Why am I finding a new ticker for CCME China Mediaexpress Holdings? It says: (AMEX:TMI.UN), it is listed at around $ 1,489.06 EOD a share....
China Mediaexpress Holdings
You could be right. Looks like offshore accounts have been busy buying.
Good article. Still no proof CCME did anything wrong.
"The Company announced that it had been ranked number 337 on the Deloitte's 2011 Technology Fast 500, an annual ranking by Deloitte LLP of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.
The Company announced that in an expanded effort to create greater awareness about the company's recent significant developments, including the increase in its oil and gas business activities and related revenue increases, it has retained the services of Investor Awareness, Inc. as its new investor relations firm."
Scooping them up before the news

I remember clearly it being the 15th. I can't help it, it's burned into my brain!
Wasn't it the 15th?
The best presentation of the current "Shock Economics" strategy that brought about the market crash in 2008, and will continue to destabilize the economy until the Oligarchy has become all powerful, while we look the other way.
"Oligarchy is a form of government where most political power effectively rests with a small segment of society (typically the most powerful, whether by wealth, military strength, ruthlessness, or political influence). The word oligarchy is from the Greek for 'few' and 'rule.'"

It's a shame they're in your IRA accounts...
Same here Chris. Still have every share...
I agree. At this point you would think someone could have proved some kind of wrongdoing. Staar's case is a joke; but, hopefully, it forces the hand of Cheng. He's a "key man" and the reason they got the exclusive permit - so they can't really get rid of him. I'm not expecting anything to break until the fall. No point in selling like Chris said. Probably insiders and former shorts have been quietly scooping up shares at these fire sale prices. China is going to attract a lot of investors with this Clown Show in Washington, hell Jim Rogers moved to the orient in '07 because he thinks that's where the money is going to be made. When the smoke clears there will be huge money made on Chinese stocks once the clear up their GAAP issues, by then the little guys will be out of the deal. Because the retail investors are almost always wrong. There is blood in the street and retail investors don't have the stones to be counter-intuitive and buy what appears to be a total POS sector. I've never seen anything like this - but I do know that CCME is at the core of this whole boondoggle.

Good one Chris! You saved me the trouble of responding.

Great article. I think he's telling the truth. He did it anonymously, so what would he gain from lying? It's pathetic what "He" has done to so many, and now he's some kind of hero on Wall Street - with CNN sucking up to him like he's a genius Stock Sleuth. Making a fortune destroying lives. Remember the young Chinese woman that WCBills knew who committed suicide as a result of this debacle? Her blood is on these bottom-feeding Short-Bloggers' hands. Sickening to the Nth degree...
Since they own most of the shares, it is a glorified way of paying themselves.
"Wuyi paid a big unexpected dividend right after ccme disaster which shows either or both linn brothers wanted liquidity or they did it to calm shareholders down."
Andrew come on back. After all, you paid the price of admission...

Never heard of a one-sided trade in my life! Probably another screw the retail investors deal! i.e., No one can buy except Hedge Funds and MMs covering short positions. Or they they are scooping up all the cheap shares because of inside info that CCME is going to get past the audit, and is actually making a ton of money! Whatever it is, you know it's stacked against the lowly retail investors...

I still hold my shares too. Just a fly on the wall hoping I don't get swatted! There was no point in bailing at such a cheap price. Who knows? Good to hear from you Marty...
I didn't say "stopped by ETrade. They called as a courtesy call to tell me it had been stopped - but they didn't know details as to why, and if they get further info they will get back to me.
ETrade called to tell me it stopped just as I was getting on the computer. Since there is no mention of SEC action, perhaps an announcement is coming. Maybe, it's good news... I can dream can't I? Maybe they are getting ready to get back on the NASDAQ?
You da' man Chris!
Echo, echo, echo...
CCME proper listing is back finally!
More conjecture masquerading as fact.
"CCME shares took a massive hit when it was confirmed the company was doing nowhere near the numbers it was reporting."
It should be CCME.PK
It could be Piper's looking for CCME.PK to become the poster child for their success in defending the sector. We just don't know...
Andrew, I miss Joe's homespun upbeat approach to life...
I hope Blockhead does hard time...
A thorough assessment of facts in true Bullmarket fashion. Bwahaha! Perhaps I was wrong about your emotions, but you've got to admit a lot of people bailed out of frustration, boredom, and anger before the facts have come to light. Someone once mentioned (perhaps you) the Kübler-Ross Five Stages of Grief. They often apply in these circumstances. I'm on stage five... At least today...
The Five Stages of Grief - Kübler-Ross Model
The stages, popularly known in its abbreviated form DABDA, include:
1. Denial — "I feel fine."; "This can't be happening, not to me."
Denial is usually only a temporary defense for the individual. This feeling is generally replaced with heightened awareness of possessions and individuals that will be left behind after death.
2. Anger — "Why me? It's not fair!"; "How can this happen to me?"; '"Who is to blame?"
Once in the second stage, the individual recognizes that denial cannot continue. Because of anger, the person is very difficult to care for due to misplaced feelings of rage and envy.
3. Bargaining — "Just let me live to see my children graduate."; "I'll do anything for a few more years."; "I will give my life savings if..."
The third stage involves the hope that the individual can somehow postpone or delay death. Usually, the negotiation for an extended life is made with a higher power in exchange for a reformed lifestyle. Psychologically, the individual is saying, "I understand I will die, but if I could just have more time..."
4. Depression — "I'm so sad, why bother with anything?"; "I'm going to die... What's the point?"; "I miss my loved one, why go on?"
During the fourth stage, the dying person begins to understand the certainty of death. Because of this, the individual may become silent, refuse visitors and spend much of the time crying and grieving. This process allows the dying person to disconnect from things of love and affection. It is not recommended to attempt to cheer up an individual who is in this stage. It is an important time for grieving that must be processed.
5. Acceptance — "It's going to be okay."; "I can't fight it, I may as well prepare for it."
In this last stage, the individual begins to come to terms with her/his mortality or that of a loved one.

Yes and if you can run against the herd, you might have a chance.
WCTBills is too shadowy for me to have a strong opinion one way or the other. But my decision is purely mine. I don't rely on others DD. I did my own DD and I'll live with it. "I only know one thing, and that is that I know nothing." Socrates At least not until the fat lady sings...
