I had my order partially filled to the tune of ONE share
Yeah but if it will eventually end up around .03, which is bound to happen since I have been with this stock for two years, why would I buy at .06?
There it goes back down...
I'm sitting at .035, somebody please sell to me
It's the reason I started trading this stock. I'm a believer -- but I sell on every big move northward. We ALWAYS go back to where we were.
All I need is one more big buy and I have reduced my break-even number to $.65. If things go right, thats definitely attainable
Lets get to that $.10 threshold!
I have an order placed and sitting ready to be filled!
I just wish at this point I had far more money to invest
With Itron AND SP&C, this will be the biggest penny stock out there.
Im averaging down....
Lets go! This is the time to get in, We have been waiting for this for two years
What's going on with SP&C? Are we going to buy them or what? This Itron news is HUGE, with another whole company acquired the news would be even BIGGER.
I'm still a share holder, I just got super p/oed for a while and took a hiatus
Those are the words of the director of an alleged multi million dollar company? What a joke; how unprofessional. I know none of us would respond to our shareholders questions with one word answers.
Im out officially on Monday. That's just absurd
I thought we were done with research and development? I understand a company always showcasing new products but once again I need to reiterate that we need to generate revenue before branching off into something new. I don't care how good that spider thing looks, it doesn't mean anything if you can't generate sales.
Whatever happened to our acquisitions? Itron compliancy? Trimax wireless? Yeah I heard about a lawsuit but we never got any updates or information - all we know is that they disappeared from the annual report.
I'm leading to this: you really think Sam is going to buy $500,000 worth of shares!? That's crazy, even in the very same article it says he may not buy that many, and has the will be able to opt out whenever he feels like it. My guess is he will buy about $1000 worth, and leave it at that.
Wow, pathetic.
Interesting that a company who performed a R/S to be better viewed in the marketplace by competitors, partners and investors, does not update their share structure. Shouldn't this be a priority?
It's not, and never was, management is full of BS. It was performed simply to sell more shares at a higher price.
I haven't gone anywhere, still have a lot of shares. I've just been complaining lately. I feel I have the right to do so
Yes however Infrax doesn't care about their shareholders, and thus we shall never see a letter
Its why the RS was exercised in the first place. Mr Talari stated it was to give us a more professional appearance and to be taken more seriously by competitors, or something to that regard. We all saw through it and knew the true reason was to sell more shares. This is definitely going to .0001 within a year or two.
Why Infrax doesn't take a six month period to market and sell their products is beyond my grasp of normal business operations.
BOOOOO!!! Down with management, Sam Talari must go!!!
The PPS was mentioned and it just snowballed from there
Looking at their annual reports you will notice that revenues simply disappear. Trimax is gone, Lockwood will soon be gone I don't even remember that other company that we were supposed to buy but didn't. SP and C? Not gonna happen. How can you buy a big electrical contractor with NO MONEY? By selling millions of shares of worthless stock.
I live in Tampa Fl, next door to St Pete, headquarters of both named companies Infrax and Southern Power and Controls. My wife even works for an electrical contractor called Edmonson Electric. SPC isn't even mentioned as a competitor nor Infrax is even HEARD of. Our company is a joke, and nothing will ever come of us. Our money is in flames, I should have sold a year ago.
The way Sam conducts himself by email is so unprofessional. Most indicative of the way things are run by his company. If he pays no mind to his shareholders, or even potential customers, which I emailed him about. How can you run a successful company? I will use this experience as one to fuel my future career. I will
know how to treat my clients and investors because I know how poorly I was treated.
Stockholder since December 2010. Infrax is going nowhere but down.
Management is garbage, why do you think Paul left? Personal reasons? I'm not buying it. The only money they ever made was from selling shares in their IPO. This company is a joke, I'm done buying it.
I have my own business, and this horrid investment has taught me how to successfully run one. Revenue must be made first before money can be thrown into another project. Since they never made ANY, they never got anything done.
One step at a time. Good advice for good managers, unfortunately Infrax doesn't have any.
Worst investment I ever made. At the very least it gives me a story to tell...
Stick a fork in us; we're done.
Bid is still too low. One big sale will take us right back down
Because dilution is coming thanks to an impending acquisition. Sam even stated it in his letter to shareholders. Same thing happened a year ago, Sam and Paul sold a significant amount before Lockwood was confirmed
My break-even number is now $2.42! Let's go!!!!
I just added, nearly double the number of shares I had a week ago. Yippee, now let's get moving
You think we drop back down to .04 soon?
Also, wont we plummet once again when SPC is confirmed? I almost feel like selling then re-buying after the steep drop. I remember what happened with Lockwood a year ago in February, it was the start of the worst month of my investing career.
After the aquisition we should level over and begin our rise, but it will be with some diluting first.
We were set up for a good run, Infrax didn't come through on their end, I don't blame investors for walking away.
We only have a %30 ownership of Lockwood now? I thought it was %70.
Also it's almost guaranteed the stock price will be closer to $1.00 not 3, judging how accurately these past events have been estimated
Either way, I'm still happy with a dividend
I now patiently await my shares... I think I will be a lifelong holder of this stock - I mean what the heck, why not? I threw so much money in anyway let's see how far it takes me
I hate TECO, their service is terrible. Maybe Infrax could improve upon that...
I think we are due for some news. It's been a while now
Nice volume! I'm back in love with Infrax baby
Nice baby, we are being noticed more and more. Can't wait for a big investor to throw down a few million and really put us on the map
Ah this makes me feel good! Goal $3.10 my break-even point! Lol, I definitely can't sell at least until I get my Lockwood shares, I don't want to miss out on those
Let's have another rockin' day!
Wish it was like this everyday
