With what is "known" it is curious why there is any trading activity. KK has apparently not given up; so I keep waiting for the next installment.

Reality Check – Your collective interests are the sole reason that the Company continues to function. We intend to continue to use our best efforts to advance our shareholder interests for so long as we are able to continue making the attempt. To be clear, we only have two viable options to do so at this point: (1) by responsibly guiding CleanTech Alpha and the corn oil saga to completion, and, hopefully, (2) by completing the alternate transaction described above.


The goal and effort is admirable; yet it appears that in the future you will have to seek bankruptcy. Continuing the battle just for the sake of continuing the battle when, in your own words, there is an alternative that has some value to you and Greenshift, at some point becomes quixotic. Any guidance on the timetable of this decision?

As you know I/We have been with you and the company forever (well not exactly; since April 2006). We have met, and we have sought out DW and others for face-to-face interactions. I inquire with no malice intended. Your communication raises the question, one that may be naive and demonstrate my ignorance of such matters -- why not declare bankruptcy? It gets very quiet here when expectations are unrequited. Hard to keep up a good front, -- a stiff upper lip?

There is so much that we do not know, and relativity recent actions (e.g. bringing filings up-to-date) that imply something -- that which we cannot fathom. As I said with a literary allusion -- only the phantom knows.

Perhaps in due time we will know, but if we never know or hear - then we made faulty judgments.

Over the years I have learned to be careful accepting Slash's demonstrative statements at face value. Usually, he had good information, sometimes though it was like a dark hole -- sucked you in to never return. We have had our share of interesting personalities, Slash, Skunk, and of course KK himself. At least one very sad episode -- the fellow very early in this gambit who bet everything on the success of this venture, mortgaged everything he had to buy shares and lost it all including, home, wife, and eventually his life.

It was satisfying to see your statement in support of KK's quest to produce a renewable fuel to replace petroleum based products while making money for himself and shareholders. You articulated our hopes as well. It is also sad to see so many flock to PVSP hoping that GERS' shares will be rolled into PVSP' shares. Clearly supporting the development, manufacturing, and distribution of mind-altering drugs that will likely overall cause harm to our culture is not the issue -- only the return on investment is. They did not share our hopes and aspirations for KK's venture.

As for myself and my wife we are disappointed not in the outcome -- we knew it was a gamble, or in the process with its many nefarious characters and possible/probable pitfalls. We are disappointed in our judgement. We met face-to-face with several principals including KK and DW. Our judgement was that they were earnest and honorable. I made my living out of making that judgement about people over many years. You speak of legal, and ethical issues, I speak of honor.

So, in this regard I ask again Mr. Kreisler to do the honorable thing. I know that he or one of his minions read this board. Mr. Kreisler it is OK to fail, we all do -- but not to walk away without admitting it. If in fact, as we all believe, that this gambit is over a simple public statement something like, you tried, but failed and you wish us well is required if you too value one of the most important human qualities -- personal honor.

Why doesn't KK just pull the pin on this thing? What good does it do him to have the decertified stock still traded? Why did he post updated financials a year ago? Why is any one still buying this stock? Why, we the shareholders he has pledged to do right by, heard nothing? The longest stint of silence ever! As I stated before -- "Only the shadow knows!"

It seems that the ability to jump ship from development of renewable energy to the production and distribution of mind-altering drugs implies that some were never invested in the betterment of the world in which we live; only the lining of their pockets. Reading back over the years the many posts that waxed profusely over "their green mission" as the reason for taking the gambit is now bad theater.

I have been in this stock and it predecessors for 194 months. For the most part I have endeavored to be objective and to needle both doomsayers and euphoric cheerleaders in an attempt to reach an equilibrium that supported exchange of objectives views and dissemination of data and information. To this end I engaged and interacted with several principals, including Mr. Kreisler. The fruits of these interactions yielded important perspectives that I brought to this board; for the most part, bringing reasonable and hopeful insights and messages.

I state this as background for the following, to establish my bona fides that I am inquiring in good faith and hope to see similar responses.

In recent months several of the long-term Gerslanders have written that despite the absolute dearth of information, communication, and volume that they would buy more shares of GERS -- IF the price was right. My question: what is that price and why?

I cannot see a reason based on today's events and lack of information to buy GERS -- at any price.

Where is the 0.0014 BID pager person? Sleeping at the switch?

"Pot shooting"? IF the PVSP transfer was going to occur as has been rumored, it would have happened by now or KK would have made a public statement about the progress. This is as long as KK has gone without some sort of missive in my 16 plus years in this company. I fear abandonment. Any one with other plausible explanations -- please bring them forward.

In our case KK is the "shadow". The idiom becomes - only KK knows, and he hasn't told us.

Hard to continue to believe that anything is left -- we also have heard nothing from KK in months. If anything positive has happened since he last communicated he would have taken the podium. You can no longer call, the telephone number was removed from the website. The old number (770) 886-2734 is not answered and rings continuously without redirection. Yet, why have the filings been updated? Perhaps this is why people continue cling to hope? His claim that he is/was looking out for the common shareholders is now a distant, fading echo in the wilderness. He needs to amplify that message, if nothing else to continue to keep the smoldering hopes alive.

You seem to be following PVSP closely. Do you have a position or is your interest solely related to KK's implying that GERS shares will be swapped for PVSP in the future, "to increase GERS' shareholder equity" ?

It has been many months since we have heard anything from KK. At that time the message was that he was still trying to accomplish his goal of increasing equity for GERS' shareholders. This likely would occur through a stock swap of some kind possibly with PVSP. However, he clearly stated that he did not know how long or IF this could be accomplished. The long period of absolute silence begs a question -- if it is determined that this "swap"/equity increase is NOT possible, would we hear from KK that he has failed in this endeavor?

I must assume that the poster talked to the CEO. I must assume that the CEO talked to the poster.

It's been explicitly confirmed with German this week that they will arrive Monday AM. They're not going to be late.

I must now assume that the CEO misled the poster on this account (filings in the AM today). If he misled on this account -- where else has he misled? Logic dictates this question is answered before any statements by posters or tweets/posts from company principals be accepted as valid. The CEO statements cannot be simply dismissed as "loose, imprecise statements". Willingness to provide this type of information to the public in this way is questionable, willingness to provide misleading/incorrect information is beyond questionable.

Several (many?) were "100% convinced" of the validity of these statements -- it is now time to pause this acceptance and euphoria until real truth unfolds.

You and I have been around this old watering hole a long time. This April will be 16 years for me -- hard to believe. It is also hard to understand how someone changes their steadfast support from a company that was moving heaven and earth to improve this planet to a company that produces a mind-altering, reality clouding drug; that will likely lead to misery for many people. I don't think that it is just a matter of money, but the stark, dichotomously different goals/aspirations and level of nobility of the two enterprises causes me to ask.
