Market Cap?
Market Cap is shown as $15.3M
$15.3M divided by 172M shares outstanding (WOW) equals .11 per share! This POS hasn't seen .11 per share in a while!
So where, oh where, is the cheese? Really guys, 172M shares! ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO MILLION SHARES!
MHCO...
New board
This is the 2nd board I have created here. The first was SUND (Sound Advice). I advised that SUND (at $6-$10) was a gimme, that TWTR would buy SUND. TWTR did buy SUND within 9 months of the first post, at $27-$37 per share (depending on when you pulled the trigger).
MHCO is also a gimme. Moore-Handley is a micro-cap to the ultimate degree. In fact, the company intentionally delisted itself so it would not have to spend the money on Oxbane-Sarlesby requirements.
Fundamentals are: Book Value is $8.31 per share. Earnings per share for the fiscal year ending December 31,2004: .66 per share vs. a loss of .24 per share the prior year.
Outstanding shares are being bought back with a vengeance. Shares outstanding (diluted) as of December 31, 2003 was 1,749,00. Shares outstanding (diluted) as of December 31, 2004 was 1,627,000. For the quarter ending March 31 2005 the shares outstanding (diluted) were down to 1,467,000.
Do your own DD, be aware this is a VERY thinly traded stock, but anything under $5 per share looks like money in the bank.

Questions for the board…
mmm…Looking for opinions from others.
Assuming you are firmly convinced the stock is a scam (empty shell or worse), would it be ethical to trade its ups and downs?
If the answer to the above is yes, what broker gives best executions in PK stocks? My experience in pink sheet stocks is that it hard to trade at good executions; the traditional brokerages say they have no control and there is no protection against bad trades or against trades being executed at prices above your bid price and below your sell price.

Can you not see a pattern here? Promises made, Promises broken, over and over?
Cash flow was NEGATIVE $3M last 4 quarters!
Sales per share is less than TWO CENTS!
And you want to own this at 25 cents per share?
If you can sell at anything above 5 cents per share you are doing yourself a great favor.
Flush the crap from your holdings, starting with this one. Book value is less than one cent! Would you pay $25 for less than $1 in assets, especially if you knew that $1 in assets was constantly eroding? Would You? If you own PWLX, you ARE!
Acknowledging a loss is tough sometimes, especially if you've held that position for some time.
Sell while you still can. The recent low of 3 cents a share still values this company at 3 time book value. And Book Value includes intangibles. Consider yourself lucky to get out at 25 cents.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) ( www.sevu.com ) today announced plans to begin
marketing a version of its IRFS technology for high-speed data transmission
over electrical wiring in homes and buildings. The first systems will begin
testing in real-world environments this month. The next stage, making units
available to US government agencies, is scheduled for February. Sales to
business and consumers could start by summer.
Stated CEO Rich McBride: "This is the second stage of our overall plan to
provide computer-networking capability side by side with our video system.
IRFS technology saves money and time by eliminating the need to run expensive,
labor-intensive wiring. We're offering light-bulb security cameras that are
portable and stealthy, and now we are networking computers -- all by just
plugging into electrical wall sockets. The bit rate is an astounding 10mbps!
The current wireless-LAN systems -- through the air -- are very limited and
interference-prone, and long-distance wireless requires clear line-of-sight.
"We have the solid patents to protect this technology. We're also seeing early
success in transmitting data in WAN (wide area network) systems. This would
allow distances in miles between buildings, utilizing the power grid as the
conduit. It is my belief that we've just begun to realize the potential of
this proprietary technology."
On December 8, the Company website ( www.seaview.com ) will debut photos
and details of the first IR floodlight bulbs coming off the line. "These units
resemble the SecureView cameras -- basically a PAR-38 outdoor bulb," said VP
New Products J R Cox. "The difference is, they flood an area with white-
infrared light. We can't see it, but the SecureView camera can. It's a great
way of providing security illumination for larger areas. When you look at the
video, if you didn't know better, you'd think the sun was shining."
From George Bernardich, SeaView's new COO: "I'm happy to be aboard, and
looking forward to adding my expertise to the retail marketing of all SeaView
products. My schedule will be a busy one, meeting with all the major
retailers. Monday, we will have a meeting in Tampa with Home Depot, and I'm
proud to say that the Divisional President of Home Depot has a SecureView
system in his house!"

VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE 12.05.00
E-mails, E-mails, and Phone Calls...
I spent yesterday in the "PR mode." It was a break from the frantic pace of marketing and production. Communication is one of the key elements upon which I built this company. I long for the days of showing, telling, and selling the SeaView Underwater Camera.
Introducing new technologies which you have helped build or design, and demonstrating their capabilities, are very rewarding experiences. Many of you who have been to our facility here, or have spent some time with me at a boat show, know that my passion lies within the product. There is no question that the products are in demand...the numbers tell that story, and it's a "vote" you can't deny.
We've secured our inventions with patents which our attorneys feel are unbreakable; the key patents are filed worldwide. The design and tooling for all our new products is complete. The facts are indisputable!
It is my solid belief that continued forward movement will result in huge revenues for this company. It is also my belief that real success cannot be held back by lies and innuendoes. The proof will always show itself in the results. I can tell you that blatant statements without factual merit are going to be dealt with swiftly.
I received an E-mail today from a stockholder who has visited with me here. It is his belief that our PR's are poorly written and leave us open for constant scrutiny. The investment community hates it when they don't hear anything...and now some of our people hate it when they hear too much! The real answer is, you cannot please everybody.
We go out of our way to say "working on" or "meeting to discuss" a contract or agreement. Our published statements are then "interpreted" by others down the line, and changed to fit their goals. I have received praise in an 8-to-1 ratio for our openness; when we have screwed up (have you, ever?) we have made a retraction.
I like to think that we all have a common goal, and communication is the most important bond. The truth is, it allows people who short stocks for a living to tear everything apart and re-print it in their own words. I think the management of this company and its employees are above all this. I still believe the majority of stockholders are behind us 110 percent. I have received hundreds of phone calls, faxes, emails and handwritten notes this year which are supportive of our efforts. I can count on one hand the number of 100-percent negative contacts. I can also assure you that the people who are telling these tales of fiction have never contacted me. I will proceed as I have since I started this business.
On a final note: this company has never paid a single dollar or a single share of stock to any poster on any bulletin board. I strongly believe everyone should make decisions about investments from their own due diligence.
This week I'm working totally on the goal of moving to the American Stock Exchange...yes, I will keep you posted!

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (www.sevu.com) today announced it is now offering the DC SecureView for sale to the freight and trucking industries. "Using 12-, 24-, or 32-volt systems, DC SecureView transmits video through the electrical wiring in vehicles," stated J R Cox, VP New Products. "The primary use of the system is monitoring the trailer from the warehouse to multiple delivery points. As a bonus, the second camera is available to show video in, or from, the cab of the truck. Keep in mind, the DC SecureView uses our existing mass-produced marine camera and enclosure, so completing the product requires only the addition of the IRFS circuitry."
CEO Rich McBride added: "This concept provides video feeds with trucks uplinked to satellite, or simple digital onboard recording for later review. It's the 'black box' theory -- and yes, it will work for airplanes!"
McBride stated that the "huge advantage" of the DC system is its price, along with simple installation, no additional wiring, and see-in-the-dark characteristics. "The DC SecureView is an easy product to produce and it provides a simple solution for the express-freight, trucking, and rail industries. We also intend to take it to the consumer market. If you own an RV or truck and want to see behind you, or want recorded video of what happens outside your vehicle, DC SecureView does it. The simplicity of installation is the key on a truck or car. Simply plug into any 12-volt DC wiring on the vehicle, plug any TV into a cigarette lighter, and you see what the camera sees. We utilize our patented 4-inch by 2-inch underwater housing, and put the IRFS transmitter inside. The DC wiring gives us power and is the conduit for our high-resolution video signal."
SecureView AC systems are reported as "strong" with school systems and police departments, according to General Sales Manager Christy Mutlu. "Orders are coming in every day from our mailings." Most recent orders for evaluation include Champaign, IL; Tarrant County (Ft. Worth), TX; Palm Bay, FL; and Brunswick, GA. School systems are also performing well, with recent orders from North Miami H.S. (Miami, FL); Hanby Middle School (Wilmington, DE); Lassiter H.S. (Marietta, GA); and Harrison County Schools (Gulfport, MS). "We have over 100 orders," said Mutlu, "and we're backed up just in getting back to everyone."
The Company also reported that orders are coming in for the newly announced DentaView, without any major marketing. Marine Division sales are on an upward trend prior to Christmas. A major meeting is scheduled this week with key principals regarding the Taiwan sale, and a potential Central American order for AC SecureView.

