I think the share structure will stabilize shortly. CGFI needs income, badly. The mill reopening, when AM03 is approved will provide that income. That is step one. The assay numbers for the mines that CGFI has leases on will provide the profits and projected value of the corporation. That is step 2.
Those assay results should make the O/S numbers a moot concern.
SilverWing mine has an historic silver value of $300 million.
Just take that figure and calculate the PPS on that figure alone. It should put the PPS @ .01-.02 range. (that's a 1000 bagger @1¢)
Figure the gold & copper as an unknown right now, but those assays will conservatively push this into the nickel range as a start. It could be substantially more.
These are just my calculations, and everyone should do their own. But this stock has outstanding possibilities.
Check the 10Q and look at the summary for the mines. I believe it outlines some of those figures. If not check the PRs.
Sorry I can't point you to more certain numbers right now. I'm on my iPhone and I need a microscope to read those reports on this screen.
Hope this helps.

Stop stealing my info, AK!
Are you looking over my shoulder as I type?
Well, I guess after my little error with the F&D keys last night, it is a good thing you are!
Hi mainman202,
Here us the quarterly figures from 2/29/12
Shares Outstanding at April 4, 2012
Class A Common Stock, $0.001 Par Value
20,797,633,308
Class B Common Stock (Restricted), $0.001 Par Value
490,371,533
I know this information is 2 months old, but we should see another quarterly report in about 3-4 weeks.
These figures were from the 1st qtr, thru February. But you see the share count was from 4/4/12.
It took them about 60 days to issue the first quarter report, that means the next one should be the end of June or early July.
Here is a link to the report:

Hope it helps.

Remember, you can write your letter tonight and FAX it to Wallace Erickson's office, just make sure you mail it to him ASAP, tomorrow would be best. It does not have to be fancy, or wordy. Just simply say you support the AM03 and Pride of the West mill aproval. Reference the permit # 1984049
DRMS Fax number: 970-247-5104
That will extend the deadline, artificially, and save you the OVERNIGHT charges.
Thanks to "Scooter" who spoke to Wally last week and gathered this information for us.
See post #46817 for the post with that information.
And that is separate from the petition to Governer Hickenlooper.
Thanks to everyone who is helping.
Wishing us all "Good Fortune"
CFGIA
We sent an email to him with the link to our petition over the weekend. I just hope he gets to see it and it is not in his spam folder.
Actually, I only really care if the efforts help the PPS and CFG's ability to get milling.
It's all about the bucks!
JMHO
Good luck all!
Wow, great idea RBL147!
Another "collective cooperation" moment!
We have a great team going here everyone. And ALL OF YOU are part of it!
Thanks for your support and ideas!

Hey, come on, now I'm LMAO, and it's bed time for bonzo!
Aren't you glad I saved my good writing for the petition letter?
Wow, That could have been embarassing!
I am just not good at multitasking today. Lost power this AM and it blew up my router. I have been fixing things all day. Now I have to fix my posts!
lucky i have my internet up. now the printer is giving me the sh, NO wrong letters, Fits
i think i need a nap!
Oops!
I had to Duck fast when I heard that word. Call it conditioning. Usually that word is followed by a slap in the face! Let's no one is saying that phrase during the DRMS hearing! Hey, only 5 more to 100! Who is going to be the 100th signatory of the petition?
How do you say "no" in French?
That poet in you is just crying to be set free, AK!
Don't let it oui, oui in the grog!
NP, rbl147, I usually skip the fine print too, but only because I can never find my reading glasses!
Maybe ficoce can look at the demographics and tell us how many Coloradans there are on the list. But the longer the list gets, the less of a chance you have of convincing him to do it. (ya think we worked him too hard this last week?)
As long as it is a valid address and you go there once in a while, I would say it is a vacation home, n'est-ce pas? (translation: roughly "wouldn't you say") <TOU rule requirement!
Thanks Intomoney!
Does this mean you voted twice?
You don't get a double shot of grog for voting twice. Where do you think are? Chicago?
I will give you a second ration for being inventive!
It would be a good time to see just a crumb of news. If Mr Guyer is as sharp as I think he is, then he would throw us a little something.
JMHO
Let's see what happens!
Good luck everyone!

Thanks Mainman!
Im still going to run the survey for the shy people out there.
I will let everyone know when it is ready.
Like your avatar! You look ready to join the Armada!

