Some might remember me talking About my friend in college and his professor and class analysis on MMTE. He talked to me today. He bought in. So did his professor. The professor told him he has colleagues who work for the mms and they love this stock. They see it as a legitimate pink trying to make it. They are loading. He was told they expect to see .20 - .50 by years end. It's all in the opinion of that professors contacts of course but I like sharing what I hear if it might interest others

Anyone else having trouble on scottrade? It says it can't execute buy or sell orders for MMTE because there is no lAst sale Price or bid/ask price. Any ideas

Sorry I've been in the er with back problems and low potassium levels we found out today too. Nothing major but seems a lot of us are having issues. Prayers for us all. I missed what's happened and the price going low. Can't really muster reading the 10q or gather to much ( I'm very drugged up) could anyone explain the basics of it to me and what it meAns for the company going forward. Will it matter if we start production? Wont the announcement of land shoot us off just like it did that other company. I would think that people who watched the run it made will be looking for the next company...MMTE should reap the benefits of that IMO

A friend of mine is in Grad School right now getting his degree in Financial management and International business. He brought it up in a class and according to him the class had a good discussion on the company and if it was a good investment. He said the professor thought it was a good play as companies like this if they deliver the deals as promised and can start production typically either merge and start a joint venture or get completely bought out by a larger company. They came to the conclusion that if the PPS can go multi-pennies on its own, a merger and or buyout would probably be looking at .50 to 1.00 per share or more depending on output levels and demand. It seems to go hand in hand with what AMA said. I know its all some grad school class opinion but I thought it was interesting.

I was taking a guess and saying he either a)Couldn't get the money to support what he originally wanted, or B) He has more in store than what we know and needs some extra investments to get it done. Hopefully option B

Can someone explain what happens to current shareholders of a company if they merge with another company. Like if MMTE were to merge with a NYSE company that is larger and the pps is higher obviously, what happens to people holding MMTE shares?

I had a dream that this stock was in the multi dollar range by years end..I think it was like 2.50 or so. I am just a poor kid in the military trying to get out of debt and get myself and my wife rich..everyone is talking pennies...I want to talk dollar + ..seems possible the way some have broken it down.

That I do not know. Im just a very new investor hoping I got lucky. I picked it up after doing a lot of research on it when it was at .0003. Looked promising and lithium is no doubt the future so I thought I would take a chance. Im still trying to make sense of all the potential it has and just how exactly it would or could get to those levels again.

On the scottrade 5 year chart we were looking at it showed that MMTE was at 2.50 and 1.50 in years past..I guess im dreaming to think it still can?