View from the Bridge 11.28.00...
There have been some very good questions in your e-mails. I will try and take the most-asked, and work my way down.
Certification: This seems to be a big area of concern. We have passed the testing, and the following is a quote from the approval document:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"A representative sample of the product covered by this report has been evaluated and found to comply with the applicable requirements of the Standard for Safety for Surveillance Camera Units (UL 983, 6th Ed; Dated 3/10/99); Standard for Safety for Low-Voltage Video Products Without Cathode-Ray Tubes (UL 1409, 4th Ed; Dated 2/03/99); Audio, Video, and Similar Electronic Equipment (CSA C22.2 NO. 1-98; Dated May, 1998)."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next stage is manufacturing and, basically, counting. The testing lab certifies each manufacturer, and allows you to place a compliance sticker on the product. Periodic reviews are conducted to maintain standards.
I addressed production in my PR, and in several previous letters. I can only tell you that producing a defective product by rushing it to market is a death warrant. We are in the infancy stage of this technology, and I will not jeopardize our hard work and quality control in order to satisfy disgruntled stockholders. I am now 100% satisfied with the product, and will proceed.
I've gotten a lot of questions, and even more inquiries, on Denta-View (yes, we changed the name). If you have not seen a SeaView camera work, then you cannot appreciate the picture this unit provides at close range. Let me try to give you an example for comparison: A SeaView camera can look into a 2-inch pipe, four inches in total darkness--I'm talking about seeing the entire inside circumference. The DentaView provides an unbelievably detailed picture. We never forget how we got started here at SeaView, and the reason we dominate the marine-camera business is performance.
The PROXY STATEMENTS will begin mailing next week. If you own stock, you will receive one. We will be making some changes to the Board of Directors and adding a stock bonus plan. The current plan is to hold the meeting February 5th, at our facility here. You can vote via the mail, or attend in person. I'm shocked by the inquiries we've received without any marketing.
This morning I received an odd series of emails regarding, of all things, HEAT...that a problem exists with our camera being too HOT. I'm not sure where these crazy things start, but I know where they stop. A light bulb generates enough heat to burn your hands. SecureView can be held in your hand any time...period.
Let me put an end to this concern over SecureView qualifying for sale. It does! You don't get vendor numbers and orders from major companies without it. Our problem will be filling the demand for our products. The fact is, our current marketing position is the envy of most businesses.
It's going to be a great December for SeaView!

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (www.sevu.com) today announced that orders for
Fourth Quarter through November 27 totaled over $6 Million. "It looks like we
will have a great year for SeaView," commented CEO Rich McBride, "and next
year we intend to surpass our goal of $160 Million."
The $80-Million-plus deal for SecureView Multi-Camera Systems in Taiwan is
back on track, according to Larry Hoffman, VP National Sales. The company
will send its own team next month for meetings. "One of the big advantages in
putting this together is our direct connection, plus one of our major parts
suppliers is a Taiwan-based company," Hoffman said.
"The SecureView commercial systems utilize our patent-pending IR
floodlights," said VP New Products J R Cox. "They resemble a standard bulb,
and flood large areas with light that only the camera can see."
Final testing and modifications have been completed for the launch of
robotic-assembly volume production of the SecureView cameras. Said McBride:
"We are in the unique position of being oversold. We did not make the mistake
of rushing into high-quantity production that could have resulted in potential
recalls. The units shipped thus far are performing very well. Although more
expensive to produce, they gave us valuable input and the confidence to
proceed with mass production. Our SeaView Marine Division products are now
achieving 5-to-1 profit margins with mass manufacturing. SecureView will
follow that pattern closely."

Olde Stuff
ST. PETERSBURG, FL , December 6, 1999 (PRNewswire)--SeaView Video Technology, Inc. (OTC BB: SEVU, SEVUE) today released details of last week’s stock buy-back resolution. According to President-CEO Rich McBride, the company will attempt to purchase between 100,000 and 250,000 shares of outstanding common stock within the next six months. The current float is 2.68 million shares, with a total of 10.33 million shares outstanding.
McBride also disclosed he is personally buying stock, adding to his current holdings of 6.4 million restricted shares. "In general, we’re seeing a lot of top executives buying into bigger stakes in their companies," he says. "Given the current market situation, this is good timing, and a good value for my portfolio."
McBride addressed the recent E-listing of the company, attributed to "clarification and timing problems. With just over 8 months under our belt managing a public company with huge growth, coupled with major new product development, our team has been wearing multiple hats, with three newly awarded patents, and five more patents pending."
McBride emphasized, "plus, we doubled goss sales over last year in just the first three quarters. My foremost goal for 2000," he says, "is to bring on a qualified CFO and additional support staff."
In product-related news, SecureView(tm) prototypes have been shown to several major mass retailers. The "light-bulb security camera," which utilizes existing electrical wiring for video transmission, has had an unbelievable response. Home Depot (HD) representatives call it "excellent." Plans are already in the works for stage-two development, a further downsizing of the proprietary circuitry, for production of retail units selling at $299. McBride notes, "this next phase will put us in a position to close purchase orders, and move forward on an initial production run of 100,000."
Pre-release interest in SecureView is phenomenal, according to Sales Manager Arch Cook. "We already have pending orders for several thousand units," he says, "and we don’t even formally announce until the January CES. When people see it, they want it."
View from the Bridge 11.15.00
We have received many inquiries since my last letter--I'm going right down the list and will answer what I can. I'm always surprised when someone asks a question, and is shocked when I reply, "no comment." A company that is competing aggressively in the marketplace must keep certain things private; it is as simple as that.
SecureView
Different components within the SecureView system are individually safety certified (transformers, fuses, and so forth). The finished assemblies are tested and certified by ETL Semko to be compliant with applicable UL standards.
I'm aware that everyone is concerned about production; it is my primary responsibility. First, you find out if the product will sell, then you arrange for the most economical mass-production capability, while building in smaller quantities for evaluation. Quality and reliability are of utmost importance.
Mistakes we haven't made
...include bringing out the product in the GE glass casings--it would have been quicker to begin with, but supply problems would have short-circuited our plans. The extra six months and the funding of our own molds and tooling are already paying off.
We did not rush the product to market or produce immense quantities of product for warehousing ahead of sales. This was our smartest decision. We made a final modification to the lens component only three weeks ago...had we gone forward with high-volume production, we would have run into a major alignment dilemma during robotic assembly.
I'm not running the company to meet every stockholder's individual needs and expectations; that could never happen. No matter how well we do, there always will be some person who will say, "they should have done it this way."
I started this company three years ago and, just a year and a half later, opened the door for everyone to participate. I never dreamed we would be where we are today, and tomorrow's dreams are now quite attainable. The Team SeaView group have worked their hearts out, making this possible for all of us. Now you will see major management additions, and other changes, as we progress into "the major leagues."
We are now poised to make our move to the American Exchange, and will be releasing positive information on the Taiwan project in the next two weeks.
A Final Note
I received an email stating that we are developing too many products! Denta-View is a classic example of the way we maximize the synergies of our technology. The only thing we "developed" for this product was the name! The rest is stocked items. Marketing will be via direct mail flyers, and the profit margin just can't get any better. I've always said we have barely scratched the surface regarding the potential for our technology.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (www.sevu.com) today announced the Company is
now taking orders for Denta-Cam(TM), a new specialized video camera for dental
use. "One of the unique qualities of all SeaView cameras is the detailed image
available at close range," said VP New Products, J R Cox. "The infra-red
diodes provide a high-definition view. The product has been in testing and we
have had great response."
"Denta-View allows the dental practitioner to show the patient a live
picture, and illuminate problems," said CEO Rich McBride. "Current competition
uses expensive fiber optics, and the devices must be inserted into the
patient's mouth. They sell in the $4000 range. Denta-Cam will sell at $699.
Perhaps the greatest advantage we have, is that it already exists in
mass-production -- it's an unweighted Super-Mini camera with the addition of a
positioning stand. An illustration will be available right away on our
Web site, with photos shortly after, as we are changing to a new monitor
stand."
According to General Sales Manager Christy Mutlu, "SecureView sales to
schools and police agencies are increasing every day. This area is going to
grow and grow. Just yesterday, we received in inquiry from the IRS about the
system."
SecureView Update And Message From CEO Rich McBride:
"I have received numerous inquiries into the production status of
SecureView cameras. Because the security market is huge and highly
competitive, these are areas we feel should remain proprietary. I can tell you
we have several suppliers making cameras, and we are shipping. The idea is to
get it out into the market, and in real use with consumers. We will reaffirm
the product is functioning perfectly in the real world before I risk a major
production run.
"I have arranged a $3-Million personal loan to begin moving towards major
mass production. We estimate we will be able to run approximately 3000 units a
day with current tooling. I've already authorized the start of multi-cavity
dies to expand that output next year.
"The Taiwan SecureView order is on the front burner. I wish I could
explain this in further detail; I can only say, they want the camera, and that
I have a high comfort level with this coming to fruition soon.
"I've also decided to resume the "View from the Bridge." We feel the
public disclosure is acceptable, announcing that additional information is
available on the Web site. Please refer to www.sevu.com for additional
information.
"Finally, I would like to invite everyone to the American Power Boat
Association Team SeaView 2000 World Championships, held this weekend in our
hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida. This is the largest boat race event in
the world, and should draw nearly a quarter of a million fans. We're also
proud to sponsor again the World Billfish Tournament in Cabo San Lucas,
Mexico, starting November 30. Both events will be televised nationally at a
later date."

