Not sure if the boat has left yet, Mr. Y, but it looks like they are "singling up on all lines" & "raising steam in all boilers"!
I do believe we will see more preparations for getting underway!!
The passengers are getting restless.
"All ashore that's going ashore!"
Good luck to all! I hope this is not a drill, but the real start of the ride!!
I like CGFI's response! Not only does it point out that the letter from INFORM is beyond the scope and lime limit of the present proceedings, it categorically refutes the items raised in the "comment" letter by inform.
Someone is working overtime at CGFI!!
Good Job Mr Guyer, and great find LJ!! (We are going to have to start calling you "bird dog" or some such appropriate title!!)
Thanks for those shots!! Reminds me a bit of northern Nevada, around Tahoe, but bigger mountains.
I'm need to find a nice spot for a summer cabin. Days like yesterday with 118° temps make me yearn for a cool mountain stream.
No, it will be GOOOOOOLLLLDDDD!
I plan on a nice, slow RV adventure all around the area. Borgon! Camping in style. (my wife thinks that is roughing it!! But as long as she has a bed and bathroom, I can get her to go anywhere!)
That would be a great way to see our mill and mines, and scout what our next investment opportunity will be!!
Let's get to work, CGFI. I have the RV picked out already!!
Now that could become a cult, sem! Set up a camp next to the mill, sit and meditate on the precious metals being processed. (along with a mug of grog, of course!)
I wonder if there is fishing allowed in the river by the mill?
I'm with you, Bren. But I trust the glue that holds CGFI together.
Now we do need to stick a few more things to the picture, and we are on our way.
"Stick" with us! "Stick" together! And "stick it to the man!!" (oops, that was from a former life 40 years ago!!)
Sounds like you used crazy glue on it Brendan!! LOL
(All i can see is the guy in the hardhat hanging from the beam.)
Hang on buddy, the CGFIA ride is just starting!!
Just meditate on the total $ value of your portfolio when mill and production numbers start to climb!!
On second thought, that may excite ya too much!
Maybe we need a director of athletic diversions? Mug lifting, dollar counting, chart interpretation, or something along those lines. Nothing too strenuous for us relatives of "Arthur"!!
Have another Grog, LJ!! I may start spiking it with some Valium if everyone gets anymore jumpy!!
We have the "pre-launch jitters", all of us.
Yoga anyone???
Hello, Icemachine!!
Thanks for reporting your CGFIA shares. At present my book keeping on the count has been but on hold. In the very near future I will be instituting a survey site to automate the CGFIA share count process. Everyone will be able to privately report their shares and I will post the totals every few days. No personal count will be public, only the grand total that I post will he seen.
Roughly, the share count is 2.4 billion held by about 175 iHub CGFIA board members. Now I know that to be an inaccurate figure and it needs updating.
I will announce the start up of that survey as soon as it is ready.
Welcome to the board! You obviously are a long term holder of CGFI shares, and probably know much about the company already. Please share what you can, and ask about anything you need help with. There are many knowledgable and helpful people here, so make use of us.
Glad to have you "on board" the CGFIA "Armada"! (We all have "boatloads of shares", some boats larger, some not so much, but we all float on the same tides. Hence the "Armada" reference!!)
Good luck!
CGFI
I agree, MarkieMoo.
It is not the job of the DRMS to chase down or research information about anything related to CGFI's proposed equipment. NOT providing everything possible would have been a mistake and possible reason for the Agency to deny or extend the process.
If the Agency has a question about the structure that is not contained in the manufacturer's information, and that question delays or denies AM-03 on the grounds that the question has not been answered adequately, then what would be CGFI's response? "Oh, that was available on the manufacturer's web page"? Or "you could have asked for that from the manufacturer"? That would be unprofessional, and the road to failure for sure.
Additionally, what guarantee would there be that the DRMS found or looked at the same product as proposed for use by CGFI?