The petition count is now 91!
Nice turnout so far.
Thanks to everyone!
This definitely is a key vote coming up. At least everyone who signed a petition or sent a letter can say that they helped the POW.
Now we need to keep up the effort.
It's only a couple more weeks to go.
You know Bren, I'm not sure about some things regarding the uranium. But then I don't know much about the plans.
I'm wondering if it will be an "in situ" type mine operation. That is the newer way of mining uranium. It is environmentally friendly. There are no tailings. They drill a couple wells, and pump a solution made from the local ground water and a few fortifying agents down into the earth. That dissolves the uranium and then they pump it out. After that it is pretty much the same as any other milling operation, removal of the uranium that is dissolved in the solution.
That puts a few questions we had about the existence of a mill near the uranium leases into a different light.
I will bet that if they proceed with the uranium mining, they will build a mill on or near the site.
JMHO, but it is a logical conclusion.
Get the POW mill open and start custom milling what you can until the Silverwing and Brooklyn mines are open. Start recovering that ore, use the proceeds to start the Uranium operation.
By then, who knows what Guyer has in mind. I'll bet he has more plans on his desk, so to speak.
You have said that he likes to build companies and sell them for a nice profit. I wonder if he is looking at Colorado Goldfields differently.
He is getting up there in age. He may see this sequence of mines and mills as a legacy. Building a major mining company from a junior explorer. That is a pretty impressive feat.
Just MHO, and strictly speculation.
Gold mine+
Silver Mine+
Copper Mine+
Custom milling POW facility+
All the other stuff;
[Then my share] = $5.3 million
+/- $7.50
Ah, I knew you would say something like that, AK. I guess I will design one for the standard tomorrow. We can have it in the Thursday edition.
Got to make it look good. High tek, slick.
Even put a picture of the mill in it.
Let the people of the town and county know we want to help them.
My local sources say the whole county wants this to succeed.
I think we could persuade the citizens to attend the DRMS meeting.
We may need to run it in a couple or three editions.
Can't be that expensive. I mean this isn't the Wall Street Journal!
I will start digging n' designing tomorrow.
Well, the Governor doesn't really have a say in it, directly. Suppose you worked at the DRMS and got a call from the Governor's chief of staff asking "is everything going OK with this POW mill, and how does it look for approval? The Governor is asking." What do you think you would do? Sit at the DRMS board meeting and ask silly unimportant questions, or do your job and look good "in front of the eyes of the Governor"?
I know what I would do.
Funny what a simple phone call can do.
That's why I want to do a new "private survey" type count. Totally confidential.
More people will report info if it is confidential.
I have the web service for it, all I need is a couple of hours to build the survey, and create a link.
But I do not want to confuse people with the share count vs. the petition.
The petition is way more important.
You know how the late night crowd is. One grog too many and they think they own the place. Next thing they are reporting they own some number like 3 gazillion-trillion CGFIB shares.
Hearing for the AM03 amendment should be July.
Comment period to DRMS ends 6/5/12.
But we can still keep asking the Governor to help, right up till the hearing date. No reason to stop before then. You know politicians, gotta keep whispering (very loudly) in their ear!
3 or 4 hundred people whispering in an ear gets pretty loud!
Amen Brother AK!
I want to get the petition done, then we will survey the Armada. We need an accurate count.
3+ billion, easily.
What would that be 15% of the float +/-?
We are going to have over 100 easily by Wednesday. That is the close of comment period, but since this is a petition to the Governor, we can keep it going right up until the hearing!
Double duty, aren't we clever???
Yeah, we definitely need to start serving a better quality Grog. If we don't it might soon be mistaken for Kool Aid!
The ladies are all in the bathroom. You know what it is like. One says "I'm going" and the next second it is a parade into the restroom!
Petitions are up to 80!
We are thinking about an ad in "The Standard" It won't be out till Thursday. Thus the quandary.
I need a real Grog. My brain hurts!
(maybe it IS this cheap stuff causing the headache?)
Must be word got out about the Grog prize for the 100th signer of the petition.
Isn't it ladies night tonight?
78 & counting! I believe we will see 100 tomorrow,(no problem) and 200 by Wednesday.
Keep spreading the word!
Great job gang!
I am behind the curve on the state of things right now, but I think we need to let the engineers do their thing for a little while longer.
Let them tweak things and improve the system as much as possible. We still don't have recovery rates that are consistent.
If I were them, I would find an alternate source of water. (It may not exist, or be economical.)
Usually the best solution ends up being a combination of multiple small steps in the right direction.
So, are we looking for a new multi-colored paint? Like plaid? Maybe rainbow?
You may not have noticed, but there was an option to "hide personal data". That is why you can only see some of it. Your data seems to indicate that the privacy is a desired option.
With recent experiences and attempts to disclose private info, I'm sure many people are opting for the privacy. ficoce foresaw this as an advantage and a way to get more signatories.
I don't know if ficoce can see what you are asking. (I just did the writing, ficoce is the techie - admin for the page.)
Colorado addresses should increase even more. The locals are getting the word. Even Mr Guyer has been sent the link. (That was an important person to send the link to, don't you think?)
Do you suppose he signed a petition???
I hope he puts the link on the Cologold web page. That may help, but just instructions to go here on iHub will be good enough.
Thanks, rbl147!
Getting kind of fun isn't it?
An extra ration of Grog for #100!
Shipping not included, void where prohibited by law. You must be 21 to qualify. Batteries not included.
Thanks mpunkill!
The POW mill you help may be yours someday!
~58!~ And the line is getting longer.
Keep it up everyone. Sign up!
Thanks for the support!
Your CGFI shares will thank you too!
'67 and his Battalion have our battle plan in the works. We have nothing to worry about. The "Armada" will cover us from offshore.
Omaha, here we come! (Omaha
Steaks that is!)
And another beachhead, Gold. Let's not forget that one.
All due respects to the guys who really did take the beaches that day, 68 years ago, (1944).
Thanks for reminding us "Digits".

