Blue, why don't you give Solms a chance before you bury him.
He might surprise you.
I think if Wave does 100 million next year your perception of Wave will never change. To you Wave is a loser for ever. Time to see if the new Wave is different.
I know this might be difficult but you might want to keep and OPEN MIND for the next few months.
If nothing happens in the next two quarters (3rd and 4th) than have at them. But until then, hating the new management like the old is way over the top in my opinion.
From March 15th. Well, that did not last long.
--------------------------------------------------
Wave continues to disappoint under the new mgt. More than a quarter century of exchanging real money for empty promises.
Q4 reports--nothing positive in sight beyond a few surreal carrots--more of the same bait and switch crapola.
I was optimistic Solms could fix things, but it looks as if he is the new puppet with the old masters pulling the strings, dancing the old 'dilusion' dances and singing the old promises song.
Goodbye to all my friends, allies and even my enemies.
It has been fun. I intend to completely break with Wave--sell my shares and stop reading any Wave board. Ummmm, cold turkey!
The thing that iced it for me, in addition to the lack of positive news--was Solms stating that Scambls might have value. That means keeping on Michael and Peter, and probably by extension, Steven, Kevin and Lexi. That's just 5 too many Spragues for me.
Even as the Wave ship appears lost beyond possible redemption, I see the Dreameroids are still making up positive crapola about the hope for a turn around and are still seeing this reeking manure pile as 24K gold, "if properly mined." Alchemy anyone?
Not only that, but the Voids who embrace and buy into Rivetz and/or any new venture thought up or managed by the discredited ones, just makes me laugh at incurable stupidity so dense, no knife or saw ever made can penetrate.
So this is my last post anywhere about Wave...unless something happens completely beyond believability--nah, not even then. I'm done.
Farewell.
Blue
You don't seem to believe in facts
You are really not worth arguing with. I will come back here and post a PR with numbers on it. Stay tuned.
Then please tell me why Samsung signed a 15 year deal with Wave.
FACT
And SanDisk's X300s SSD comes exclusively equipped with Wave System’s EMBASSY® Security Center (ESC) as part of the upcoming SanDisk SSD Dashboard software suite.
Why would SanDisk use Wave EXCLUSIVELY if the product was worthless?
Tell that to Micron, SanDisk, WidePoint, Lenovo, and Samsung, to name a few.
No product? I suppose these companies are all part of the scam.
What a load of _______
Those are your opinions, and I believe you will be wrong on everyone of them. That's MY opinion.
You will never see $1.00 again, except in your dreams, and Wave's products will be everywhere.
Nice try.
Time to catch up. You seem to say some derogatory things about Wave, yet you don't even know that Steven is not on the board as of June 19th.
Bagalay may have been late in doing anything, but if he hadn't, SKS would still be CEO, Jerry would still be CFO and we would still be spinning our wheels.
At least now we have a chance.
No chance with the past management in my opinion.
I would think Wave would have to show some substantial revenues before someone was interested in buying them.
By substantial I mean at least 100 million in revenues in a one year time frame or concrete orders that would produce 100 million in a 12 month period.
If that were to happen, and Wave's revenues produced a profit of about $.50, then I think you might find some interest.
In lieu of substantial revenues, I don't think Wave would be a target until something like that took place.
Dig, the way I see it Wave gets about $.15 per bundled chip and another $.20-$.25 from the OEM or about $.45-$.50 per unit delivered.
Bill said that there will be credible deals with the British and American Governments (16.35)THIS YEAR.
Make that a 15 year deal.
Can you show us in actual numbers how much E-sign and Srambls are draining from Wave System's bank account.
You guys are good at "speculation". How about some hard numbers.
TKC, great post.
I may be wrong, but I do not believe Peter has collected any monies from Wave in a very long time.
One more thing,(although I may be wrong on this too) is that Wave is not putting any money into Scrambls at all.
I am suggesting that as a possibility.
You may not know the longs as well as you think you do.

Barge, I'm pretty sure. That is what was told to me.
Berger is gone, replaced.
Steven is gone. I think it's time to stop beating a dead horse to death.
New people are now running Wave. The future is in front of us.
It does no one any good to keep bad mouthing Steven. It is what it is. Move on.
Not all people that are hired by Wave are announced. Do you think they would have put him front and center if there was a negative to his hiring?