No, it is the responsibility of CGFI to provide the correct data to the DRMS. Thinking otherwise would be erroneous. When you write or submit a proposal you provide EVERYTHING you can to eliminate even the possibility of a question. (That is just being thorough.) When the DRMS has a question about something related to a proposed component, it is much easier and more professional to respond to that question by quoting your submission, saying "please look at page #xx, paragraph #yy for that information". It shows you, as a proposal writer, thought about the process and already provided the information.
If it is not in the proposal (or in the answer to a previously asked question), then that missing data could be a reason for denial. Why risk that?
I have experience writing enough proposals in my life, very similar to this, where much of it was composed of other manufacturer's specifications. That is how it is done when a part of the system will be made up of other's products. It is placed in the proposal as a convenience to the reader so they do not have to research anything themselves. And as I have already said, it guarantees the correct details about the proposed components are provided.
Stating that submitting extensive material is "mean spirited" is just posturing by those who wish AM-03 to be denied, and quite honestly ridiculous. How can an abundance of information be "mean spirited"?
I'm sure if the answers had been brief, the opposite would now be argued. "CGFI should have provided more information. It was easily obtained." would be the cry or position.
Already the idea of "AM-04" is being bantered around as if the denial of '03 is a done deal. That is also wishful thinking.
No, CGFI responded correctly by providing as much information as they could that was related to the question. If the DRMS does not need any part of the submitted information, they can easily just turn to the next section and ignore the unneeded data. In addition, if there ever is an issue about the components used, CGFI can point to the data provided and simply show "that is how it was proposed originally." Then CGFI is covered legally and it becomes the Agency's mistake or problem.
Good call, MarkieMoo. Your instincts on this topic are spot on.
GLTA!
Go CGFIA!
Thanks for the intel, Borgon. Your efforts and the pictures are greatly appreciated. Gives a new dimension to the information we already have, and shows tangible proof of the existence of the company. (No "scam" here.)
Good luck to all!
And an extra ration of grog to Borgon. He needs it after enduring all the rain!
Your submission missed the most important point of the rules you link to, that being that CGFIA is operating within the regulations of the SEC. If an investor is not satisfied with the rules governing these smaller companies, then it is their choice to not invest in them.
If the SEC does not require a company to file a certain form, or deems a different form sufficient for its purposes, why would they even consider doing other than what is required?
Let's say Piesold does get a reply into the DRMS in a timely manner.
The DRMS then decides that THEY need another review period. (They always seem to need extra time to comprehend the simplest of data, much less a more comprehensive reply.)
Now are you going to say the additional review period is the fault of CGFI's management? Why?
Seems that the blame and responsibility for any delay, no matter who requests it, is prejudged to be CGFI's fault. That seems to be the pattern of thought here.
Responsibility for delays cannot be as one sided as it is being presented.
Just review the past requests from the DRMS. That agency appears not to be solely capable of making a decision. Hence the request for MLRB review and intervention.
It's a funny movie. Clint Eastwood, Telly Sevalas, lots of the stars from my era. (and Donald Sutherland, Keefer's father, is a "Hippy" type 20 years before there was anything called a hippie.)
It's a gold heist in the middle of WWII. Not historically accurate. But fun to watch the "wheeling and dealing" that goes on.
Ok "LEFTY"
Extra points for the "Woof"!!!
That's ok, CA! I won't hold it against you.
Great movie; Donald Sutherland plays a really "different" character, "Odd Ball" in it. Catch it if you haven't seem it.
I'm assuming you used IMDB? That's is a great tool to settle all types of movie and TV trivia disputes, particularly if you are in a bar with friends. (gets you lots of free drinks too!)
So many "positive waves, Moriarity, how can we be wrong?"
And that movie was about gold too!
Now do you know which movie it is?
Darn, I thought I was becoming clairvoyant. Maybe I should start thinking in dimes rather than pennies?
Anything on CGFIA's PPS over .01 will be gratefully accepted!!
All I know so far is we are in a waiting pattern till the final deal is announced.
