Sorry, trader53, I misunderstood your question. I just checked my trading account and AK is correct, I am seeing 11:30 as when it hit 0.
Hope I didn't create more confusion.
I did get your totals, Brendan. Congratulations on the 10 mill. I know it is a landmark number (it was for me) and how it feels to get there.
I will warn you, collecting the shares is a bit addictive. (Sort of like pistachios. Have you ever eaten just ONE pistachio?)
Now let's see the news on C&D approval. That will start the upward cycle to the real PPS potential.

Every time the price per share drops to .0001, it automatically goes to no bid, because retail traders can't deal in fractions of less than 1/1000¢. CGFIA closed at .0002 last week.(i believe) The bid was .0001 then.
If you look at the charts in the link to financial info on the header, you will see the PPS ranges and dates. You should be able to see when the price was @ .0001. That is, basically, a no bid situation.
Hope that helps.

I wish I knew, I would be a lot richer! (Make that wealthier. I am rich with friends and family.)
AK, do you know anything about the surveys? I am wondering if we could use that tool to gather share holding info.
I'm looking at the iHub info on it. Not much and no help so far.
I PM'ed him and he did not answer.
The only other thing I can think of right now is to ask the CGFIA iHub board if they would accept an open list like we have on the other board. (I was trying to avoid that. I believed we would get more information by keeping the personal info as confidential as possible.)
The next problem is hosting the page. We need a "no cost" way to do that.
Let's see if we can pick the brains of the crew here for a solution.
A keg of Grog to the one who offers a viable solution to this quandary! ("Virtual" Grog of course!)
Hi mike495!
Armada shares are roughly 2.4 billion.
The total is getting a bit difficult to keep accurately, and I am trying to figure out a way we can automate the process, without divulging individual holdings.
Also, I have been keeping the list for over a year and I never hear of any sales, just buys. (Now I know that is a statistical impossibility.)
If any one has an idea how we can set up a web page to allow the members of CGFIA's iHub board to report their holdings and only have a cumulative total show, I would appreciate any suggestions.
I know when I was out for my surgery and vacation I missed some people's posts, so what I have right now is not exactly "accurate".
(See, this is what happens when you put one guy in charge of both numbers AND the Grog supply at the same time. I may have been subtracting the Grog and not adding the shares!)
Help, I'm drowning in shares!
Any suggestions crew?
Thanks for any advice you can offer.
MT
Thanks, NV! I do appreciate the depth of your knowledge and answering that question.
Good Luck!
CGFIA.
Nv, if you don't mind a question that you may have some insight into:
Another poster asked me if there was the possibility of oil deposits in the Silverton area where CGFI holds leases? I haven't been able to find any information on this topic. Would you know anything about possible oil in the geology of the Silverton area?
TIA.
I thought you had mentioned that in an earlier post, or it could be I just recognized the tone of an informed voice.
In any case, I do appreciate the bonafide information you share with us here.
Thanks!
Good luck,
CGFIA
I have said it before, AK, YOU are an eloquent man. Your post is short, to the point, and exactly correct.
No "maybes" or "semantic" deceptions. "Just the facts, sir!"
Thanks.
CGFIA
That is a fact, NV. Semantics obviously were being used to obscure the facts.
Thanks for your opinion. (I believe you have some background in mining, correct?)

Drop me a post when you do, and I will update the numbers. Here is hoping you get a good price!
Good hunting!

Yehaw! Way to go Optimiss! I will note your growing booty! (oops, was that sexist? Not my intention.)
As always, Good Luck in your investments!
CGFIA
Hi promisekpr! I agree with your post 100%. That is almost exactly how I have stated my opinion in the past months.
Too many investors are looking for the "get rich quick" stock. Of course they are disappointed when they don't make a couple hundred thousand % return in a few weeks. To me that is blatant greed, but file that as "only my opinion".
I have placed my trust in Mr Guyer for the same reasons you stated; my research showed me that he was an honest and forthright businessman. (again JMO)
If CGFIA is successful, then I will be rewarded with some cash, but more importantly, I will know I helped a town survive, helped unemployed people find a job, and helped a company clean up an environmental mess.
I wish you and the other investors in CGFIA good fortune!
I don't know if that will make a big difference, but as you say, at least Mr Wallace Erickson will see it.
I'm sure there will be, and have been more letters submitted. Let's see if any without phone #'s make it to the DRMS post board.
Thanks for the effort anyway, Odega!
CGFIA
Thanks for the insight into your logic Kitt.
I agree, Sergey. It may not amount to much, but at least we can say we did what we could.
No gain without an effort.
My letters of support for CGFIA & POW are signed & sealed. They only need to be delivered (that should be Monday).
Don't let negative comments dissuade you from sending a letter if you are so inclined. Most of you have already made an investment in CGFIA. Do not let the opportunity to show public support slip through your fingers.
Support your investment. Doing nothing will result in exactly that, nothing.
CGFIA
No, glen, I didn't. I don't have Lll, and I'm one of those "left coast" time zone peeps.
I was just catching up on all the morning's posts.
It does look like someone is buying big.
I will keep an eye out for your update.
Regarding the total shares held by us here:
I am thinking that I may need to restart the total share count for the iHub CGFIA board. It is only a running total, and no one ever reports sales, just buys. I would like to have a more dynamic way of keeping the totals without disclosing the individual's holdings publicly.
Any one have any suggestions for an automated way to do this that would be cheap, like no cost?
Thanks!
MTP
I think you have the idea down to a golden nugget LJ!
Great "spin", 'cause it is true.
And just think, all these letters will help the embattled Postal Service's bottom line too!
I can't find any further information on it, AK. Even Gemini's latest financials only mention that they have the property in question, but that info is from 2009 reports.
Speculating here, I think it became clear that concentrating on the projects CGFI already had in process was the better move.
Exactly, cleangold. Sometimes I am not as concise in my examples as you just put it.
Everyone has heard the phrase "Speak Up!". This is our opportunity and responsibility as a true investor. (someone who wants to see CGFI succeed not just because it will make us money, but because it is a means to providing for the good of many others, in many ways.)
I have my letter in process right now, editing it so it is short, respectful and poignant.
Good Luck to all CGFI investors!
LoniBee, if you take a minute or two and look at Optimiss' previous posts, (the three before the one you are responding to,) I think you will see that your answer is there. Optimiss is telling you what is really happening in the Silverton area.
Thinking letters from non-residents of Colorado will have no impact on the DRMS and the decision making process is, in my opinion, short sighted. Instead, these letters will illustrate the point that the DRMS' positive decision is being observed and supported by people who have the future of not only CGFI, Silverton, and the state of Colorado, but the prosperity and wellbeing of the region and country. Many people, far and wide, are watching and investing.
We all live in a world where our lives and futures are impacted by events happening far from our own back yards. A gentle, respectful reminder of that fact can have a much greater impact than your post suggests.
I like to compare CGFI to a diamond. The gem started out as a simple lump of coal. In its original state, most people would think it just another rock, with little value. Applying just the right amount of pressure, cutting, shaping and polishing, in time it becomes a thing of value and beauty.
After watching CGFI being shaped and cut, it is a positive effort to remind the authorities that now is the time for them to help it become the valuable, responsible industry leader it can be.
Write your letters of support. The cost of a stamp is of little consequence to most of us who have invested far more in support of CGFI. Not writing would be tantamount to raising a white flag when you have the successful end of a battle in sight.

