Why don't these AAPL i4s crowds in China just log on to Switow to place their order?

I am still looking for an assistant moderator for the CBBD board. I may even let you become the Moderator all together.
To show interest, please indicate some boards you do moderate. Or if you do not already moderate a board and do want to moderate this board, please post here links to, say, three (3) original messages you have posted in the last year about a security which are unique, analytical, and show some level of depth and expressiveness. Such messages should be of a quality you are proud of, i.e. you would be happy for others to read them. (Makes no difference if you are/were proved right in your analysis (you could have posted that Lehman Bros. was going to double). I'm more inclined to hand over the keys if you show you have taken the time to be detailed, thoughtful, and that you are also cooperative with others in boards.
This is being asked so the board management can at least, based on something that shows committment, especially for those who are here anonymously or who primarily post one liner messages.
Thank you for your interest.
Sidelines.
I post all my CBBD investment activity here within 24 hours.
In fact, if someone here expressed genuine interest in CBBD and wanted to be an Assistant Moderator, please let me know.
Thanks.
Amen.

That's part of the reason why I sold my CBBD position for more than a 100% profit and have not gotten back in.

They have Sprint coming on and the new iPhone in the pipe, this too will pass in time.
Steve Jobs just announced resignation. By the time you read this, you will already know... But it's fun to mention such an important fact first.

China buying Gold. (No secret there).
http://seekingalpha.com/article/285550-will-china-ditch-u-s-treasures-to-buy-gold
Question: Where do you fine folks see gold headed?
Is the recent parabolic rise due for serious correction and downtrend, or is this the ultimate safety investment?
All thoughts welcome.

CNBC discussing China now. Saying growth unsustainable... Or should I say, one guy was sharing one opinion in a few soundbites... Guest was asked about problems in China, i.e. why investors are getting trounced there. The answer did not even mention the possibility of fraud in some instances.
Guy is arguing that China and Europe overweights will trim and flow to the US.
I've sold my CCCL for the time being.

AAPL has more cash than the US.

Exactly why I'm underscoring George's involvement in both these horror stories.
Is the George Zhou Independent Director of CCME the same fellow mentioned as present in the below JGBO filing: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1091164/000114420411034429/v225152_ex99-4.htm
Sino forest being discussed on CNBC... someone called it a deep value investment.
Good Read on internal investigation delay by a corrupt company:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1091164/000114420411034429/v225152_ex99-4.htm
For those considering what might be happening at CCME, or how a CCME investigation can drag along for lack of cooperation (if indeed there is or ever has been a lack of a cooperation), consider the below example of JGBO including some of the same names behind the scenes of the investigation into CCME such as Loeb, Zhou, SEC, and other parallel players, play by play (delay by delay):
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1091164/000114420411034429/v225152_ex99-4.htm
Rames had posted this link over the weekend on another board, but it surely can illustrate quite a bit.
It should also be noted that this above includes a confidential document later made public. At the moment, the investigation into CCME remains confidential. For all we know, the investigation will always be confidential.
-Andrew
Rames:
I've read this twice now and affirm that everyone should read the JGBO investigation. The behind the scenes play by play (delay by delay) in full.
It's eye-opening to say the least.

George Zhou manages to get around...
Just wanted to include a cut and paste of the below discussion by China Stock Picker on the CGS Board as it presents solid basis for investment in CCCL:
Source: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=65482322
"CCCL Q2 Outlook- a record.
Business Outlook
"The Company's backlog of orders for delivery in the second quarter of 2011 is approximately RMB 372.7 million (US$ 56.9 million), representing a year-over-year growth rate of 36.9% compared to the second quarter of 2010. The expected sales volume in the second quarter of 2011 is approximately 13.8 million square meters, representing a 30.2% increase from 10.6 million square meters sold in the second quarter of 2010."
As I said a few weeks ago when I began buying CCCL in earnest, it is INVESTMENT GRADE - one of the few in this space IMO.
I personally am looking forward to q2 and the rest of the year as their completely paid for expansion ramps up production for some extremely favorable q over q comparisons to come.
The current sub 2 pe will not last."
(Cut and pasted here by Andrew)
Thank you!

Imcat:
I did a lot of research back in December 2010 into what little there was. I got in and out after a double roller coaster with more than a double.
I am now watching CBBD and would consider getting back in depending on what they do.
Cannot make a promise about viability given current information.
The bet then at 4 cents and now too is primarily on Shane McMahon and his connections and experience, with many other contributing factors which we can call possibilities that may contribute to success.

AAPL made more than 10,000,000,000 in cash last quarter. Let's say it was 10 Billion in 90 days.
If my quick math is right, that comes to $1,286.00/second.

Rames:
AAPL continues to be my largest holding.
Apple’s cash stockpile is growing again, up about $10.4 billion in the last quarter to a whopping $76.2 billion at the end of June, said Peter Oppenheimer, CFO of the iPhone and iPad maker on its earnings call Tuesday. Oppenheimer said he was “thrilled to report the highest quarterly revenue and earnings in Apple’s history.”
Let's make the extreme assumption this increase continues and they buy nothing big. This time next year, AAPL would have 10.4*4=41.6 Billion more, or 117.6 billion in cash. Let's reduce that now to 100billion in cash, to be more conservative. At this hypothetical reduced cash rate, of say, 5 Billion a quarter, in 6 years, i.e. 2017, AAPL will have over 200 Billion in cash. At 5X cash, AAPL becomes the first trillion dollar company-- before 2020.
I just don't see China buying AAPL. Maybe eventually AAPL buys China?

1) How about you call DLA Piper yourself.
