Do you know what kind of news is going to happen? It seems like you may know something...I don't think I want to invest here again, but if it's something that will make this explode I'm open to advice...
LOL. That's funny. But as a rich man once said, "Why pay for something when it's free..." Good luck trading! Should be a good day for everyone that turns and burns on this stock!
If Cubo has plenty of money, then they should stay away from EFIR. According to EFIR last 10-Q they didn't look so hot. Plus everyone is suing them. Good luck Sir!
Then help me to understand why they were flat lined up until 02/27/12? I really don't want to argue. Just doing DD and came upon the article I previously reported.
Not saying they aren't a real company. I'm saying they were D listed and only recently upgraded again. Usually a company that get's D listed is in trouble. Look at how many times EFIR was D listed and then had to do a R/S in order to stay in business.
And Cubo Energy was D listed just this past December. See my post #4132
DD - Looks like Cubo was recently D listed. Sounds like a great company to invest with. These two will be a match made in heaven

Effective September 30, 2011 the rules for the Open Market First Quotation Board required issuers to have either total equity of € 500.000 and a minimum par value of 10 cents per share, or a published prospectus. 148 companies listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange that did not match the criteria were delisted. Despite the foregoing, the same unscrupulous unregistered shell brokers operating in the United States are conduits for the fraudulent sale of Frankfurt Shells. For the inexperienced US Company the results of purchasing a non-listed entity could be financially devastating. The remedies available to purchasers who have invested or purchased these delisted Frankfurt companies are few and the expense of any type of civil action is impractical due to personal and subject matter jurisdiction being outside the borders of the United States. Before purchasing any company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange you should conduct due diligence and seek the advise of an attorney experienced in Frankfurt Listing Requirements. The list below was obtained from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

For those that don't understand what a reverse split is:
Investopedia explains Reverse Stock Split
For example, a 1-for-2 reverse split means you get half as many shares, but at twice the price. It's usually a bad sign if a company is forced to reverse split - firms do it to make their stock look more valuable when, in fact, nothing has changed. A company may also do a reverse split to avoid being delisted.
This company is going down the tubes...2nd reverse split in one year and this one is 1:500 - crazy.
Hello...What happened to Terra Telecom?
PR Post EFIR put out for the world to see.
EGPI Firecreek, Inc. Subsidiary Terra Telecom Selected as the Technology Partner for Arnold Worldwide
Egpi Firecreek (OTCBB:EFIR)
Historical Stock Chart
2 Months : January 2011 to March 2011
EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (OTCBB: EFIR) is pleased to announce that global advertising agency Arnold Worldwide ( referred as “Arnold”) has selected Terra Telecom Inc. as their Technology Partner to manage their VoIP platform.
Arnold is a global advertising and communications company that is considered one of the five most awarded agencies of the past decade. They represent a diverse portfolio of clients. These clients include some of the most widely recognized brands known in today’s market. They have built a reputation in delivering services across all communication touch points – advertising, digital, promotions, direct, design and branded content.
Arnold had been on the Centrex network for years. Although they were comfortable with the long standing service, the Centrex had limited feature packages, a restricted system management, and high monthly recurring costs. Arnold Worldwide needed a feature rich VoIP platform with powerful network management tools and a lower monthly recurring cost, along with the massive capacity and incredible flexibility to fit the agency’s ongoing needs.
As important as the technology, was the technology partner needed to keep the platform running. In the demanding and dynamic environment of worldwide advertising, communications continuity is paramount. Having made the move to a modern VoIP phone system that could leverage their existing data network, Arnold sought the right partner that could service such a system.
After evaluating and working with different partners, Arnold selected Terra Telecom to manage their VoIP platform. Terra had the right mix of technical expertise and personalized customer service, to suit the needs of a global advertising agency. Additionally, Terra has technical resources located across the nation, and can service Arnold’s offices in NYC, Boston and DC. As a result, both the VoIP network and the customer/vendor relationship have received high marks from Arnold.
Greg Folsom, IT Manager at Arnold, stated, “I would recommend Terra Telecom as a solution provider for any company. Arnold has absolutely benefited from our partnership with Terra Telecom. Arnold has saved much time and effort in running a modern IP telephony system. In addition, moving from a legacy Centrex system to a modern VoIP network has reduced our costs substantially.”
David Shepard, CIO of Terra Telecom, stated, “It is exciting to work with a company like Arnold Worldwide, whose client list displays some of the world’s most prestigious brands. The challenges of a fast paced global advertising agency fit hand-in-glove with Terra’s vast technical expertise, commitments to quality, performance and superior customer service.”
About Terra Telecom
Terra is an industry leader in value creation for each of their clients and stakeholders. Terra’s enterprise business has experienced exponential sales volume and revenue growth since January 2005 with year-to-year revenue growth averaging 46.6% over 2005, 2006 and 2007. The revenue growth fueled by increases in the volume and scope of jobs created the need for significant infrastructure growth. In 2006 Terra relocated its company headquarters to a modern, 25,000-square-foot facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This facility provides the Company the space to continue growth and the ability to manage operations throughout the nation.
Terra Telecom also works with the United Nations delivering voice products to several countries and the Texas Dept. of Transportation, which will bring significant opportunities to EGPI through various ITS/DOT opportunities.

Well said. This was a bad investment. The company has consistantly gone down in stocks and when it's up it does RS, which leave investors cashed out. The PR that has been released is fluff to get unsuspecting investors to take a chance without knowing the background of the company. If everyone really searches the filings and history they can make their own opinion.
R/S should happen soon. They need the cash.
Did you see EFIR's board today? It's going crazy.
Thanks. Will use extreme caution!

Or maybe some of their assets are now claiming bankruptcy and they cut them loose. Just a thought...
Or maybe some of their assets are now claiming bankruptcy and they cut them loose. Just a though...
HC - you are very right about things. I'm sure the stock is going to bounce back today, but we know that it really doesn't mean anything. Anyone who reads this post, I would just ask you to really do your homework. Why is that Artic Solar is iniating a separate distribution company...can't they do that under their own name? What's going on with Terra Telecom? I tried going to their site, and it's been down for 2 days now. What about the new fields they purchased? Has anyone have real information about it? I know that stock investors make there money of off buying and selling stock, but if there is a company that consistantly takes it's own stock to pay it's members and consultants, as well as doing R/S and cashing out the smaller investors what does that tell you? Tells me they are out to make money off of the little guys. When I invest in stock I look at the whole picture. I would ask all to do the same especially with this company. Burned once, not again.
I hope your right.
Didn't Charys Holding Company, Inc. basically do the same thing that Arctic Solar is now claiming to get into, on the solar-side of things? And didn't Charys Holding company go belly-up? And isn't Charys Holding Company previously owned by one of the same persons in the top decision makers as EFIR? It's soooo confusing if the homework is not done...
Agreed. Everyone really needs to do their due diligence homework in regards to the companies that EFIR has purchased.
Feel sorry for those stock holders that get cashed out if they do a R/S. What about companies they buy with stock? Could they become cashed out even if they have a long term agreement?
New to this...but wondering why the SEC is not going after this company. Are they even watching them? Or are there such little common stock that they just don't care? I do know that these PR posts are bull imho. Who is vfin and auto and how are they related to EFIR? Just doing my homework. Thanks.
Another useless pr post to try and drive the stock up. Buyer beware.