This is all outdated stuff regarding Intel motherboards. This subject was discussed in the past on this board...
One would hope that Wave has "graduated" in the meantime... "services" is where the money is going to be...
Intel to Stop Making Desktop Motherboards
Jamie Condliffe, Intel, 1/23/13
http://gizmodo.com/5978232/intel-to-stop-making-desktop-motherboards
It's the end of an era: Intel has announced that, over the next three years, it will wind down production of desktop motherboards to zero.
The company will continue to supply chipsets for use by third party motherboard manufacturers—the likes of ASUS, ASRock and Gigabyte—but after 2013 it won't make more motherboards itself, reports Anandtech. In fact, the last output from Intel will be 'boards that accommodate its soon-to-launch Haswell architecture chips (the successor to Ivy Bridge). It'll then wind down and not bother for its subsequent set of silicon.
Instead, it will focus its efforts on creating form factor reference designs: mock-ups that are used internally for testing, but which often also end up as the base for third-party products. There won't be any trimming here—so you can probably expect to hear of plenty of new ultrabook, tablet and desktop prototypes in the future. Comfortingly, none of this will see job cuts at Intel. Instead, engineers will be absorbed into other divisions. [Anandtech via Engadget]
I am checking with Wave now about the date of that article. I will post the answer when I get it.
I do not know if this is new or old. If anyone does, please chime in.

Fat Albert, as you so disrespectfully call a CEO of a NASDAQ public company, will show everyone a lot of "leg" very soon now.
Watch Wave in Q4, and you will be amazed what "the fat man", as you disrespectfully call him, shows everyone the way.
Wave did not pay anything to Gartner for their report on Wave. It was voluntary on their part.
Blue, of course it is a bad sign. Everything Wave does is a bad sign according to you, but I agree, Wave is going down the tubes.
Like you have said many times: Wave is going BK. It's only a matter of time. I agree. Let's celebrate this latest fraud together.
Wave is finished. $.10 is just over the horizon for the SP, right Kiss?
Your premise is false, as is your accusation that Wave Systems is being investigated. You still won't, or can't, produce any evidence to your accusation.
Investigated by whom? Why can't you answer who is investigating Wave Systems, even though you won't post a link where it says they are being investigated. Who is investigating them?
Peter Sprague's personal assets have nothing to do with Wave Systems. I don't know why you even bring it up.
Sorry, I don't know where you get your information that I communicate with the CEO of Wave Systems "on a regular bases", but that is just plain false.
Still like to know where you get your information that Wave Systems is being investigated. You either have proof, or you are making it up. Which is it?
You made the public statement that Wave Systems is being investigated, and that it is a scam.
If you say that Wave is being investigated, and there is no public announcement of such, you must have gotten the information from somewhere, or there is no such information available.
Please show where you are getting this information that Wave Systems is being investigated.
Wave Systems is a public company. If they are being investigated they must make that public, yet they have not, but you are saying that they are being investigated. Where is your proof that this is happening?
If Wave is being investigated you must have inside information, because nothing publicly has been printed. Please share where one will find that Wave is being investigated, and by whom.
Thanks
Nothing Wave is doing is a lie. They are a public company.
The only lies I see are not coming from Wave, (not that you are lying), I would just love to see where you get these "facts" to say such a thing.
You say again that Wave paid DMI this time and the LAST TIME. Where does that show up in their financials? NO WHERE.
Where are you getting these facts to say this?
If everyone on Wall Street knows that Wave is a Scam, why hasn't the SEC stepped in and stopped this Scam, as you call it? Why ??
Kis,
Here is the press release for the relationship between DMI and Wave.
Please show where you falsely accuse Wave of paying $100,000 to DMI for this partnership

Can you please provide the link that says that Wave pays DMI 100K?
You're right Blue. TMPs mean nothing to Wave, because everyone else is going to eat their lunch. I can't believe we've been lied to and feed all this BS. Wave is going to go BK before you know it.
In fact, weren't you calling for their demise months ago?
NSA Set To Approve TPM For Government Use

Speaking at the Trusted Computing Conference in Orlando Monday afternoon, Debora Plunkett, Director of Information Assurance for the NSA, announced that she is preparing to sign an Information Assurance Advisory that permits the purchase of Trusted Computing components for National Security Systems. This is great news for the small community that is the Trusted Computing Group and the vendors who have worked for over a decade to provide technology for hardware based cryptography, key repositories, self encrypting drives, and device authentication.
It has been a long road for the TCG. Tackling some of the most difficult challenges in security an open standard for hardware supported security, TPM 2.0, has been meticulously cranked out. Yet, even though the NSA has been one of the strongest supporters of the standards process, it has been remiss in actually approving, let alone recommending or even requiring, the use of TPM for government systems. Plunkett’s announcement leapfrogs the approval step to go directly to recommending TPM for use in National Security Systems.
The TCG and the vendors who support TPM are deservedly elated. An official approval of TPM for some of the most stringent security environments should help to raise awareness and drive adaption.
