So if a company is not listed on LinkedIn the company is not real? My business is not listed on LinkedIn.

The fact there is virtually no information online about TXSER I can only conclude TXSER is not looking to scam anyone; they're not advertising any aspect of their work.

So I ask myself why?

If I was working on / developed a new coal to liquid technology that may have a positive impact on America's domestic supply of fuels, I would be very careful with what information was available in the public domain.

I believe the real hold-up may in fact be vested in SOCU financial reporting. I am sure SOCU is working to complete their financials ASAP.

I went online to check Nevada's Secretary of State and noticed the lack of an 'expiration date'. I phoned the SoS office and asked why a business may have a 'revoked' status without posting an expiration date? The answer I received was one of an administrative error and an admission they've had several online record keeping errors. I can concluded TXSER status as 'revoked' is an error. I also must believe TXSER is now aware of the problem, looking to seek a correction as soon as possible.

Merger with TXSER? Who is passing that rumor? SOCU press release only mentioned working with TXSER to produce coal to liquid processing plants - right? I thought I read TXSER was project managing the project for SOCU - right?

FYI: Nevada Secretary of State website has apparently reported the 'revoked' status in error, and a correction will be forthcoming.
