9lt98x,
I came over to look at Pacific Gold, seeing if it was worthwhile to help diversify my investments. I admit I am invested in Colorado Gold Fields, just so you know where I am coming from.
FWIW, CGFI will see the mill opening soon. As you have seen in your own DD about Pacific Gold Corp, dealing with government officials is tedious at best. Just as Pacific has had it's issues with various government entities, so has Colorado Goldfields. However, CGFI is quickly removing those objections and issues. They are further along than you may suspect.
I'm sure you will want to do your own DD, just as I am here to help myself to what you can offer.
I don't know if a JV is possible, but take a look at the company yourself. They already have contracts for toll mining the ore from other mines. The share structure is different, yes. But that is reflected in the PPS. I see Pacific Gold has approximately $1.3 billion in gold in the ground. So does Colorado. In addition, Colorado has silver and copper deposits. Most notably, CG has a mill. It is in good shape and is soon to be permitted, although dealing with the Colorado Mining Commission (DRMS) has been a real bear! The State is one of the most difficult to get a mill approved in, I understand.
I'm not trying to sell anyone on CG. Just trying to offer the info I have for your use.
I hope to be investing in Pacific Gold soon. I see it as having good potential.
I hope you don't mind my looking around. Come do the same at CG's.
Thanks. GLTYA, & happy investing!
Lt, you may be right, unless it is all private property, and a simple water line running across it. Might be something as easy as a local municipal permit to replace the existing line.
I just read it as the DRMS saying that they can't approve work on land outside the CGFI property line.
You know how these things go, if you ever had to put up a fence or put an addition on to your house. It seems nit-picky, but that's government agencies for you!
Either way, it shouldn't be a big deal. Just a matter of paper work.
I see all of that DRMS correspondence as a great sign. CGFI is getting all the work done that they can before the mill approval.
I feel like a kid waiting for Santa!
Atlanto, sounds like a simple plumbing problem. DRMS won't approve work on someone else's land. So CGFI will need to get the water line on the adjoining property replaced, with DRMS approval.
My opinion, the simplest way would be to have the adjoining property owner ask DRMS for permission to replace their line on their property. (if that is even necessary) then CGFI can replace the water line from the property line to the tank. CGFI pays for it all, (benefiting adjoining property owner,) and covers any filing costs with DRMS. Just some good old fashioned neighborly horse trading!
DRMS isn't saying CGFI can't do the work, they are just saying they can't approve the work on someone else's property. Red tape, for sure, but not the end of the world!
This daily pattern lately is so predictable! Depress the price during the day, let it back up to opening price before the close. Too bad you can't get orders filled at the bid during the day!
I'm still going long, so this daily yoyo action "don't mean nuttin"! I'm just flapping my fingers to hear myself type!
GLTA, news soon I hope!
Thanks AK, I guess it's ok to be "lucky" on my guesses once in a while!
I can't say I have any scientific information to support my opinion, but I just have a great feeling that the mill permit is going to break real soon! I have that "itchy" feeling when you know good things are coming!
Yeah, I'm a little crazy like that, but I freely admit it. Maybe I should seek medical help?
GLTY & all the CGFI holders!
The "ARMADA" isn't included in those figures. So add your own guess to that. I think it's safe to estimate this board has 10% of the float.
Luc, the total hasn't changed much over the long weekend. With 37 members reporting, we have an approximate total of 262,283,000 shares held. That's pretty close to 7% of the float.
If I get any more figures in, I'll update the totals.
567, So the boatload is now a Yacht?
Glad you got more! Fill up the swimming pool on that sucker too!
VietNam67,
I would like to add my words of appreciation to the others here. You served in a time when it was most difficult, politically, to be a soldier. I would like to think that we are a little smarter now and appreciate your service and sacrifice! Our nation owes you a debt of gratitude.
And, as far as our friends at "Yoohoo", the best revenge is success! We all here know this company will succeed, so we will have the last laugh on them.