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (www.sevu.com) again set a new one-day sales record
yesterday, according to General Sales Manager Christy Mutlu. "We picked up
True Value Hardware stores, plus the response to recent police and school
mailings gave us a big burst in orders this week. Monday hit $230,000 and
Tuesday set a new one-day record at $530,000. If we can keep up this
momentum, our sales goals for this year are looking closer every day. The
Marine Division should have a good fourth-quarter holiday sales period. New
advertising with Mike Ditka is in the works."
The company also has two major national sporting event sponsorships coming
up. November 16-19 is the Team SeaView APBA Offshore World Powerboat
Championships, followed by the Team SeaView Los Cabos Billfish Tournament in
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, November 29 through December 2. Both events will be
nationally televised. The company also sponsors and competes in a number of
tournaments in Florida. The company's team recently took the second-place
trophy in the Tuna-Dolphin-Wahoo Tournament in Treasure Island, Florida.
Marine Division products made headlines in Nova Scotia recently when
SeaView dealer and professional diver Don Conrod located two submerged
aircraft near Berwick. "The first [was] a light plane that disappeared some
20-plus years ago," said Conrod. "The second was a World War II Hudson
bomber...there's been an extensive search for this bomber over the years.
This involves the Air Force Museum on the base not far from me; they have a
contract agreement with the CTV Television Network for a 30-minute
documentary." Conrod utilized a SeaView BW-150 coupled with a Trak-View GPS
overlay to locate the wrecks in over 50 feet of, in his words, "black
mineralized water." When they become available, images from the recovery will
be posted on the SeaView website.
CEO Rich McBride indicated the Company is awaiting confirmation of a major
contract through teaming partner Logis-Tech Inc. "We'll also begin
installation next week at a local National Guard armory, to test our new 8-
camera SecureView system," he said. "The successful conclusion of this test
will open the door for Logis-Tech to move forward on several hundred similar
installations next year. I think the biggest event of the year may be the
Taiwan contract. After three SecureView presentations to their military
command, we are patiently awaiting a final dollar commitment, any day now."
10-30-2000
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU - news; www.sevu.com) today announced weekly order totals topping 1 million dollars, with two days each exceeding $250,000 for the company's SecureView ``camera in a light bulb.''
``We've been setting up independent Radio Shack, Ace Hardware, and Trustworthy Hardware stores,'' said CEO Rich McBride. ``These independents will spearhead our retail marketing thrust. We are working with JCPenney Co. Inc. (NYSE: JCP - news) to get our marine products up on their website as soon as possible. With our supplier number in place, we can move forward with our marketing plans. You can expect to see SecureView in JCPenney catalogs next year.''
The company has already sold SecureView systems to JCPenney Loss Prevention and Outlet Stores. ``This area of use takes us easily inside many major retailers,'' stated National Sales VP Larry Hoffman. ``I'm scheduling appointments now with Sears and K-Mart, both of whom have stated an interest.'' K-Mart had previously expressed an interest in the SeaView Super-Mini underwater camera. SeaView has indicated it has large-scale production capability and immediate availability of all Marine Division products.
SecureView installation of military orders for National Guard equipment- storage facilities will get underway in November, with an initial system for testing. ``From there, we move on toward a goal of 500 buildings next year,'' said VP New Products J R Cox. The European installations for the 7th ARCOM Division also are slated for next year, he said. ``The multi-cam system has been under development, and we need to get it into service. We can install a multi-camera SecureView system in one-tenth the time of competing wired systems. Wired systems on average are costing about $100,000 -- our average is around $20,000 including CPU and remote access. We'll also have a commercial version available next year.''
``We intend to pursue the computer-networking market next year with AC- LAN,'' he continued. ``As long as we're networking the video, why not grab everything?''
The company expects to post record sales for the current year, in excess of 2000% over the previous year ending 12/31/99.
``We should exceed our $160-million projection in 2001," McBride stated. "I'm confident about the final product. We're now shipping, and I feel we will sell every unit we can make for the next several years. Our patent protection assures us of no competition in the technology. We even have a pending patent covering video cameras in light bulbs. With over eighteen patents granted covering all of our products, our major concentration now has to be production. All our tooling and equipment is paid for; we're looking at only about $150,000 in payables -- mostly advertising. We remain basically a debt-free company. The only thing we lease is our postage machine."
ABOUT SEAVIEW VIDEO TECHNOLOGY INC.
08-09-2000
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU - news; website: www.sevu.com) today reported first results from its SecureView e-commerce site. The company website logged a record 116,000 hits during the first week of August, with 406 order hits for SecureView.
``SecureView is on track, and the Mike Ditka TV commercial was shot last week,'' said Dennis McDougall, Media Director. ``Media schedules are being cleared for airing on national cable, beginning on or about August 15th. We'll update actual air times as we go, to give everyone a chance to see the ads.''
While it is still much too early to project specific sales numbers from TV and print, the company indicated that a media budget of a half-million dollars over the next 60 days should tell the story.
``The great thing about SecureView is its built-in word-of-mouth advertising,'' commented J.R. Cox, VP New Products. ``The first owner on the block will show the neighbors, and they'll have to have one, and so on. Plus, it's a new technology product, at a great price, with little up-front risk for the buyer -- it can really take off.''
July numbers look robust, with over $540,000 in sales. ``Our second quarter actually came in above expectations,'' said CEO Rich McBride. ``Total sales were $1,940,194 against a cost of sales of $345,245 for a gross profit of $1,594,949. We are profitable for the quarter at just under $370,000. The 10-Q is being approved and sent to the printer for filing.''
Amex Update
CEO Rich McBride visited the American Exchange during his recent trip to New York City. ``I was invited to stop by after a phone call earlier in the week,'' he stated. ``They are very positive about our making the move. I delivered some requested information, and I'm expecting a response any day now.''
Secureview Retail Update
``Retail sales for SecureView have not been forgotten,'' McBride said. ``Quite the opposite -- the marketing plan allows for limited retail distribution next year. We expect demand to pressure supply. Using TV and print, we can do the necessary education of the consumer, and retain an additional 45% of the gross-sale profits. Many major retailers have been shown the product, and all have expressed a major interest. This is an area Mike Ditka and I will be pursuing.''
Government Update
``This sector is showing huge potential for the company,'' said VP National Sales, Larry Hoffman. ``We have the 2nd ARCOM Division sale, and our products are in the GSA catalog. Our teaming partners will have more to say in these releases as we move forward. Remember, the product is just now being manufactured in finished form, and site surveys are underway for the installations.''
Commercial Sales Update
``The company's initial efforts in the commercial sector are positive,'' McBride said. ``With our multiple-camera systems, and huge price savings over cabled systems, we're developing some serious interest. We're currently bidding several major projects in our local area, and many of our national- retail clients are saying there's an immediate need for the product for loss prevention in their stores.''
Special Note from Dan Mehosky, Senior VP/General Manager
``In less than 18 months, we have developed, and are manufacturing, a patented new technology and a completely new product! As an engineer, and having spent a lot of years with major corporations, I can tell you this is quite a feat. On behalf of the design team and all of the employees here at SeaView, I would like to thank everyone involved in making it happen.''

