Every time the price per share drops to .0001, it automatically goes to no bid, because retail traders can't deal in fractions of less than 1/1000¢. CGFIA closed at .0002 last week.(i believe) The bid was .0001 then.
If you look at the charts in the link to financial info on the header, you will see the PPS ranges and dates. You should be able to see when the price was @ .0001. That is, basically, a no bid situation.
