Thanks sirhaggus for your post. I've cast my lot with the longs and hope we're right. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
IMHO the stock is priced right taking into account the patent ownership issues and the fact that the patent has yet to produce any income - only drama. However, as soon as it can be shown that the patent has real value to companies, e.g. settlement with TMOB (great) or court decision on infringement (better) look out! My primary concern is that TMOB will not settle before the ownership issue is less messy than it is right now, and realistically that means waiting it out until February or later. I think that those hoping for an immediate result in the next few days could be in for a disappointment.
p.s. I've never wished that I was wrong more than right now.