I have dibs on the padded one, bundy!
I averaged down, but still need .00034 to break even. I think it will drop a zero in August on a run up to a government decision.
If it hits 1¢ I can pay off my home mortgage.
Now PCFG is going to be my vacation home in Maui!
I expect to wake up (I'm on Pacific time) and see that one of them has become a lottery ticket. (I can dream, can't I?)
I'm hedging my bets on a couple of other companies too.
Diversity! Thy name is profit!
Thanks, GTI, nice to see the humor level here is still at an appreciably enjoyable level.
Funny thing is I bought PCFG when it looked like it was ready to move quickly so I could flip some for a little extra powder. I wanted to increase my position on one of the other junior gold explorers. It jumped, but I thought it would go higher. I held for a better return since my share count wasn't really excessive.
Now, almost a year later, I still have my original PCFG stock plus a little more, and I slowly "found" enough extra cash to buy the other. Both prices have dropped over that time.
Nice thing about averaging down is the "bonus" shares you get for the same cash.
So I am REALLY ready to see one of these stocks build a new high. (Plus the tax advantage of LTCG investment) This time I may be reversing my targeted plan. (Sell the other miner to buy extra PCFG.)
Strange the way things work out sometime!

Thought you would appreciate another thumb joke GreenThumb !!
I need to get my butt over here to PCFG more often. You guys are a lot more fun to read and talk to than dealing with some of the "drek" I have been on "another" junior location.
But are we really still "treading water" at PCFG? Well treading water isn't really accurate, is it? Maybe "treading ON water" would be a more accurate terminology? I thought that by now the process water would be cleaned enough that only deities would be able to walk on it.
And the information issue is still a muddy subject?
I thought "silence is golden" ment we would see gold if the PR's didn't say anything. I guess I misunderstood.
(I can go on with the jokes like this forever, but I would rather have some news or profits!)
And Phred, thanks for the note the other day. It came at a time that I was dealing with "drek" up to my ears.
Definition of "drek" (to keep within the TOU rules):
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/_/dict.aspx?word=DREK
By the way, I didn't find any extra cash in the sofa cushions, so I'm going to do the laundry this weekend. Pockets of other household members are not always empty. (That would make the name situation at home very confusing!)
I may just need to wash the cars too. Console, glove box and "under the seat" cash is always good for a couple of "extra" shares, particularly at these prices!!
Is Robo still renting that dumpster out back? Last I heard he had set up a shipping container for a "man cave".

Too much Grog, AK! You need some eye drops?
See, covering both boards simultaneously gets you double pay!
Good luck to all the AMNP shareholders. Hope we see a marriage between the two families, if it is in the cards!
The code is no biggie. I can make one on my iPhone in about 1 minute. It is again, a matter of distribution. You might as well send the link by a social media - (some people are posting it to their FB walls and tweeting it right now.) - or text it by phone or email to all our friends.
Even having a direct "text to phone" campaign by a service would be cost prohibitive.
I'm not trying to be negative, hps, just being realistic. I wish we could do something like you are suggesting.
We did this present campaign for zero cost. Not bad for just a few investing friends cooperating, cross country from their kitchen table offices.
Right now we need to rely on the "word of mouth" and "friends and family" systems.
Keep kicking it around. If there is a quick and cheap method of circulating the POW petition information, I will do what I can to make it happen. But I am semi retired and on a limited budget. If it costs more than a few bucks, my wife probably will object.
Do we have any direct marketing people out there?
That may take a longer time frame than we or CGFI has, and the mailing cost would be beyond our iHub CGFIA budget. (we don't have one.)
Bulk rate (pre sorted) US postage plus printing would cost about 24¢ per postcard. (That is just a quick Internet search information source. It may be possible to save a bit here or there, but let's say we could economize and get it for 20¢ each.)
You can see that would be way beyond our capacity to raise: 1 million residents x 20¢ = $200,000.
If I had that much extra cash, I could buy 1 billion shares of CGFI, or 1/5th to 1/6th of the company.
We would want this to get out to the prospective signers before the DRMS makes their decision. We would have to act faster than we possibly could.
It is a good idea, just beyond our meager capacity to organize and accomplish right now.
