and move but when it does it is going to be one hell of a ride. imo
I do not understand why the pps is going down, I can speculate the pps rose on anticipation of earth shattering news and when that did not happen people got antsy and left. I can see that we are headed in the right direction though and I trust in WL's past business experience to see this thing through.
We are making progress at least, I think it is going to be very interesting watching how all this plays out in the next few months..
I cannot believe that the land concessions they own are without value
There is big demand for lithium now and in the future it is very valuable land..
idk... could it be the mm's
5 billion shares outstanding
Market cap 12.49 m
Read the report, it is basically an up to date technical analysis. It does have listed all of the short sales that have occurred over the past 6 months..
I can see potential for this technology in become the next status quo in maintaining electrical grids with stable power.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grid_energy_storage
$$$$$$$
I think I have heard somewhere else as well that they were planning on switching to Lithium batteries for grid electrical storage
The way i see this stock is severely undervalued as of right now. even if you put the value of the 8649 acres that we have at 10,000 an acre that still comes out to $86,490,000 that imo is the low ball of what mmte should be worth right now. It is now only a matter of time before the share price adjusts to this.
WOOT - that's great news! never really doubt that we would get it though..
You mean what could happen.. we could get a very attractive land deal that would be ideal.
0.2 could make my dreams come true I would probably start my own small business. So I could finally stick it to the man lol
So anxious over what could happen in the next few days I can hardly function.. Come on Mammoth!
Thanks for the info:) will re post a portion of it here for those that did not read through the whole thing or may not be clear on the meaning of due diligence from a business perspective..
"In cases of potential mergers and acquisitions, due diligence is a more comprehensive undertaking. "The track record of past operations and the future prospects of the company are needed to know where the company has been and where its potential may carry it," explained William Leonard in Ohio CPA Journal. In addition, observers note that the dramatic increase in information technology (IT) in recent years has complicated the task of due diligence for many companies, especially those engaged in negotiations to buy or merge with another company. After all, system incompatibilities can require huge amounts of time, money, and personnel resources to integrate.
Leonard notes that traditional due diligence practices in acquisition/merger scenarios called for detailed examination of financial statements, accounts receivable, inventories, workers compensation, employment practices and employee benefits, pending and potential litigation, tax situation, and intellectual property prior to signing on the dotted line."
I know what you mean it is still a somewhat vague statement and could mean a number of many different things.
According to Wikipedia " "Due diligence" is a term used for a number of concepts involving either an investigation of a business or person prior to signing a contract, or an act with a certain standard of care. It can be a legal obligation, but the term will more commonly apply to voluntary investigations."
Is he referring to the legal i.e. contractual obligations??? I would like to hope so!!
I am confident that there is a land deal in the mix, I do not believe Mr. L would lead us on like this if there was not something. How much is still a mystery, but I do know whenever the first pr hits with news of definite land acreage this stock will move into penny's quickly..
Looks like its holding well at 0.0035
Does anybody know when Mammoths 1st quarter ends?
I have 500000 shares I plan on holding onto. If everything works out great, but if not it won't wipe me out either.
Ive been reading up on the Chilean government wanting to open up the salar to foreign companies, but last I heard it was still going through congress. Any news?

Just a question but why does everyone want to drive up the pps so much before the next pr. News of the land deal will surely drive up the price but if that is the case it seems logical that you would want it to stay low in order to be able to afford more, pardon me for saying but this seems like a scheme.