The Company's SecureView product is now being built entirely in its own

testing is completed, we intend to start shipping!"
Col. Larry Hoffman, USA (ret), promised a full report on major

very positive that we will be accepted. At that point we will work with our

Springs?
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU - news; web site: www.sevu.com) announced today the company has purchased a 20% equity interest in Golden Springs LLC, operators of Warm Mineral Springs, Inc. The spring, located near North Port, in Sarasota County, on Florida's gulf coast, produces over 9 million gallons of mineral-rich water each day at a temperature of 87 degrees, and is the only warm-water spring in Florida. The 2.5 acre, 230-foot deep aquifer resides on a 99-acre tract which includes a spa resort and gardens.
``I see this as a great positive investment for the company,'' commented SeaView CEO Rich McBride. ``Potential dollars from marketing the water and its mineral byproducts could easily top $10 million annually. And the historical treasures are amazing. Just yesterday, I was told that a full mastodon skull was discovered, and the spring has already yielded a saber-tooth tiger.''
The facility, in operation since 1946, already enjoys popularity with regular visitors from Europe, Asia, and Canada, who have termed the waters' therapeutic properties superior to those of more famous spas. More than 75,000 people visit the springs each year (total assets: $4.06 million). The SeaView interest was purchased via 150,000 shares of restricted stock, with details to be disclosed in an 8-K filing. Additional information will be forthcoming on the sevu.com web site, with details on The Springs available at www.naturalhealthusa.com .
SEVU has been selling underwater cameras to the resort, and the deep-water, ``see in the dark'' capabilities have proven quite successful. A series of television specials are planned, headlined with the SeaView banner. A submerged ``web-cam'' will also be placed deep in the spring, for real-time coverage of excavation and research activity.
``We're also working on a live web-cam feed for the Florida Aquarium, in cooperation with the St. Petersburg Times,'' said Corporate VP J. R. Cox. ``We're seeing a significant upswing in contacts via the Internet, with sevu.com logging over 52,000 hits in the last week.'' (For specifics see www.seaviewresearch.com/webtrends.)
SecureView Update
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter will coordinate financing for the initial production run. Final details are being worked out between SeaView engineers and Reptron (REPT), whose Tampa-based K-Byte division will handle manufacturing chores. ``All the parts are coming online,'' reported SEVU Senior VP Dan Mehosky. ``We should be close to schedule for producing the tune-up run of 10,000. Our concern of course, is to insure maximum product quality. These units are already spoken for, and will be shipped to customers.''
In other news, second-quarter sales are estimated to be over $1.5 million in the Marine Division, up 50% over first quarter. Marine Division products will be listed in the next supplement to the General Services Administration (GSA) catalog, with SecureView listings to follow. The company is awaiting final review on its move to the American Stock Exchange.

For 2000, gross sales in the Marine Division have already exceeded 1999 total gross sales by 50 percent.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- R.L. SeaView, known in the industry under its trademark, ``Team SeaView,'' signed Ditka to a two-year contract. The signing was publicized at a press conference yesterday at Ditka's ``Iron Mike's Grill,'' at Chicago's Tremont Hotel. SeaView CEO Rich McBride, on behalf of the company's board of directors, stockholders, and employees, welcomed coach Ditka to the ceremony.
``I am fascinated by this company's technology for the security industry,'' Ditka said, referring to the company's SecureView(TM) camera, ``having installed a $30-thousand-plus system in my home. It required wiring and drilling, and then, the system had a poor picture and went out all the time.
``SecureView looks like a light bulb, screws into a light socket, and plays a great picture on any TV in the house...even I can figure that out,'' Ditka continued. ``When people find out about this, everybody will want one. Where I used to think I could leave my doors unlocked and not worry, the reality is, things have changed. The applications are endless -- schools, hospitals, nursing homes...watch your kids, front door, or pool.''
SeaView CEO McBride indicated the company would utilize Coach Ditka in TV infomercials, trade show events, and on product packaging. ``We wanted a spokesperson who could actively participate in sales and marketing. As a stockholder, Mike expressed an interest in helping us open doors and secure contracts. Team SeaView is thrilled to have Iron Mike as our new coach!''

The company also released financial projections for the balance of 2000, and for FY 2001:
2000 2001
Projected Gross Sales $46,500,000.00 168,000,000.00

SeaView Corporate VP J. R. Cox indicated the numbers were conservative, based on selling only 100,000 SecureView camera systems by year's end, and 400,000 systems in FY 2001. ``The first full run of 100-thousand units is now scheduled in July. We've been producing functioning units this month for government sales and testing. With the current orders we have, and the national 800 TV campaign rollout, I'd be surprised if we don't make a second production run this year.''
The company has entered into a turnkey manufacturing agreement with the K- Byte Division of Tampa, Florida-based Reptron Electronics, Inc. (REPT), an integrated electronics company with sales and manufacturing divisions reporting $359 million net sales for 1999. The K-Byte Division operates contract manufacturing plants in Tampa, Michigan, and Minnesota, totaling more than 300,000 square feet. K-Byte COO Neil Kreitman is ``excited about the product. We can handle assembly, packaging, shipping, even inbound 800 order processing.'' McBride added, ``It's a very good fit, a one-stop solution that allows us to concentrate on product development. ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., May 31 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (website: www.sevu.com) announced today that the company's products will be listed in the government's General Services Administration (GSA) catalog. In simple terms, the company's products can be purchased by federal, state, and local government agencies without a bid process. "If you're in the book, they can just order by the numbers! Every government buyer and all government agencies utilize the GSA," said VP J.R. Cox. The company will be on line in about 10 days. (For more information see www.gsa.gov)
Senior VP Dan Mehosky announced the signing of a new Teaming Agreement between SeaView and New Technology Management, Inc. (website: www.ntmi.com) as "a huge move forward for SeaView." Oakton, Va.-based NTMI is a systems integrator with direct contacts to Federal agencies and is 8(a) certified through 2003. Started in 1990, NTMI has grown 12,493% and operates five offices nationwide. NTMI will represent SeaView products to the Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Border Patrol, the Federal Protection Agency (FPA), and others.
"This group [NTMI] is on the move," commented CEO Rich McBride. "They invited us to join them. And combined with our other Teaming Partner, Logis- Tech, we have all the bases covered."
McBride also spoke about the previous week's D.C. visit: "I'll try to give you some insight into a common presentation with SecureView, but with a major agency involved. We walked into the FPA, downtown, with the Capitol in the background. The conference room was near the main entrance. In five minutes, we had four SecureView cameras plugged in -- covering the front door, the hallway in both directions, and an adjacent office. We plugged in the PC, and were immediately monitoring all four cameras from the conference room. Utilizing the software, we 'painted' an alarm zone just around the front door. The next person to enter the building set off the alarm. The computer had already digitized the few seconds preceding the event, allowing us to see who triggered the alarm, and recorded the entire event to the hard drive. To say that everyone was impressed would be an understatement." The FPA is the agency responsible for policing all Federal buildings. The company feels that rapid-deployment capabilities are endless.
Jennifer Lawson announced that negotiations with Coach Don Shula concluded without a contract agreement. National Sponsorships continue this week on the Weather Channel: the Weekend Outlook at 6:25 p.m., June 3; and 5:25 p.m., June 7; the Beach and Boating Report at 6:16 p.m., June 4; and 4:00 p.m., June 5th and 6th. The schedule also includes "rotating" 30-second advertisements throughout the broadcast day.
New sales projections, which will include SecureView forecasts, will be out next week. Mehosky predicted "a dramatic increase, with the current government contracts -- 7th ARMCOR Division -- and National Guard plans here in the U.S., and a major consumer retail summer blitz. The company has been selling a half-million dollars a month through the Marine Division, with over 700 retail dealers. The gross revenue from 100,000 SecureView consumer cameras at $399.00 would break $40 million by itself."

