Kev, cool on all counts.
Weby, I am sorry I missed you and the misses but I got a feeling that the room you were in will be to small a year from now. Heck, the hotel may be to small.
I believe the point of no return happened a year ago June. MSFT validated a hardware solution for security to protect the computer, and that opened the door to every company for Wave to knock on their door and be invited in. It gave Wave the credibility and the right to present it's story. They are listening now and have acted. IBM, Intel, RSA, Cubic have listened. How many more have listened that we don't know about yet? STMicro? Dell? Gateway? Sony? How many more?
Inter operability! Metering! The toll booth of the Internet! Making Web services secure and simple! WaveXpress, a whole new world! Europe coming on line in the future! Wave at the fore front! The future in front of us! The past is in the past, never to be re-visited again. It is the past!
SKS said to 'watch the supply chain' years ago. Some of us listened to him and believed him. That supply chain is huge and is growing daily.
AWESOME?? That word may be to tame for what Wave could achieve over the next few years.
Your comments about SKS are right on. HE IS WAVE SYSTEMS, supported by some pretty good people: Lark Allen for starters.
Let the day traders and momo players play for that $ .10 and $ .20 cents each day. Those of us that have been here for the past 6-8 years are not concerned with $.10 or $.20 cents. We see the bigger picture and are patient enough to wait for the real reward of this risk/reward investment.
Our day has finally come. We are shipping product in Q4, which begins in 32 days. Our deployment will grow monthly and premium trusted services will start to be sold and used. Wave will finally have income.
I believe the next 24 quarters, starting in Q2 of 2004, will produce double digit revenue growth EVERY QUARTER.
Our time has come folks. Enjoy.
knute97 thanks to you and all that supplied notes of the SHM.
One thing I have learned about SKS is that he is in our corner. He gives us 'hints' when he can, and does not give out inside information. Like when asked if we would get any announcements soon he replyed "more than a week and less than six months." On the eighth day we got an announcement.
The HP slide and talk about HP are a 'hint' in my opinion. Book it.
That would not be possible. If there is an announcement it would have to be made to the public BEFORE it is told to anyone at a SHM.
Kevin, at past SHMs we went out to dinner following the meeting. We were finished about 10:30. Right now it is only 8:40 in NY. I doubt we will hear anything this evening at all. If we do, it will be towards midnight EST.
Dear 24601 and CPA,
I think you both have milked this Microsoft thing to death already. Anything more you both have to say on the subject will just be duplication. I suggest you take it to private e-mails.
Thanks,
John great post. If anyone missed it please re-read the post I am answering.
Thanks John,
Bluefang, again you seemed to think that you can think for all of us here when you say: "Wavoids can't handle the truth".
I am so happy that you have all the answers for us.
I am insulted by your last two posts.
Maybe one should label all the people that buy on Margin as just plain stupid people. Would that be a fair statement? I don't think so. But I bet you know a couple of people that did Margin Wave stock. But I wouldn't label them ALL stupid people.
Your friend,
Bluefang you said: "We have behaved like a cult, blindly following our leader"
Please speak for yourself. I do not feel like am in a cult at all. I looked at my investment and I measured the risk and reward. I liked what I saw, especially at $.82. I think $3.05 is going to look just like $.84 did a few weeks ago, very soon now.
So, you and HhH may feel you are in a cult, or looking at a cult, but I sure don't.
I have owned other stocks for 6-7 years and I do not feel I was in a cult when I owned them. And I don't feel it now. I am an investor. If I see something that were to turn me off I would sell Wave in a heart beat.
C2, just a thought. With the amount of shares Wave owns of SSP and with the additional authorized shares coming of age tomorrow, do you think that Wave could be a buyer of SSP?
Pluse, in case you can't find your 'vindication' here is some help. 200 shares out of 5 million, great vindication.

