I went online to check Nevada's Secretary of State and noticed the lack of an 'expiration date'. I phoned the SoS office and asked why a business may have a 'revoked' status without posting an expiration date? The answer I received was one of an administrative error and an admission they've had several online record keeping errors. I can concluded TXSER status as 'revoked' is an error. I also must believe TXSER is now aware of the problem, looking to seek a correction as soon as possible.
Given the lack of any online information I can safely conclude TXSER is a privately held company. The fact there is virtually no information online I can also conclude they are not looking to scam anyone, as they do not appear to advertise any aspect of their work. It has been my experience real professionals are the quiet ones. In other words the lack of a reputation is often a good reputation. I for one am willing to wait, watch, and hold off on making any judgment.