National Guard facilities in the northeastern US. Both orders were
commissioned through the company's teaming partner, Logis-Tech, Inc., by the
Department of Defense.
SecureView systems place simple camera "floodlight" bulbs in standard
electrical light sockets. The video is then sent through electrical wiring to
a computer, which controls various watch zones and alarms and allows viewing
and control capability from anywhere in the world. The system has over 17
granted patents.
"We will be offering a similar system for large office buildings,
hospitals, hotels, and so forth," stated Senior VP Dan Mehosky. "Smaller
systems for the consumer, in the $399 range, will go on sale in June with a
nationally aired infomercial. The system eliminates the need for hard-wiring,
which is the big and complicated expense."
The company has also applied for a listing on the American Stock Exchange.
Said CEO Rich McBride: "We have received a letter from AMEX, which was
positive. They indicated the acceptance review is proceeding."
SeaView's Marine Division exceeded FY99 sales in just four months, with
sales of underwater cameras topping the $1-million mark. Dennis McDougall,
Media Director, announced the company will be seen nationally on the Weather
Channel, "a big splash for SeaView. It's a massive campaign in a medium that
skews to our target audience."

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., May 2, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SeaView Video
Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (website: www.sevu.com) announced
today that the Company will supply SecureView cameras, infra-red floodlights,
and CPU control systems to the 7th ARMCOR Division in Europe. According to
National Sales VP Larry Hoffman, "The package is the first round of orders
through our teaming partner, Logis-Tech. SeaView Video Technology is supplying
all the hardware involved." (Log on to www.sevu.com for more information on the
"Camera In A Light Bulb").
"We've worked hard to get to this point," commented CEO Rich McBride. "We were
always confident the orders would start coming in. The systems are being
demonstrated constantly for various military applications. It's simply a
high-quality, low-cost answer to video security. Buildings that would cost
$100,000 and take weeks to retrofit with cabling, can be done in a day. With an
average cost per facility of under $20,000 -- well, it just doesn't get any
better."
McBride indicated the same technology will be available for banks, hotels,
hospitals, and large office buildings. "All our systems, even the simpler home
versions, will be modem- and internet-capable. Don't confuse SecureView with the
common, low-quality "baby cams" with over-the-air distance ranges of 50 feet. We
use existing AC wiring in the building, and distance is not a problem. When we
say 'wireless,' we're really saying that you can skip the drilling, hammering,
and cable runs."
In a letter to SeaView last month, Logis-Tech VP, Jim Bounds, indicated future
orders for SecureView in government installations could total between 3 and 4
million units. Following additional demonstrations exposing the product to a
wider range of government agencies, sales forecasts are now being revised
upwards.
On the trading front, SEVU is awaiting a reply regarding its application to join
the American Stock Exchange. "A high confidence level" is indicated, according
to John Darling, VP of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, representing SEVU in the move.
Adds McBride: "This is new territory for us, but SL&K are the biggest, and we
are relying totally on them. If we are accepted, we'll participate in a major
ceremony and an opening affair on the floor of the Exchange."
Senior VP Dan Mehosky reported profits up for the Marine Division. "We've
already surpassed last year's total sales. SecureView is planned to debut to the
public in June. We've decided to build our own molds for both the indoor and
outdoor versions of SecureView. This allows us an unlimited supply of parts,
cuts assembly time and allows for ease of servicing. We'll be able to take
advantage of robotic assembly techniques, and come in under our targeted cost
projections."
"The Marine Division has always worked on a 4-to-1 raw cost-to-retail ratio,"
McBride said, "and that's our goal for SecureView."

SeaView Marine Books Record Sales ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (website: www.sevu.com) today reported a
record increase in Marine Division sales during first quarter of 2000. Senior
VP - Operations, Dan Mehosky, said, "First quarter looks like a half-million-
dollar quarter, up 60% from 1Q99...and this was the slow winter season. In
the last 10 days, we saw over $340,000 in sales, averaging $42,000 per
business day." Mehosky cited an increase in dealer base, up 300% from 1999 to
422 stores selling SeaView underwater products.
"Now that people can touch and feel what they've been seeing for the past
two years in our magazine ads, they're moving fast," said VP - Product
Development, J. R. Cox. "Our new molds will be running this week, allowing us
to produce hundreds per week."
Continuous updates on SecureView will be available on the company's
website, sevu.com, according to CEO Rich McBride. "SecureView is the crown
jewel of the company, and we are nearing production. So it's time to
communicate, educate the consumer about the technology and its applications
and about our plans. We are cutting steel for the molds and purchasing parts
in huge quantities with the expectation of producing 250,000 units a month."
Jennifer Lawson indicates updates will be issued later in the week
regarding Don Shula, and the expected transition to the American Stock
Exchange. "If we are approved, we plan a major news conference, and hope to
be invited to a market-opening event. The whole project will be put together
with Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, the largest Specialist Group on the AMEX and
NYSE."
"They've been very helpful," added McBride, "and it's a privilege to be
represented by the same group that handles IBM and America Online. It could
all happen in the next three weeks."

SEVU, VERY BULLISH NEWS: SeaView, Shula Reach Agreement...
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Apr 3, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SeaView Video
Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) announced today that retired Miami
Dolphins coach Don Shula will join the company as exclusive spokesperson for
SeaView and SecureView products. In a meeting last Friday between Shula and SEVU
CEO Rich McBride, Shula accepted the spokesman's role, and was invited to join
the SEVU Board of Directors. Shula and Mary Ann will fly to SeaView HQ this week
to finalize the agreement.
"Coach Shula is more to the Company than a source of endorsements," McBride
declared. "He is a strong source of direction, and a proven winner. I think he's
really looking forward to being part of Team SeaView." McBride said Shula was
"very impressed" with the SecureView product, which performed "flawlessly" at
Shula's Miami home. "The Coach was more than hospitable," said McBride. "He took
us to lunch at the club, followed by a golf-cart tour of the island."
SEVU's Marine Division booked sales in excess of $86,000 on Thursday, Friday,
and Saturday of last week, according to Dan Mehosky, Senior Vice
President-General Manager. "This shows the potential of the Underwater
Division," Mehosky said. A degreed Mechanical Engineer, Dan has worked in upper
management for several market-leading and highly-profitable manufacturing
companies.
National Sales Manager Larry Hoffman reports Military contracts with Logis-Tech
and the DOD are being drafted this week, and that plans now call for SecureView
cameras to be installed in US facilities in Europe as well as stateside. "We are
fielding daily requests for information, and growing DOD interest," he said.
"I'm looking for sales numbers of $20-million-plus."
On the R&D front, J. R. Cox announced a breakthrough in power supply design, "a
new prototype transformer for SecureView which will allow us to get away from
some weight and heat issues" considered hang-ups for retail sales. "It's a big
plus for the system."
"The retail demand is already there," stated McBride. "We want to offer the best
product at the best price. The first 100,000 manufacturing run is already spoken
for."

