The link from the other message board is the same that we discussed. I think, the guy simply took it from here. If you google ECOBUS MOSCOW in cirillic, you can get hundreds of other links.
Regarding the other bus manufacturers with capstone (Italy, Argentina, etc.), I am sceptical about their production possibilities.
Before the December Moscow deputy mayor speech, I was sceptical about Trolza as well.
Even now, there is a possibility that Trolza failes the testings. Besides, Moscow authorities can change their minds in favour of other producers. Ecobus is 2-3 times more expensive than the "Megapolis" trolleybus on which platform it is made. Ordinary Russian buses are much less expensive. They also try to produce engines that meet "Euro5"standards. There are foreign competirors too. Yet, the unique Moscow situation in terms of traffic and pollutions, and the necessity of its fast resolution (there is a new mayor in Moscow, who seems to be really concerned about traffic), gives Trolza a good chance. I hope, BPC will lobby Trolza too (I don't know how powerful their lobby is, though).