You probably know the things that are being done in Nevada as far as on line gaming. But for those who don't keep up with the NV happenings, the state has placed some regulations in place already. If gaming goes on line, NV will require the "operator" to have at least 5 years active and recent casino experience, and pass the state board rules the same as any other casino. That will probably limit the on line companies to existing corporations. The start up guys will be blocked. So looking ahead, the service provider companies probably will be the better bet when it comes to percentage of growth. The big casinos will be priced much higher, but the service guys (computer systems and security made for gaming etc.) will be in demand.
JMHO, and I have been known to be wrong. So anyone with more intelligence and information, please speak up!!
ELRA
And that's about as serious as I get, Zali!! (unless we are talking about bucks, then I take off the aluminum foil hat and stop drinking the Kool-aid!!)
Have a good one!!
Thanks, Um!! You raised my portfolio a bit. Hope it stays above the 4 as a good start for Thursday!
Enjoy the Holiday everyone!!
CMGO
Close of trading is 1:00 pm. today for an early start to Independance Day.
Happy 4th Everyone!!
Glad to tell you, Zali!
I'm over on the "Casino Gaming Manufacturers Board" with Bob22701, Mick, and Aries4747. Bob has a close watch on the companies that serve the gaming industries.
I have some shares in the traditional casinos like MGM & Boyd, and I started following Elray because of the moves toward on line gaming I see in the future. (FYI, I live in the Las Vegas Area. Casinos are such a big part of our local economy you almost can't avoid watching the different gaming stocks and manufacturers, like GTI & Bally.) I have been lurking here since I bought into ELRA.
Elray has a slightly different business plan than most other corps. in the industry, and it traded in the low end of the price range. It just had the right mix for my personal trading philosophy. I bought in about 6 months ago and just recently doubled my position after the Macau/Golden Match merger/buy.
I also hold some junior gold mining & exploration stock. I was a bit too heavy in that industry and needed to balance the portfolio.
So here I am. Hoping to make a few bucks like the rest of you.
I'm no expert by any means, but I have moderator experience and this board is a better run one than I have seen for many other stocks. I thought I could help out. (I have become pretty knowledgable of the iHub rules and TOU's.)
I'm here to expand my knowledge of ELRA. The best way I know is to read everything I can, so why not moderate the posts at the same time?
I hope you find me fair, but from what I have seen here, the discussions may be passionate, but never get ugly. (It shouldn't be a tough job from the moderator's side of things.)
Oh, a WARNING... I'm a bit of a clown. I joke about a lot of things, so don't take me too seriously. Life is too short to be "pissed off" all the time!! I just need to get to know a few of you more.
I already know, from reading posts, quite a few of the regulars here. Some of you may recognize me from the Gaming Manufacturers board.
Good luck to all you ELRA investors!
It's a short trading day today, Mr. Y, so I'm not sure if it will get as far as we would like. But you know anything is possible.
Thursday and Friday may be the perfect time for PM's to run.
Let's see what happens!!
Good luck!
CGFI
I believe in diversification, and Elray is doing a nice job at just that.
My only regret is limited funding to invest in more ELRA stock right now. (That is the usual situation, isn't it? But I'll find more, I usually do.)
The price is relatively low. Even with the increase in PPS lately, the potential is still highly attractive.
Thanks SC!
GLTA ELRA investors!
Hey Franzken!! Where have you been? Great to hear from you. I haven't seen you post in so long!!
The dream thing is really creepy, I have been experiencing the same thing. After a rather vivid dream last week about CGFI's stock rise to 14¢ per share, I sat down the next morning and calculated what CGFIA needed to hit for me to pay off my house and all my collective debt with a more than ample margin for future "comfort" items and wishes. I arrived at 12.5 to .13¢. (Now that is really strange. How can my subconscious be more accurate than my waking self using a calculator???)
I'm not usually a "dreamer", or I don't remember them when I wake. But this was so vivid I could recall it so clearly.
If anyone believes in this type of premonition, then these coincidences have to be a sign of some type. (But don't go betting the rent money or the kids college fund on it. After all it could have been just a case of bad bratwurst!!)
Anyway, I'm glad to hear from you again.
Stay tuned to the CGFI board. We will either be celebrating together or all crying in what is left of our grog.
"Dreams come true if you believe they will." - Walt Disney (or maybe just his frozen head?)