03-28-2000
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- CEO Rich McBride of SeaView
Video Technology issued the following statement early today:
"We get many calls, inquiring about what's going on. It is my belief that
weekly announcements and communications are essential to the success of a
public company. I understand everyone's desire to have it all happen right
now. Please keep in mind we work full time to do exactly that -- to make
things happen, but it does take time.
"SeaView has enjoyed tremendous growth and fantastic success in product
innovation. I try to bring the events to you from a management perspective,
in real time as they progress...sometimes within the same day. I must stay
within guidelines, and release information publicly, yet I feel the same
anxiety as most of you do. There are so many great people out there, who have
chosen to share in a part of this company. So I will occasionally talk to all
of you, directly, via this forum.
"With so much going on last week, let me update you on some key areas.
"The presentation to Logis-Tech, our government representatives, went
flawlessly. We demonstrated our ability to control the SecureView cameras in
an off-site facility, using access from inside our facility; it was quite
impressive. Of course, simplicity was the key: screw in the light bulbs, plug
in the CPU, and the building was covered.
"Don Shula's involvement is also a big topic. I will be meeting with Don
and Mary Ann this Friday, and we hope to finalize an agreement. The Coach, as
his agent refers to him, does not do many endorsements. In fact, to my
knowledge, he has only worked with Ford Motor Company.
"The current quarter is shaping up to be a new record. Our dealer concept
is now generating sales averaging $12,000 a day for the Marine Division. I'm
estimating first quarter will close just above $500,000 dollars -- almost 85%
of last year's total.
"We were contacted by Nature Vision Inc., manufacturer of the Aqua-Vu
underwater camera. Their focus, and success, has been with the freshwater
lake angler. They are an acquisition target for SeaView this year, and
negotiations are in the very preliminary stages. Obviously, the combined
company would be a powerhouse. We've always had good, cordial relations, and
it is my hope we can expand together as a unit, rather than compete.
"And finally, major retailers are of course interested in our products.
The meeting with Home Depot has been rescheduled, at my request. We want to
do things right, and not rush our people. I can tell you from experience that
mass marketing will follow, and that this area is not a major concern at this
stage."

Don Shula Negotiating With SeaView...
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU - news) is negotiating to sign legendary sports figure Don Shula as spokesperson, according to Jennifer Lawson, consultant. ``Yes, there have been rumors, and yes, we have been in touch,' Lawson said late yesterday.
In an announcement this morning, President-CEO Rich McBride stated that this will be ``THE WEEK' for the Company. ``We're readying for a presentation to retailers. Our teaming representative, Logis-Tech, will have personnel in town for a review of the new SecureView system.' The plan is to supply an 8- to 10-camera system through an ongoing contract.
``It will be multi-camera, through a computer,' McBride continued. ``We screw in the floodlight cams, and the computer picks up the signals, all via the electrical wiring. It's fascinating to see in action. You can set it up for motion and size in any viewing zone. When a camera sees movement, it generates an alarm, the picture frame flashes red, and pops to the main view screen. I've got mine set to dial my cell phone, and I can access the system from any computer in the world.'
According to National Sales Manager Larry Hoffman, ``this is just the beginning. The contract should be in the range of $10 million, or more. The key points -- no cables to run and no distance problems. This will save up to 80% over typical wired installation costs. And of course most wireless cameras are lucky to get past 100 feet, and that with huge interference problems.'
Arch Cook, Sales Manager, says Marine Division sales will top $417,000 for First Quarter 2000. ``In 1999, the total gross profits were $868,000,' Cook remarked. ``The new dealer program is outperforming all our expectations. In just the last five days, sales were over $60,000 -- and we've signed just 150 new dealers, only a fraction of the 18-thousand dive shops, marine stores, and tackle dealers. Every boating and fishing magazine is sporting new full-page color ads ... 'Yachting,' 'Saltwater Sportsman,' 'DuPont Registry,' 'Marlin,' 'Florida Sportsman,' 'Sport Diving,' and another dozen or so. Just pick up a copy!'
``Speaking of magazines,' adds Jennifer Lawson, ``the much-awaited front-page feature in 'Wall Street Reporter' should actually be out this Thursday. SeaView TV ads are starting to pop up in markets around the country on cable-CNN, CNBC, and the Weather Channel. SecureView made its debut in 'USA Today' last weekend; look to the 'Wall Street Journal' on Friday!'
A settlement will soon be reached regarding 800,000 restricted shares held by the Company's original investment group, McBride said. ``These shares will NOT see the market this month. A 'lock-up and dribble-out' will be put in place to protect all of our stockholders.'
To top off the day's announcements, McBride said SeaView is ``negotiating the acquisition of our only real competitor. This will give us an unbeatable product line, plus instant access to the freshwater market. We own the saltwater market worldwide, with 80-plus percent of the sales.' The deal, if agreed to, will bring an estimated $5 million in additional sales, McBride said. ``Both companies are poised for huge growth this year, and it saves us from spending dollars to capture the market.'

SECUREVIEW LAUNCHES IN 'USA TODAY'
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Mar 16, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SeaView
Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) will launch its first
pre-release advertising for SecureView in the March 17 edition of "USA
Today," according to advertising consultant Jennifer Lawson. "It's a
small ad, just to get a feel for what kind of inbound traffic we'll
generate," Lawson said. "We've had very little advertising exposure for
SecureView; we need to dip a toe in the water." Lawson also promised
advance notice on broadcast dates for the World Billfish Tournament on
ESPN, co-sponsored by SeaView and Continental airlines.
The new Marine Division TV ads will also run in select cable markets
starting March 20, and will also be viewable at wallstreetreporter.com
on the Internet. Regarding the somewhat elusive Wall Street Reporter
cover story, VP J. R. Cox commented, "There's apparently some confusion
among their staff -- we've been told one date, then another." Cox said
the latest word indicated the publication should be available tomorrow.
Teaming partner Logis-Tech, a major supplier to the U.S. government, is
preparing sales estimates and forecasting for SecureView installations
in hundreds of government weapons facilities. The initial phase will
add video security to existing installations through Logis-Tech's
current $300-million contract. "They tell us as many as 25,000
buildings worldwide are in need of video security," stated National
Sales Manager, Larry Hoffman. "All their presentations will now include
SecureView, and they have two major events scheduled this month with
the military." Hoffman confirmed that Logis-Tech will send several
people to SeaView HQ next week for product training.
"SecureView will integrate with the existing passive detection systems
employed in command monitoring," CEO Rich McBride explained. "Now, when
one of the cameras senses movement, or another alarm trips, they'll see
and record the event. This is essentially the same type of system we'll
use in banks and commercial buildings.
"We have the computer software interface working now in our own
building," McBride continued. "The system can be programmed to do
unbelievable things -- even call your cell phone when a camera detects
movement. And of course, you can call the system via the Internet from
anywhere in the world."
The homeowner will ultimately benefit from the same technology, McBride
said. "They'll be able to buy a four-camera system with remote control
for around $1200 dollars. For those wanting a bigger system, we'll have
a plug-in card for their home computer. These are all modifications of
existing technology, meaning it's readily available now."
Consultant Mike Jackson reported great success for the Marine
Division's aggressive spring-season dealer blitz. "Boat shows are
delivering both sales and new dealers, and new dealer orders are
rolling in. Unit sales topped $40,000 in the last two days."

