Just profit taking. It'll take a bit to break above .0015. But it will. A little patience is warranted.
$ETFM once it closes above .0015 the next resistance is .005ish but that resistance is almost 2 years old so it will be very weak. Expect to run to pennies. Maybe mid pennies.
Numerous catalysts in the pipeline so it will at least break into blue sky territory.
Charts and technicals are screaming buy now.
$ETFM now it flies.
Looks like all the stock issued since the LOI was for the PV acquisition. The acquisition has probably closed with only SEC filings remaining to be done.
I've been watching this ticker since they released the Purge LOI and haven't seen any toxic debt sold on its ihub trades page. Their last 10Q a year ago showed only 151K in convertible debt left. That could be easily converted and sold by now. If no more toxic debt has been added since then they could be TD free. Waiting on fins to be filed to be sure.
$ETFM Nice! Seeing a lot of big block buys here.
Thankfully, one more bag gone!
Amazingly, I've yet to see any converted toxic debt shares sell here.
I may have to take a position.
If for debt conversions that's more than enough to eliminate the convertible debt on their books per the last 10Q, if none was added since then.
Or the conv debt was already gone and it was all for the acq.
Standing by.
It's pretty simple. 3.2B shares O/S after acquisition closes, 3.2B is the current O/S. Can't get any clearer than that.
Debt conversions holding it back.
Participating transfer agents must update share structure on OTCM as soon as possible for the companies they contract with.
If the TA participates in the share verification program, they face penalties if they don't notify OTC Markets of changes in share structure.
Amazing that with dumps like today the O/S remains the same.

ETFM will turn out just like CDiX. Lots of pump about an acquisition in a hot sector with nothing delivered but another reverse split. These sharing printing scams are all the same.
Sometimes that's all it takes.
No news, no nothing but she popped anyway and bailed me out. For that I'm thankful.
My thoughts are that ETFM has never taken anything through to fruition.
An LOI is a long way from a closed deal or a real deal for that matter. When are you expecting the deal to close and the actual acquisition made?

Translation: They added more convertible debt to the books.
Insiders front-loaded the boat on Friday's extended hrs dip below .30.

LOL!!! These are the same bogus PR's they ran b4 the last RS. They constantly wash, rinse and repeat, and are constantly paying themselves with more toxic debt sold to noobs.
DO NOT hold this POS beyond a short pop because that's all you'll get from it.
Now we know the dilution isn't done.
Nah, be better to wait till all the offerings close and go long. Because if they don't close they're looking at BK.
With all these offerings they're gonna dilute TOPS into the single pennies.
Super simple. TOPS has to trade at the offering price on the day it's scheduled to close or they don't get the money. The last 2 offerings didn't close. Maybe they'll do better this time.
Why get excited in the .2s when TOPS has to trade @ .12 on June 10 so the $20M offering will close?
less than 3% of today's volume was dilution. Maybe the end of it is here or near.
They're gonna run this no matter what.
What CBD Hemp biomass sells for:
https://hemp.rawmarket.place/?offset=30&results=30
Only 5% of volume was dilution for the last 2 days so that isn't a lot of headwind. Since they only showed 177K of notes on the last Q balance sheet and they've issued 1.4B shares since then there can't be very much left, unless they've sold convertible notes since that are now due or they've issued shares for some other reason. Can't know for sure until they file the K.
Found the info I needed.

View Systems, Inc.'s (VSYM) Sannabis is Only Company Planting Cannabis in Uruguay this Season, on Target for 250,000 POUNDS with Plants Growing Nicely to Supply the World with Hemp and CBD Products from Uruguay and Colombia.
Company with one of the very few Cannabis licenses in Uruguay also begins to Mass Market their “Made in Colombia” Hemp/CBD Products.
Bogotá, Colombia, Jan. 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- View Systems, Inc.’s (VSYM), medical marijuana and hemp subsidiary, Sannabis S.A.S. (“the Company”) provides an update on their hemp operations in Colombia and Uruguay. Sannabis aims to become a reliable supplier to Hemp/CBD companies from around the World seeking to penetrate their local markets.
Uruguay
Sannabis announced in November they had successfully imported seeds through Uruguay’s Customs and Agriculture Departments. Last month they announced they began planting those seeds. Today they are pleased to announce the plants have begun to sprout impressively in the first few weeks. The first plot was planted December 18-24, the second plot was planted Dec. 26-31, and the third plot Jan. 3-10. In total the Company has planted 5 hectares (12.5 acres) and will begin planting another 5 hectares this week. Sannabis’ license is one of a very few issued for unlimited acreage.
View Systems’ President John Campo, and Sannabis Director Juan Paulo Guzman, will be traveling again to Uruguay to meet with members of Parliament to assist in the development of their nascent hemp and medical marijuana industry. News crews are drafting stories on the only legal cannabis grow this season that should be aired soon, in the meantime to view pictures and videos of the plants, from seeds leaving the Agriculture Department to healthy plants today, click here.
Colombia
Sannabis is a pioneer in the hemp/medical marijuana space in Colombia, making products since 2014 through their indigenous partners, and was an integral part of the legalization movement for over 20 years, even assisting in the drafting of medical marijuana legislation under former President Santos. The Company will be providing a significant update on their Colombia operations this week, highlighting their new product line, medical centers, and mass distribution initiative through thousands of direct sales consultants backed by licensed physicians. They will also provide an update on their seed bank, cultivation, and transformation licenses in Colombia.
Sannabis is rebranding their former product line with products that are all registered with INVIMA, Colombia’s Health Authority. Sannabis expects to make major announcements in the very near future concerning sales, distribution, and export of their products to North America and Southeast Asia. According to the technical specifications for the seeds they planted in Uruguay, they will harvest 10-12 Tonnes of hemp biomass per hectare, that’s a total of 100-120 Tonnes or 220,000 to 264,000 POUNDS from what’s already begun to blossom.
“We have teams of attorneys, agronomists, and just as important, field workers in both Uruguay and Colombia, that together with our Laboratory Partners are committed to Sannabis’ success and the development of a new industry in both countries,” stated John Campo, a Sannabis co-founder and President of View Systems, Inc. “Sannabis is about to enter an accelerated growth stage that will produce many products and by-products for this new industry,” continued Mr. Campo.
View Systems would also like to announce that on January 10, 2020, they paid in full a July 2019 note, and are in the process of eliminating another note.

Hemp biomass goes for $300 to $600 per pound. In VSYM's case that's at least $75M from just the biomass. Everything else is gravy.
Anyone know what kind of hemp field acreage these guys have?
Averaging about 20% dilution/day. Not enough to worry about. They're being smart about it so far and not dumping into the bid. Buyers are willingly absorbing it. OS hasn't been updated in 3 wks meaning this dilution isn't a new conversion.