Could be, jsc. And I think it was a good deal too, particularly for Elray. But one quarter of decreased wagering by the Chinese doesn't kill the business. Heck, we in Nevada have had 3+ years of downturn. The casinos still are open. Not making as much money as we would like, but that is the way business cycles go.
The ones who adapt will come out of the down cycle stronger.
I like the idea of Elray having the opportunity to get into the online gaming that will happen soon. Virtual & "on line" gaming will make Macau look like pocket change.
The diversification that Elray is building will be a strength in year(s) to come.
JMHO, and I'm sure there are many of you who will disagree. But discussing these things in a civilized environment inform us all and make us all better investors.
Ok, I'm off my soapbox!! Next???
As many as you can handle and still stay on the boat! (and drive it if necessary!)
Oh, was that "coolers" or "6-packs" or cans?
And a fishing rod, a cooler of ice cold beer and maybe a shot of grog or two!
I started buying CGFI at .0018, and was able to average down. Each buy was the same $ value, but the share count was more each time. (Ask my friends, they know I'm a lucky SOB. Better to be lucky than good!)
Well, Grizz, if you don't spend the money that you don't have, then you are not doing your job. And if you DO spent it, you are financially irresponsible!!! (Then what would people have to bitch about?)
This "opinion" about the inspection is just a load of BS. Totally make up with no supporting evidence or redeeming value.
CGFIA had to get EVERYTHING approved for the TR-11. (and the reclamation work is from the TR-11).
What has changed to give them any more freedom to preform "tasks" since then. NOTHING. So it's status quo till the C&D is removed. Wally was just confirming the mill conditions.
And the financial bond has already been deemed adequate for the reclamation work. That's on the DRMS page too.
Sit back, have a grog, and peacefully wait for the tide to rise. Then it's sailing time!!
CGFIA
Gee, Az, I hope I didn't sound that bad!!
God knows the serious bones in my body are few and far between!!
I agree with your assessment, a disjointed week of trading, and a few people trying to enjoy the week. Short volume and I couple weak numbers in Macau. No biggie, except a buying opportunity.
Thanks for the welcome.
I'm not here to rock any boats, or on a power grab. You guys have been doing a great job here. I thought I could be the 6th guy on the BBall team. The bench is just fine for me. I'll try and observe and learn more as I get rich!
GLTA!

Some negative news for the Macau gaming sector, by way of MGM board news.
Casino Stocks Stumble as Macau Gaming Revenues in May See Slowest Rate of Growth in Almost 3 Years
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52963790&symbol=MGM
This may be why ELRA is down a bit today.
Kev, I looked at Scottrade. They show the AMNP quotes at .0001 bid and 1.75 as the ask!!!!
Something strange is happening with the numbers. Could it have anything to do with the Canadian Exchange being closed today?
Great move. I'm only at .00034, but I'm looking at .01 as the easy bet. After the first quarterly report where recovery rates and/or a profit is reported, that will be higher, IMHO. At .01, I'll recover my investment cash (only a half million shares) and hold on for the rest of the ride!! (15 million more. Yehaaah!)
Can't count it yet, but I smell $$$ in the wind!! (oops, that's me, I need a shower!!)
Yeah, BD, myself and a couple of other stockholders are picking up some action. Right now the odds are very good that the POW approval is a go.
Now the great part is the payout will be somewhere in the 10,000 to one range!! (maybe more depending if you parlay the winnings into the mining operations!)
But you know, Vegas makes their bucks on the vig. Seems there are others who are of the opinion that it isn't going to happen. If they put their "money where their mouse is" then the payout gets even bigger!
Good Luck to all!
Oh, Blue dog, sorry about the "dog" reference in my last post. (but I'm a "yellow dog" so I can speak from personal experience.) I know you understand English. What do you make of the quote from the "Joint Stipulation"?
CGFI
Hello All!
I just wanted to introduce myself as a new moderator of the ELRA board.
I am a stockholder of ELRAY, but as an experienced mod, I will try to be fair to both sides of the discussion.
Good Luck to all!
