Awesome Grammy Music Awards - pics & video
http://bit.ly/gnW79A
The Grammys are using QR Codes to promote the 53rd annual music awards event on CBS. I have to say that I am really impressed with this QR code advertising campaign! Last week I posted, Music Needs QR Codes, but didn't have a great example. THIS is a great example!! Scanners can sample tagged music by participants and read user comments. Check out the video and pics below and the campaign site, Music is Life is Music. Enjoy!
Thanks Nick.............see you in Cabo San Lucas

I believe Clawmann indicated he would expect to see them begin to negotiate a settlement if the case begins to show muscle. That was the last word we had from him before he went into cognito.

Makes one wonder just what our esteemed BOD's JJ Keil and George O'Leary must think after their stellar job performance has lost us at least 97% of our investment value under their respective tutelage in the last 3 - 4 years. Do you think they feel like LOOSERS?

My deepest and sincerest condolences to Dale, his family, all his friends and those of us who shared his once great enthusiasm for this suspect company and its dark side financiers. I'll have to do a big ass bottom turn and rip one off the lip in his memory.
AP
I sure hope Clawmann has Ernest E. Badway, Esq., Roseland, NJ on this one as well!

Hi cloud
Whats even more cunning, hedious and baffeling is now that Michael Cline has been issued 6Mil. shares that he can dispose of on the open market with a strike price of $0.06, it will take forever for him to sell off, which may well mean we are range bound for many mansy weeks. That said, is it legal for YA to do such a thing with our shares? That was a rhetorical question - tongue in cheek by the way...

I'm all for truth
However its the manner in which it is done which defines the person and this was not done with respect for another.

Welcome Laura Marriott
"I'm impressed with their new management team, which certainly has made a difference"
"Neomedia is a public company, so I'll take on the fiduciary responsibilities that come with being a board member, from strategic oversight and guidance to holding the management team accountable to shareholders and helping to raise the value of the company as a key member of the leadership team"
Hi Jeff
No I don't mind you asking. My hubby's and I own 200,000 shares. To answer your question, I would like to see Amazon, Google, Shop Savvy, Microsoft and many others license. I also want to know what Bruce Braun has up his sleeve, as he is well connected and swings a big bat in the mobile marketing arena. I would also like to see NeuStar take a substantial stake in NeoMedia and unburden the shareholders of any further dilution. But ultimately I would like to see Yorkville sell this company for untold fortunes. I think it safe to say most all feel the same.
Cheers, AP
I don't think JP was speaking specifically about the "technology" itself but rather the IP as a whole. I also thought NeoMedia could perform both indirect as well as direct, but in addition to Hudetz, Rothchild patents are now offering a broader IP which includes the Loyaty Point LB services. Managed direct is actually a partial indirect process, is it not? And doesn't NeoMedia's IP cover this - at least per the recent White Paper release? It's not "flip flopping" but actually broadening of their ability to license what they legally can and maybe should have been. Search was always part of the look up query. Even Laura Mariott stated in the CC that there are new greater licensing aspects to the IP that will need attorney review going forward. To me, its sounds very positive and very intriguing. Also, who says that IM didn't fulfill his duties to bring an alternate investor to the table? Just maybe he did and YA wants the whole enchilada for themselves? Just maybe YellowJacket is right to think that a Consortium would be the best way to continue financing.
AP
Wow looks like Yorkville has crushed the shareholders here
I surely wouldn't want to buy in to this company, if this is all we can expect from them...

Neomedia did release this news. MM picked up on it. Whether UPI, API, Reuters, News Wire, etc. decided to pick up on it is their perrogative.

The point is its in the news. Poptech is saying that its not becuase there are T&C's which restrict it. This has yet to be proven true or made evident.

My husband says QR Codes "are specifically intended" for mobile price comparison shopping and are gaining ground exponentially because 1d UPC & EAN Codes don't hold enough information, are limited in functionality and are also highly restrictive

My husband says to point out Neomedia did issue a PR here
http://www.neom.com/press/in_the_news/neomedia-strikes-ebay-licensing-deal-mobile-marketing
The link even contains the verbiage "Press/In-The-News"
Could it be that maybe you are wrong about e-Bay and NeoMedia being prohibited from releasing a PR on the licensing agreement?
After all, the above link is the actual PR, no?
AP
Hi
I'm new here.
I thought I saw Neomedia issue a PR on their website.