Someone must have put in 200 shares with a stop loss of $2.48 and they were gobbled up.
Folks, if you put in stop losses, the MMs are going to go down and take them out. If you must have a stop loss keep it mental not as an order.
Hey pulse care to guess how many shares traded at $2.50 today for your 'vindication'?
Wavxmaster, but tomorrow is another day.
I seem to recall that last year, between the closing of the market at 4:00 EST and the 4:30 P.M. start of the SHM meeting. something came out about Paladium.
Could we get another 'surprise' tomorrow? Who knows?
Last hour. Close at $3.15- $3.20 the day before the SHM????
aleajactaest, I'm sorry. I really looked for the post that had this in it and I can not find it.
I think that we should just let it go now (unless you have a post number for me that has this sentence in it) and move on to bigger and better things.
Thanks,
Aleajactaest, thank you. If it was re-printed here (and it shouldn't be if it was an attack post)let me know the post number.
Mig, that's the point. In NASDAQ stocks they can do it. It is more difficult on the NYSE.
It's a game they play well. Just don't play it with them. Keep all stop losses mental, not material. If it hits your stop loss point put in a sell but don't let them know before hand what you stop loss number is.
Mig, I hear ya. Just don't let the day traders get you down. Look at the big picture.
I believe that in the next 18 months every computer sold will have Wave in it. Of course this is just my opinion, but when it happens you will then have to worry about going from $30.25 to $28.75 and then back up again. Of course this could be after the 1st split. LOL.
Relax, this is what we have been waiting for. It is happening as we speak.
Take care,
Someone must have put in 200 shares with a stop loss of $2.48 and they were gobbled up.
Folks, if you put in stop losses, the MMs are going to go down and take them out. If you must have a stop loss keep it mental not as an order.
Mig, that's what I love about you. I never have to worry about Wave's stock price. I will always have you here to do that for me. LOL.
I mean this is a nice humorous way.
Anyone have a gut feeling on a time for hearing from the FDA?
Bull_Dolphin, I think most here understand what this forum is for. Others that don't will soon learn.
It takes time to write good posts. If one wants to waste their time writing them only to see them deleted, be my guest.
There are many other places to post non-Wave posts. Yahoo, RB regular board and chat rooms. The only place not acceptable is here.
By the way, these are not my rules. They are IHUB's rules.
Thanks to all for the co-operation.

Folks, just a reminder. Ecommerceman posted a political post that I deleted. BTK answered that political post that I also deleted.
If one starts on subjects not Wave then others answer and so on and so on. This is a Wave Systems board. Other topics need to be posted somewhere else, not here.
Thanks to all for the co-operation.
Snackman
ecommerceman, sorry I had to remove your post. It was political and not allowed. Feel free to post it on the RB public board.
Sorry and thanks,

onesevernus, this is my last post on the subject. This came up 3000 messages ago. I do not know why you are bring it up now, but if you were following the board at the time, there was a poster using this word to "dig" and "attack" another poster. Attacking other posters are not allowed. If he was using the word 'diner'or 'peso' in the same manner, I would have treated it the same way.
There was no discussion by anyone on this subject at the time. I find it curious that you want to bring it up now.
It is not a matter of free speech. Matt put a long post up on that subject. There are things that will not be tolerated here and attacking another poster or being sarcastic or demeaning to another poster, will also not be tolerated.
So, if you wish to discuss this further, contact Matt or send me a PM. This discussion is over on this board.. Anymore will be considered duplication. I will be happy to discuss it privately if you wish.

mongo, next Friday will bring even more pressure in my opinion. With the SHM on Wednesday and a holiday the following Monday, next week could be fun for Wavoids.
Snackman
mongo, thank you. Apparently onesevenus did not read the posts that used the word in an inflammatory and sarcastic manner. I would have treated any other word in the same manner if it was inflammatory or sarcastic.
Snackman
onesevenus, I have deleted two of your attack posts this evening. I also sent it to Matt.
If you continue with the attack posts, they will all be deleted. If they are not on the subject of Wave, they will be deleted as Spam.
I will let Matt decide if your post is worthy. Please do not post it again. If Matt thinks it is worthy he will put it back up.
Snackman
tsunami, week-end or not, please take any political talk to a chat room or to RB.
Thanks,
Snackman
Mbledug, your post is being deleted. Warning, sex and politics are not allowed here.

I can't believe no one commented on this post by Dabears on Intelliworks web site. Seems to me that this is more important to talk about than a second by second talk on the stock prices. Oh well.

