Lets just have a GREAT WEEK!
TIA
CWRN
That is just not true. Why would you post such a foolish story?
TIA
CWRN
So you are saying all this is in the Q's....
So where exactly is the fraud?
And, why would the fraud team be here. I just don't get it.
CWRN
That doesn't mean for a moment they are out of the picture. If UNDT was to get a major order that agreement would be renewed in a week or 2.
CWRN
Then explain to me what the deal with Cal Tech is about. I know it's in jeopardy.
So, do you want to take back your last statement or are you still clinging to that lie you are spreading.
On June 23, 2009, California Institute of Technology (“Cal Tech”) sent a letter to Universal Detection Technology ("UDT"), asserting certain breaches by UDT of that certain License Agreement between Cal Tech and UDT effective September 30, 2009 as amended (the "License Agreement") including nonpayment of royalties, failure to pay certain prosecution and legal costs and failure to fully commercialize the patents and technologies that are licensed to UDT under the License Agreement. Cal Tech is also asserting its right to terminate the License Agreement effective June 4, 2009. UDT disagrees with the various assertions made by Cal Tech in the letter and has requested that Cal Tech submit to arbitration all matters in dispute. To date, no further action has been taken and UDT continues to perform under the License Agreement. However, there can be no assurance that the License Agreement will continue in effect, or that UDT will be able to continue the use, development and commercialization of the underlying patents and technologies. Primarily the License Agreement concerns a group of patents that support UDT's "BSM" technologies and related products. The loss of these licensed technologies would have an adverse effect on UDT's prospects until such time as alternate technologies are licensed or developed.
Do you even know who the sales we to. You know a developmental company has to get it's product out there. As you would say, samples to test for orders for perhaps millions.
Purchase Order Includes UNDT's 5 Agent Biodetection Kit for Rapid On-Site Detection of Anthrax, Ricin, Botulinum, Y. Pestis and SEBs
LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/08/10 -- Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (UNDT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and other infectious health threats and provider of counter-terrorism consulting and training services, reported today that it has received a purchase order for its 5-agent biological detection equipment from Boeing Service Company, a fully owned subsidiary of Boeing Defense. The detection equipment is designed to check for anthrax, ricin, botulinum, Y. Pestis (plague) and SEB's in as little as three minutes.
Boeing Service Company (BSC) is a fully-owned subsidiary of Boeing Defense, Space & Security, with approximately 1,500 people around the world working to successfully maintain and sustain customer communication and data systems. BSC's programs vary from tasking and tracking communication and global positioning satellites to readying payloads for rocket launch to building and maintaining classified government facilities.
UNDT's biodetection equipment has been extensively used by first responders and private industry throughout the country. The equipment has been evaluated by the U.S. DOD as well as the United Kingdom military. The equipment's capacities include:
* No cross-reactivity with near neighbor strains
* No cross-reactivity to household powders
* No set up time
* No expensive reader needed
* No decontamination requirements
* No false positives
* No false negatives
* No hook effect
"With last year's recognition from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an 'Approved Product for Homeland Security' under the SAFETY Act, UNDT's 5-agent biodetection kit has been a key choice in biothreat security for a number of large companies like Boeing Service Company," said Jacques Tizabi, Universal Detection Technology CEO. "UNDT's 5-agent biodetection kit is a fast and reliable on-site test of harmful bioagents that can threaten the operations of any corporate facility," continued Tizabi.

You are right about that . UNDT has done nothing in the past to benefit shareholders. This is their chance.
They have the product and the time is now!
It's on MGMT. If the can't make it now they are just a personal piggybank and should be closed.
I am willing to give them that chance. I could care less about AS OS Float Selling of shares and debt. This is a developmental company. Not GE or MSFT.
CWRN
Because they can't stand up to scrutiny. They are a form of censorship that real Americans wouldn't stand for.
CWRN
No Doubt.
I got on the buy side today for 300k,
Iron ore prices were up for the last 2 days and short term outlook is positive. That was a fast 30 dollar tumble.
CWRN
Pennies very possible on just one sales contract and we all know that will happen.
Just a matter of when.
CWRN
That's just a simple look at volume and share count.
You hit the nail on the head.
Not to mention that dilution was finished yesterday. No reason for us not to have another 100% day.
UNDT has a real shot now.
CWRN
Without a doubt UNDT does have good PR. I suspect we will be hearing something positive shortly.
This run could go on for many days.
I wouldn't be a seller here.
CWRN
And how did you learn that?
Did you brief over a Q....
Give us a break Ms shell, even Ray Charles could see that.