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Mar 8, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SeaView
Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) will team with
Alexandria, Va.-based Logis- Tech Inc. in bringing SecureView, "the
camera in a light bulb," to federal agencies. Preliminary agreements
are in place following a Washington, D.C., meeting where SeaView CEO
Rich McBride and National Sales Manager Col. Larry Hoffman (USA ret.)
finalized details with Logis-Tech officials. Hoffman, utilizing his
prior Pentagon experience and familiarity with Congressional
appropriations, has spearheaded the effort for SecureView on the
Beltway.
"We've been discussing the possibilities with Logis-Tech for the last
couple of months," McBride said. "We're just beginning to see the full
scope of the government potential for both SecureView and SeaView
marine products. The teaming agreement will first bring SecureView into
the mold for their involvement in video security. SecureView performed
flawlessly in their 20,000-square-foot building." Logis-Tech has an
ongoing, $300-million government contract accessible by any federal
agency. Non-disclosures have been signed between the two companies,
with Logis-Tech to provide specifics of product utilization and
potential sales for SecureView products. Initial contracts proposed
will be "in the high seven figures," according to Hoffman.
The downsized SecureView--GE PAR-38 design will star in a "show and
tell" session with Home Depot next week. "This is your standard
floodlight style; GE will be our parts supplier," McBride said, adding
that R&D has completed first prototypes of a companion "white"
infra-red floodlight for additional coverage of large viewing areas.
"The human eye can't see it, but SecureView cameras can."
Marketing Consultant Jennifer Lawson commented on the recent confusion
over press coverage in Wall Street Reporter. "These things happen, with
print schedules and such. Simply stated, we got 'bumped' forward into
the April edition. They are taking full responsibility for the schedule
change. The article should appear on newsstands next Thursday. You can
read it now on their website, www.wallstreetreporter.com ." Lawson also
announced the company now owns and operates www.seaview.com on the

OTC BB:SEVU
Richard L. McBride
Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer
SeaView Underwater Research, Inc. manufactures a complete line of multi-purpose underwater camera probes, and video technology for home and business security, material handling, and inspection for a variety of industries. URL: www.seaviewresearch.com. Phone: 727-866-3660.
Richard L. McBride, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, spoke with Wall Street Reporter Magazine.
WSR: Before we discuss some of the growth strategies for SeaView and product development, could you give an overview of the Company?
SEVU: We started in the underwater video camera business. We are now the largest manufacturer in the world of underwater video systems. In developing that technology, we found that there was a niche for our product above the water as well as below the water. So approximately a year ago we started looking into the home and business security market and that led us to SecureView. And as we went down that road, we developed additional marine products outside of video. For example, we have a simple product called Sea Lite(R), which we call “the fish magnet” -- which is a bright light that attracts bait fish and predator fish under water.
So we have just evolved on a natural course, maybe a little faster than most companies, creating new products and constantly working on R&D. We handle concept here -- we have our own video production studio; we have our own graphics studio; our own electronic engineers and designers on staff; our own warehousing in the building, as well as shipping and receiving. So we are a unique company, in that we can function within rather than out-sourcing many jobs. However, we do job production out, obviously. We are not in a position to produce the quantities the market requires.
But as far as development, marketing, strategy and control, we are what we call a lean consumer marketing machine. My background is twenty-some years in direct consumer marketing and successfully getting products into mass merchandising. It fits our niche here to make things happen and make those things happen in short time periods.
WSR: The company recently announced the development of SecureView. How is this an improvement over your existing technologies?
SEVU: What we have developed is a method of transmitting a video signal over electrical wires. It works on 12 volts DC, 110 volts AC, and 220. We just have the new 220-volt European PAL system up and working. It's complicated technology to explain, but to think of it in simple terms, we build different sizes of light bulbs that have video transmitters in them. You simply screw a light bulb into a socket, and it begins to transmit clear, high-quality video -- we even have color and audio -- back to any TV set or VCR in your home or office. You are limited by the breaker panel, in that you can't cross over into, let's say, your neighbor's house or the adjacent apartment. All this simplicity allows a homeowner or businessperson to simply add security cameras simply by screwing in a light bulb. It is one-twentieth the cost of a fixed security system where you have to do the wiring and run the cables, and your cameras are very limited as they are securely mounted. Our SecureView cameras also use technology we developed for our underwater cameras, in that they use infrared, and specially modified camera boards. So now what you have is a light bulb that sees in total darkness. It does not emit any light, but it can see what we can't see. In basic terms, that is what we have done, and that has never been accomplished before. That is our claim to fame.
WSR: What kinds of things did you do to test the product?
SEVU: We do the standard procedures. Obviously, we do duration tests. We had to qualify the FCC testing, which is called the block test, UL testing. And the difference between our technology and what is readily available in the marketplace is, everyone else is transmitting video as a radio signal. In other words, they are transmitting in the 2.4 gigahertz band, or the 900 megahertz band, which is like your portable phone; and they are transmitting through the air. That system is very limited in distance; sometimes as little as 50-60 feet, and the quality is very poor. So what we have been able to do by using the electrical wiring is increase power, and the signal tends to lock around the wiring. You end up having a very high-quality picture that is not disturbed by normal electrical functions -- refrigerators, air conditioners, and so forth -- and you have the ability to travel large distances such as a half mile. Naturally, in the testing of these things, we do duration tests and weather tests, and power tests, and everything in between to see what the variables are, and surprisingly it turned out to be remarkably successful -- way above what we estimated it would be. And the other thing is, we are also able to transmit full color now, and we have audio capability, so eventually we will do two-way communication, out to the porch, or the pool, or wherever. It has really evolved.
Our real niche is, we have taken existing technology -- infrared is not new, obviously; transmitting video over the wiring is of course brand new -- but we take a lot of existing technology and we modify it to do new jobs. It is not a question of reinventing the wheel; it is just modernizing the wheel.
WSR: When you look at the product today, what is the marketing strategy behind it?
SEVU: We've sold approximately $2 million of our underwater cameras since we started, and 90 percent of that was phone order, outbound and inbound; the inbound from magazine advertising, the outbound from calling people. You are actually selling a product that averages $900 over the phone, and we did quite well with that. In our underwater division now we are setting up dealers. As we have advertised the product for two years, we find about 30 percent of the marine consumers are aware of the SeaView brand. And now, we are setting up dealers so you can walk into your local tackle shop or marine electronics shop, and there is a SeaView camera that you can pick up and hold and show. We learned from doing boat shows... when people can see them and feel them and see the quality of the picture, the difference is just unbelievable. Given a qualified prospect and a live demonstration, we can close about 80 percent. We are projecting somewhere around 20,000 unit sales in our underwater camera division this year.
With SecureView, we are going to utilize direct response television, so we will start putting the product on the air on TV. Consumers will be able to buy a single camera to monitor their child's room, their pool, wherever in their house. With SecureView, you can move the camera anyplace you want to keep an eye on. Pricing will be in the $399 range; four easy payments of $99.99 on a credit card. And then obviously we are in discussions with major retail buyers, and it is a natural market to evolve into -- walking into your favorite electronics store or hardware store and buying SecureView right off the shelf. The flip side, of course, is the contract security industry. We are now putting together some bids for the government, for security camera systems. There are also many security systems integrators that are interested, many installers and different providers of security services, that are very much interested in the SecureView because of the huge installation savings over a fixed wire system. We have a couple of Sheraton hotels that we are going to be wiring... I use the term wiring, but it is really a matter of putting light bulbs in sockets. We have some banks -- we found that banks gave us the most attention because they want them for watching their ATMs. In many cases these banks can put $300,000 in a video system -- and we've all seen the pictures in the newspaper, where you can't tell who the person is from the bank camera. With the video resolution we have, and the detail and quality, SecureView turns out to be a much better system, plus you are talking about a huge savings in installation.
We have a short interview here, but you could probably tell we could talk for hours. That is where we are going, and the word of mouth is unbelievable, because it is the type of subject that people like to talk about -- new technology. Every day hundreds of new people get involved, and our phone call volume increases daily.
WRS: Your Company has plans for a new consumer division. Why the decision to go in that direction? What kinds of products will you be testing?
SEVU: We are working on a couple of new products, and I can't disclose too much information, but essentially one product is a pad you can put in your pool, that will absorb sunlight during the day, and pass a soft glow or pool lighting at night. We also have a product that, working with existing equipment already in your home, will allow you to find your remote control or your keys relatively simply.
We felt that these products were not related to the underwater marine industry and the security industry, and I felt it might be a good idea to spin these off. Certainly, to start them in a separate division, and then at some point in time, perhaps spin them into their own entity and then allow current SeaView investors to have a piece of the pie. Also, to break it out a little bit... just because they are the type of products that really need to be in their own marketing environment. When you start marketing six or seven or eight products under one roof, it can get very confusing. So I think that is the direction we are going to go with that, in its own division.
WSR: The Company is well known in the marine industry and unknown in the security industry. As a result of this, what kinds of things can you do to raise the consciousness of the Company there?
SEVU: Naturally what will happen-- I'll refer back to the direct response television campaign we are going to do -- when you think of a company marketing a product on television, you think: consumer, consumer, consumer. But you have to remember that among people watching television are buyers from major retail chains, presidents of banks, owners of large security monitoring companies, and security installation companies. So the side benefit you get from television is that you reach all facets of the business world, as well as John Q. Public who wants one just to watch his newborn baby. So we feel that television will do an excellent job. We found just from brief mentions on our Web site and in our national magazine advertising for the underwater products, that that has fed the interest in security. Also, all our new full-page color magazine ads in Motorboating and Sailing, Yachting, and Saltwater Sportsman, and in fact, all the major publications, have approximately one-eighth of the total ad space devoted to SecureView. Because, when you analyze, you find that boaters also tend to be business people. So I think we are going to cover it that way. We are also going to be doing some advertising in The Wall Street Journal and U.S.A. Today, and naturally, additional PR in terms of the stock itself.