AMD Cheap Based on New Chips - Barron's
Sunday August 17, 2:34 pm ET
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of microprocessor maker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE:AMD - News) may be poised to rise given the success of its new chips, Barron's reported on Sunday, noting that influential technology strategist Fred Hickey has been buying the stock.
The weekly financial newspaper also said that Sunnyvale, California-based AMD, a distant second to No. 1 microprocessor maker Intel Corp. (NasdaqNM:INTC - News), is looking for ways to raise money, including a possible common-stock offering.
AMD's products are "the buzz of the industry" and its new Opteron chip is getting rave reviews, threatening Intel's hold on computer servers and workstations, according to Barron's.
Hickey, who published the High-Tech Strategist newsletter, believes Sun Microsystems Inc. (NasdaqNM:SUNW - News) will likely use Opterons in a line of servers. He also expects Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE:HPQ - News) to use AMD's desktop and notebook computer processor, according to Barron's.
Shares of AMD "look awfully" cheap compared to Intel, Barron's said.
From SKS at CC
We certainly had a clearer view of it for the last couple quarters, so we've been much more comfortable than perhaps our shareholders can be, because it's hard to see the data that we have.
Snackman
I was just reading the great transcripts that UncleverName just gave us, (thank you UncleverName) and in so doing I came across this from SKS:
Recently Northrop Grumman showed a presentation that included Wave as part of the solution for the DISA [Defense Information Systems Agency] technology. And we look forward to continuing to work with them, to help build some of that cross credentialing technology for different identities.
I believe this is the slide we saw a couple of weeks ago.
Snackman
Would you consider my view, that perhaps we might have arrived there sooner, if not for the bad behavior?
Absolutely not. Market just arrived.
That the deal with Intel possibly could have happened a year ago?
Again, Absolutely not. Wave has no control over something like that. It depends on the market. How about giving some credit to Wave for even getting Intel to make the deal in the first place? Why did they? Could it be they needed Wave's technology because no one else has it at this point in time? I don't think they were just being good guys for Wave's sake, do you?
That Wall St. might have taken us more seriously if they didn't have to hold their noses over nepotism, over constant selling of shares by the top mgt.?
Wall street will not even notice us until Wave has revenues or revenue projections. If it wasn't for some smart money taking notice two weeks ago they still would not know who Wave is. But they will.
That our real press releases would have been greeted by more optimism and credibility if we had not made so many foolish promises and predictions along the way?
You can read whatever you want into the past. They had one goal in mind and you saw it last June and two weeks ago. I like where they are, do you?
Blue, still your friend,
Snackman
Bluefang pardon me for interrupting but aren't you getting dizzy? You keep going round and round with the same message. You think you aren't talking about the past, but if you really look at what you post, it is still all about the past.
Round and round you go. Time to set your sights straight ahead and never look back. That is where the future is, not in the rear view mirror. It is not as if we haven't heard you say the same things over and over again about the past, about founder's shares, about management.
Intel is the future. IBM is the future. ALL PCOEM's are the future. Atmel, Infineon, NSM, and probably STMicro, are the future.
When we hit $50.00 will anyone really care about founder's shares, selling options and stock and what happened five years ago?
Not me.

waveduke best post on this board in two weeks.
Have you guys ever heard of profit quietly? I would hope that SKS would not speak too much about the size of our opportunity in dollars as it seems silly to invite competition before we have revenue. You never want to alert potential competitors into a market that has substantial revenue upside. This is why companies sign NDA’s; they want to protect any lead that they have in bringing a product to market. It seems silly to make a proclamation that they think that they have a multi billion dollar idea before they have introduced our product to market. That’s the equivalent of walking down the street of a crime invested neighborhood with gold bars in hand while yelling I’m rich…it’s a only a good idea if you want to be robbed of your gold.
Zeev hed, this is a message to you, Greg, Larry and a lot of the new posters we don't know. We know the risks involved in Wave. We have known them for a long time. Many of us have disected this company for the past 6-8 years.
Please don't try to 'sell' us on Wave up or down, because we have been there and done that. If you want to invest, short, trade, go for it. But don't try to 'sell' us or 'convince' us to follow you and Greg and whoever else thinks that their posts can sway us into selling or trading or giving up. We see the light. We also see many things you all don't. You can't possible know in two weeks what we have known and dugup over the past six years. You may know trading, shorting, TA, FA and all the rest, buy you don't know Wave. At least not yet.
Respectfully,
Snackman