You use to be Underdog, but you're looking more and more like Spongebob. You should hurry back to the crabby shack.
CWRN
You gotta ask yourself, has the radiation stopped.
No.
Has the first sales order hit. No.
Is all of this a one day wonder. No
This company has a real chance to go places.
It's on management now.
UNDT is in the best position it has ever been and nowhere close to the 52 week high.
Me, I gotta hold and add on any dip.
CWRN
One thing is for sure, you won't have to worry about dilution tomorrow. They took care of that today.
No telling where we open up but I am sure it's up....
Closed at the high on unprecedented volume. I believe that says it all.
This run should easily surpass the 52 week high as UNDT is by far in the best position it has ever been in.
CWRN
Because there is a need that far outweighs the supply.
That's if they can even get the parts due to factory close downs and power interruptions.
Not to mention the special glue that holds components together that Mitsubishi produces. Their factory went down with the Tsunami.
CWRN
This is free trading now buddy, dilution is gone.
In case you folks didn't notice that's 1.7 billion shares traded.
It's all about the bull and the bears now.
And, I am extremely bullish on radiation detection in wake of the Japan Crisis.
Not just today, but as long as the reactor keeps spewing radiation.
CWRN
Dilution was taken care of between .0018 back to .0012... We are free trading now.
They have the money now. They better get off their butts and start selling some products.
UNDT is in the right place at the right time.
Time for REAL revenue. This is on MGMT. GET RRR Done and the stock could see pennies. Anyone would know that they can sell thousands of these devices, or 10's of thousands. It just a matter of getting it done.
http://www.udetection.com/products-services/radiological/
The run will end when the Japan Crisis ends. Don't be foolish and dump.
CWRN
Something REALLY funny with trades today.....
Did anyone else notice that our volume was 7m around 12 and now sits at 3.2m...
What the heck is going on? Are trades being canceled?
CWRN
Been watching for a while...
Wonder what this breakdown is about.
CWRN
Everyone here knows I am Pro CWRN and have been buying.... This is a repost from YMB, an answer to a shareholder saying he would sell if the ship is late. Then a reply to his message to sell and someone else would buy.
Let me reply to you buying shares every time we lose an investor due to ill managed expectations. It's a losing game. We are 5 to 10 times better off keeping the investors we have instead of losing them to a poorly managed IR.
Bob has a poor track record of managing investor expectations. Had it not been for the pictures of all the ongoing operations and the pictures of the giant pile of ore at the dock how many of us would be here? I believe not many.
I would love for people to sell when the PPS has met their target and not because a PR has left them confused and in doubt.
Good investor relations gets you a PE of 20+ instead a PE of 8 or 5 even when the fundamentals are there. Why, because it gets to the point where nobody believes the fundamentals on the 10Q. Can you blame them?
Good IR keeps investors holding on to their shares. As difficult as this may sound, the stock market is a confidence game. At this point we have to build confidence and respect from the investment community. It's an idea whose time has come.
Comments welcomed.
CWRN
What is there to even like?
WRIT doesn't ever seem to go up.
What is the problem here?
CWRN
Does WRIT ever go up?
I have been watching for 6 months now.
What seems to be the problem here?
CWRN
I feel the same way as you do about CWRN and I have been buying also.
My last buys were at .024 and .0251
I have over 15m now and counting. There is some serious discussion on CWRN right now on the YM board and I believe some may want to take look and add comments.
TIA
CWRN
I have the read TOS rules twice and will abide by them.
I want to leave jail.
Thanks
CWRN
Yep, if you are a company blowing smoke and PRing bull to lift your PPS then there are problems with the trade for trade.
No doubt CWRN has to catch up with filings. We all know that and we have been given a time frame when to expect these events to occur.
Now, as far as CWRN, we are not blowing smoke, we are piling Fe ore and that's real cash. The first shipment will handle all the filings and get the ball rolling. That's not just one ship load, but continuous operations for Extraction, Processing, Grading, Trucking, Port Stockpiling and Shipping. Keyword is CONTINUOUS!
Great difference between smoke and Fe ore.
Almost 15m shares now as I bought heavy on the last dip.
Nice talking to a few folks on this board. Everyone I spoke with seems very genuine.
CWRN
Good work...
Thanks for the info.
CWRN
Bought most of the .0235 .0236...
CWRN
PS I get 1 post a day here per mgmt.
Look I have 12m now at .016 avg.
8 cents gives me over a mil.....