Hi BOC, here's the numbers I have. The members of this board that have reported their holdings total 33. They hold a total of 225,158,015 shares. There are other members who have chosen not to report the exact numbers, (i call them the ARMADA) & they assure me that they are substantial. (they say amounts like "boatload", "shipload", "skiff load" and "more than any other members have reported") That's OK, there is no requirement to report your holdings. This is just an "exercise in curiosity".
CGFI officers (4) hold 332.875 mil. shares, or approximately 10%.
My calculations of reported holdings by this board are 6.79%.
To answer your question, the FLOAT is 92% of the outstanding shares or 3.314 billion shares.
My figures are just rough, and certainly are not 100% accurate, but they should give you some idea of where we stand.
If the ARMADA calculates in their holdings, I'm guessing we are approaching 10%! That is equal to the officers!
GLTA
We have to see that next year, if things work out for us! Hell, I'd pay good money right now to see the MMs lined up and shot! (even if it's play acting)
That would definitely make YouTube!
AK, I like your thought process on this one. No new numbers to report, but I think you are right about the shares controlled by the board & ARMADA!
So how do we sink the MM's?
I'm good to help in any plan (as long as it's quasi-legal)!
Have a good long weekend, catch you on Tuesday!
UPDATED BOARD HOLDINGS
29 members, TOTALING 196,658,015 shares + the famed and invincible "CGFI ARMADA"! (dinghies included)!
Got it Stew, & thanks for being a Marine!
Latest Shares Update...
171,437,015 Shares held by 24 board members. And don't forget the undisclosed "Armada" shares!
Have a good weekend everyone, and remember our troops, past and present, living and departed! The world would be a much different place without their sacrifices!
THANK YOU ALL!
LATEST HOLDINGS BY BOARD
As of this AM, with 22 members reporting, (excluding the armada) we hold 163,533,015 shares! In addition, the CGFI Armada includes 1 shipload, 1 boatload, 1 skiff, and too many dinghies to count! You dinghy guys know who we are!
Have a safe and fun weekend everybody, grill a steak or burger for yourself and crack open a cold one. Relax and don't worry about the mine. No one can run off with it.
And to the Armada, safe boating!
I'm not saying yet, Chips! But look at it this way, @ .50 per share, you got over $500k to blow on one GREAT party! But I'm sure you can find something more productive to do with it! Let's all hope we all can add to our bank accounts soon! GLTA on this great board!
Update on this Board Members holdings: 14 members hold 113,677,500 shares, plus one member's reported "shipload"!
If I get more numbers in, I'll post it till I run out of posts for the day.
I need to realize a profit soon so I can afford a membership on iHub. LOL After all my name says it all: M_T_Pockets!
GLTA
Damn, I want 2 months vacation! Never had that much in my whole life. And benefits too! Well if the mill doesn't get approved, and I don't get my nest egg, I'm moving to Colorado and applying for a state job!
Ok, total shares reportedly held by this board so far is 79.75 million, plus "one shipload". I'll update as figures are reported. Good going guys and gals!
No conspiracy theory here, just questioning basic business practices. I'm in it to win it on this one, so I'll be going to hell too if TIVUS follows that path. Shareholders are asking questions, because we are not mindless zombies in pinky land! I think it is good. They are getting nervous, justifiably, but courage is overcoming fear. We need to do that right now! GLTA
Good question Irish! That $150k for "expenses" has me questioning the basic business practices of this company, too! (or did I get read that wrong?)
Hope time doesn't run out on this company. Has anyone ever heard the expression "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"? We may have that here. Not bashing, just keeping it real. After all the best tech in the world is still sitting on the workbench, waiting for the money to make it happen. AIMHO!
FWIW, I'm only going to put out the total shares, no names. So if anyone wants to PM the figs, their secret is safe. Thanks guys and gals.
So how do I record that 567thb? A ship loan or a boat load. LOL. No one needs to disclose anything they don't want to. So your good 567!