But do you know about YOUR ex's former life? Maybe he was married to her!
Gold fever possibly? For a geology expert, it kind of makes you wonder. He know water would be trouble. He had it in his own mine. He just never expected it to be as big of a problem as it became.
Karma? Maybe he did something bad in a prior life.
Oh, by the way, Kuni, I believe this water issue is a major reason Guyer is having three dimensional models built for some of the mines. (King Solomon I believe.)
It will give CGFI a better idea of where the existing shafts lead and how close to the water table they are.
But I'm just going off my memory on this. I would need to dig into some of the information to be really sure.
Yeah, CGFI dodged a bullet with that decision.
Hennis has his own interests wrapped up in this shroud of getting the EPA to foot the bill for cleanup. Although it would definitely help the environment, his own holdings are being effected by the water backup and outflow "from higher level" workings. He is trying to get anyone he can to stop the water that is flooding his mines, so he can profit from them.
He got out of CGF and jumped into a flooded mess. Now he has an expensive quagmire to swim through to get to his bonanza.
Hennis is an intelligent, well educated guy, but I think he moves before doing all the necessary research to insure his investments.
JMHO.
Sometimes it is a good thing to "take a minute or two" for reevaluating big moves like this one. I think CGFI realized there was a lot better lower hanging fruit to grab first, like Silver Wing.
Hi kuni, I'm not AK, but I think this was put of "long term hold" by CGFI.
Here is a follow up article.
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_pwwi/is_200812/ai_n31146643/?lc=int_mb_1001
AK may have more insight on the topic.
Good luck,

It is difficult for us shareholders to sit and wait for things to happen, as so many board posters have said. It must be even more difficult to have all these irons in the fire, as Guyer and company do, and not be able to say much about what is going on behind the scenes.
This is like playing a game of chess with the DRMS, and Texas hold 'em with the other parts of this process, while juggling chainsaws with one hand! (ouch!)
We have the easy job by comparison.
Good things will be happening soon.
(just my humble opinion)

From the ELRA board:
Here's whats in store for ELRA shareholders based on the 8k
- Ludlow Capital based their $.05-.10 short term target on 3B o/s post merger but since the deal is ALL PREFERRED the o/s will instead be around 1.15B (845M o/s + 300M preferred).
Minimum 30M net profits / 1.15B o/s = .026 EPS
Based on the value estimates of other publicly traded Macau gaming companies a conservative PE Ratio would be around 10 to 15.
P/E ratio of 10 to 15 x .026 EPS = $.26 to $.39 per share ($26 to $39 post-NASDAQ listing)!!!

Oops! I must not be doing it right, back to 1's. Craps table here I come!
I can chant all weekend, if need be. My wife and neighbors might have something to say about it, but I have slept in the doghouse before. (I could go to a casino and stand near a craps table when I chant. I would fit right in there. Do you think the CGFIA part of the chant would make a difference?)
Hang in there everyone! This could be the start of something big(er).
3, 3, 3, 3 CGFI 3, 3, 3, 3, CGFI 3, 3, 3, 3!
Are my eyes deceiving me? We are back up to 2 again. I expected the flippers to take some profits and pull us back down, but the return of the 2's so quickly has put a smile on my face!
Hey, 567, how about we start the 3's chant and put on our rally hats?
CGFIA
He will chant 3 3 3, if I Brew up enough Grog for him. Three of those and you feel like you have dropped a zero or two!
CGFI E-mail militia! Great concept. It worked a few months ago.
What was that song everyone was singing at the beginning of WWII? Something like "We did it before and we can do it again!"
Here it is:
You think you can get a commission or a finder's fee for that CGFIA recommendation?
I think we have pocket aces, and another showing. Can the river card be the 4th?
Hey, luck happens!