CWRN
When you are talking 75m to 100m FCF a month you have a pure winner and the PPS will follow.
cwrn
I would like to see all the bills paid and become current OTC status from proceeds of first shipment. As for any left over cash lets lease or buy more equipment and open another mine. That's where the value lies IMO.
Buying shares back can start with the third shipment. We need 100m to 200m on the dock every month for the next 24 months as Fe ore prices hold.
Margins will exceed 50% IMO.
CWRN
It's always a good thing to have many saying the PPS is going down.
Means there are buyers lurking and ready.
I am also ready for a PPS drop as I will buy more.
I'll bet there are over a 1000 folks waiting to see this PR. That's an awful lotta money in the wings.
CWRN
I know fees can be 500k to a million a year if done right so it's best to start when the company becomes profitable.
CWRN
We also could say all the bad news is anticipated too. Like no shipping, there is only 10k tons of ore,CE will never be removed, heck, the company doesn't even exist and all our accounts are just play money.
Are we here to debate what is real and what isn't.
The pictures are photoshop anyway.
Either you believe or not.
For me, I believe and I know the more positive that occurs with CWRN the more that investors will believe and buy.
Thus everything cannot be priced into CWRN already because too many unknowns. Also, that is where the money is made. Taking a position before the unknowns become known.
If we knew everything the PPS would be correct and no movement would occur.
CWRN
I just don't understand what we have to panic about.
We have ore and the prices are set to rise throughout the year.
We should ship soon and that is on the shipping process which is decided by the carrier and the port authority.
As long as ore keeps reaching the dock it's just a matter of time.
I have more cash so I suppose a buy is in order on any drop.
CWRN
That article ought perk everyone here up....
3 to 4 years of Fe ore prices moving up...

Record prices loom for iron ore
By Jack Farchy in London
Published: February 27 2011 19:33 | Last updated: February 27 2011 19:33
Steel mills are set to pay record prices for iron ore next quarter, as resurgent global demand butts up against limited supply.
The cost of iron ore, used to make steel, is critical to the global economy as it filters into steel prices and, ultimately, into the cost of everyday goods. The sharp rise in costs – up about 23-25 per cent from the first quarter, according to analyst estimates – will add to concerns about inflation as oil and food prices are also rising rapidly.
Iron ore prices are important to the profitability of two of the world’s largest heavy industries, the mining and steelmaking sectors. In the past three weeks, the three top miners of the commodity, BHP Billiton, Vale and Rio Tinto, have each reported record profits for 2010 driven in large part by the strength of iron ore prices.
Analysts and industry executives expect prices for 2011 to be much higher than for 2010.
Contract prices for the second quarter, which are based on the average spot market price from December to February, are set to rise to about $170 a tonne for Australian iron ore, excluding freight costs. That is 40-45 per cent higher than the same quarter in 2010 and nearly triple the $61 price in place until March 2010 under the old annual benchmark pricing system.
“The year as a whole is going to be phenomenal for the miners,” said Colin Hamilton, bulk commodities analyst at Macquarie.
The price rises have been driven by a strong rebound in global steel production, led by China, which imported a record 69m tonnes of iron ore last month. At the same time, supply has been sluggish, as exports from India have dropped sharply amid higher domestic consumption and export limits.
Guilherme Cavalcanti, chief financial officer of Vale, said on Friday he expected the market tightness to continue for three to four years. “This is the greatest moment for the company so far but the best is yet to come.”
The increase in the quarterly contract price will either push up steel prices or dent steelmakers’ profit margins. Some grades of steel on the spot market have already risen more than 50 per cent since mid-November.
The final contract price, to be calculated today on the last trading day of February, will differ between miners due to the use of different formulas. Vale’s and Rio Tinto’s quarterly contracts are based on a three-month average of spot quotations for the period ending one month before the new quarter. BHP Billiton uses other systems.
Contract prices for coking coal, the other key steelmaking ingredient, are also expected to settle at or near the record contract price of $300 a tonne, after floods in Australia severely reduced supplies. BHP Billiton is pushing for coking coal contracts to move to monthly deals, although steelmakers are resisting the move.
Good post surebob.
Thanks for the info.
Any idea how on how much the bags will fetch?

The Ensenada Port Authority is in the process of dredging its bulk cargo dock to receive PanaMax vessels up to 75,000 Down Weight Tons (DWT). The P.A. advised CWRN and PanAm both on Monday that the dredging project would be completed before the end of December 2010. The company will still make its first shipment via Handy cargo vessel at 30/35,000 DWT; However, beginning in January 2011 all bulk cargo shipments will be made via PanaMax at one or two shipments per month.