Sounds like a weather forecast, Soup! Lol
Ok, I'll keep a running total, but if anyone else wants the job, I would gladly relinquish it to them. The pay isn't great and no bennies, but you get to meet lots of interesting people!
Oh, there is a form of profit sharing, "We get the mine, you get the shaft!" That's a joke, son! GLTA
I'm small time by comparison. Only 2.5 mil. Just enough to keep me warm in my old age! (even if I end up burning the certificates one by one.. LOL)
Is anyone keeping track of how many shares are held by the members of this board? I really don't remember. It is being done on a couple of other boards I'm on and it is amazing how much of the float is controlled by each of those boards. I'm just curious, not volunteering for the job.
GLTA!
Ok, I'm set for the big "gold rush" now! I'll wait till it happens, but like Christmas, I want it soon!
Just slapped the bid for another 600k shares. Yeah, I could have "fished" for some sevens, but in a short time that $60 bucks won't even be a tip at lunch! Besides, my wife had her shopping trip this week, I just had mine! And when the price hits .38 those 600k shares will pay off the house.
So let's go Colorado Division of Mining, your holding up my rise to fun & good times!
GLTA and stay LONG!
OK! A round of pitchers for the house! On me when the PPS hits .70! And 2 for you Soup! Let's drink to a great future.
Hey Soup, how about we reverse that and go for the .700? My balance sheet would like that better! Keep the faith, we will see the light at the end of the mineshaft soon! I can't help being overly positive about this stock. GLTA and go long and dig deep!
Phrantic, I don't really think Dell was in any danger of being on the hit list from WL. Dell is an OEM machine builder/seller, basically hardware/system vendor. I don't believe they write any programs. I may be wrong but the guys who are going to get hit with demand letters are the ones writing the software. Dell only buys the right to include that software on their products. So, let's say Microsoft gets a demand letter to cease and desist, Dell would then be notified by Microsoft that they could no longer put certain pieces of the Microsoft program on their machines. (more simply done with a software update by MS). But Dell would not be held liable since they licensed from MS in good faith.
The Dell deal is a good thing, for many reasons. Don't get me wrong I like that deal. It was a big score for WL. But I don't think Dell was in any real danger. AIMHO, of course!
I like mentally jousting with you Phrantic. Your smarter than the average bear! (or should I say bull?) LOL
As always, opposing opinions are welcome! GLTA
Phrantic! Great find. Good to help explain how WL's product works! TY
Thanks phrantic! I can always count on you for the 411 on what the score is. How do you keep track of all that info in your head? LOL!
GLTY & let's make some big bucks soon!
coldcash, TY for the forecast.
That is somewhat where I expect things to go. I see a up / down movement till lawsuits get established then a stair-step pattern as the lawsuits progress. I'm not a chart reader by any sense of the word. I'm looking at this from a common sense viewpoint and a discussion I had with a lawyer friend who gave me a run-down of some similar legal actions re: patent infringement cases.
I appreciate the opinion, but for my educational purposes, can you give me /us some insight into formulating your strategy? TIA, M_T.
All IMHO <---- (legal disclaimer, LOL)
rj, that would be one for the lawyers! I would hope the patent search would have shown conflicting claims. There has to be something "special" about each patent to get approval from patent office. However, this will be a good test of how WL will do, since the tech sounds very similar! All MHO, of course.
Brian39, FYI my meager holdings in Tivus =27,900 shares. (wish i had $ for more right now) Every little bit adds up.
Bob, Estimator, ROFLMAO! the 410k match keeps your money safe! No one can "run off" w/ 42 tons of dirt! And as far as the 70's seeds, I think I still have some of those kicking around here somewhere, but my memory is shot & I can't remember where they are!
Have a good weekend guys & gals! Next week will be ours! (God I hope I'm right thus time!)
That's a new "job creation" bill from the federal government? Seed Picking Supervisor = $75k /year to start. Free healthcare, retirement fund & job security!