The company recently received results from a market-research study,
purposed to the evaluation of SecureView's sales potential. Freedonia Market

75 percent in the last five years, with dollar volumes rising from
$910 million in 1997, into the billions during the new millennium's first
decade. Video surveillance systems were number one on the list of products
purchased.
Median system prices in 1999 were in the $45,000 range, according to
Security magazine. The publication forecast the largest growth surge in the
next two years. Sectors cited for greatest growth include retail stores,
banks/ATMs, schools, property management, medical, day care, public
safety/traffic control, and law enforcement.
"The traffic control segment is huge," said Jennifer Lawson. "In fact,
the city of Clearwater [Florida] has asked for a meeting. With an increase in
output power and some dedicated phone lines, traffic monitoring would be
simple."
CEO McBride underscored the importance of SecureView to these markets.
"With the comparative simplicity of installation as opposed to conventional
wired systems, SecureView could dramatically change industry numbers. In the
balance of this year, we should see several hundred thousand units, with over
a million in 2001. We expect consumers to try it, then upgrade to multiple
cameras and decoders once they've evaluated the performance."
National Sales Manager Larry Hoffman added: "We're in touch now with all
the major retail chains, and they all want the new GE PAR-38 design for
evaluation. The sales numbers from our TV rollout will paint the picture."
A large number of homes now utilize alarm systems wired into outside
monitoring facilities, McBride said. "The new digital system is being
presented to two large home-security companies. It's simple to add video to
these types of systems. We've been approached by a major child-care center
operator. In that scenario, parents could dial-up a camera to check on their
child. Nursing homes will be next. And you'll even be able to monitor your
babysitter."
McBride reiterated the key points: "No wiring, simple installation,
quality picture, Internet capability, distance. Add in the $299 price point,
and it just doesn't get any better."

SEVU: Large Military Contract in the Offing: SecureView Update Announced...
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU - news) today confirmed that ''the light bulb camera,'' SecureView(TM), is in prototype-manufacturing stage--in simple terms, small quantities are now being assembled for field testing and ''show and tell.'' According to Rich McBride, CEO, ''We're at our third level of circuit reduction, and have developed a method to sandwich all the components together. That makes for a simpler assembly.''
The company has a huge waiting list of customers, and is moving forward rapidly. ''We make modifications daily,'' says McBride, ''and we're developing the accessory products right along behind.''
McBride addressed the two key questions: When will major retail chains start buying, and when will SecureView appear in stores? ''Keep in mind, our first marketing step is TV direct and print targeting the consumer -- this is my background,'' he said. ''After selling 2 million dollars' worth of underwater cameras -- over the phone -- the product is now going to retail. And we expect to sell over 20-thousand underwater systems this year. SecureView will follow a much shorter route.''
''Once the consumer starts seeing and buying SecureView on TV,'' he continued, ''others will be asking for it at their local retailers. Managers will reflect this back to their wholesale buyers, and trust me -- the phones will ring at SeaView!''
The company expects to announce a major government contract shortly. Working on the military security application, the R&D team has built a digital system with image-sensing motion detection which can activate cameras, trigger a recording system, or issue a warning signal. ''It will be digital, each camera with its own IP address for monitoring via the Internet or WAN,'' McBride said. ''The government system will allow simple installation, and connect easily into existing systems which lack video.''
Savings in installation costs alone are estimated in the millions, with installing times measured in hours rather than weeks. ''This work has been ongoing in conjunction with our consumer R&D,'' said McBride. ''We'll be making commercial variants available to specific sectors, such as banking, this summer.''

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) sent more than 180 attendees home from the
company's annual meeting this past weekend, after an affirming vote
unanimously reinstated the current Board of Directors and President/CEO Rich
McBride. Shareholders also endorsed the official re-naming of the company to
"SeaView Video Technology Inc."
Highlights included an open house of the SEVU corporate headquarters, with
a display of fully operational products from underwater cameras to the newest
"light bulb camera," SecureView.
Many attendees were amazed at the high-quality video and zero-light
performance of the underwater cameras, but the new screw-in security camera
was by far the brightest star of the show. As McBride introduced the product
as a "hands-on look at the future," the camera-bulbs were connected to the
hotel's light sockets, with crisp clear pictures instantly appearing on TV
sets distributed around the premises, in both black-and-white and color.
The audience was captivated by a "first cut" playback of the SecureView
direct-response TV commercial and gave the piece a huge round of applause.
The commercial was generated in-house by the company's media and creative
department. "We have our own graphics and television production facility,"
McBride commented. "We do our own web design, even printing is done here.
That gives us complete control, and we can make changes in minutes, rather
than weeks."
SecureView TV marketing will move forward, said Marketing Consultant
Jennifer Lawson. "Direct response marketing educates the consumer and
establishes a retail price point. We'll be ready then to prepare for mass
merchandising requirements. Retailers are wanting the downsized GE-bulb
product which is now near completion and testing."
The company announced that the next round of testing will involve two
Sheraton Hotel locations in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area, and that a major
bank will sign up for a test program in the near future.
The company's government liaison, Col. Larry Hoffman (Ret.), outlined a
very positive strategy for quickly securing government contracts. SeaView
currently sells product to the Coast Guard, U.S. Customs, and the EPA, in
addition to hundreds of state and local law enforcement agencies.

HUGE NEWS for SEVU: SeaView Expands SecureView Line, Confirms Moody's Listing
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SeaView Video Technology
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) will produce its SecureView(TM) "Light Bulb
Camera" in 12-volt and 24-volt DC versions, as well as 120-volt and 240-volt
AC models. In making the announcement, Vice President J. R. Cox explained:
"With our current major effort to finish production design work on the AC
version, the decision was made to move forward with the DC product as well."
"It makes sense to produce both at the same time," continued Cox.
"Because of certain design similarities, we'll see huge savings in the end
cost of products." The DC version will allow the company to enter the
automotive, RV, and boating markets. SecureView-DC will bring a small,
inexpensive camera to the commercial rail and trucking industries as well.
Said Cox: "We've got working units with full color and stereo audio, too."
The underwater camera utility patent will be strengthened via a PCT
application. The filing provides 30 months of international protection in all
major industrialized nations. "Intellectual Property protection is crucial,"
said CEO Rich McBride, "since we now own more than 17 patents and licenses.
Just today, I received the patent on WellCam(TM) for oil wells. The PCT gives
us the time we need to pursue patents in individual countries worldwide."
McBride previewed part of the schedule for the SeaView Stockholder's
Meeting January 22. "We'll see the new TV commercials for SecureView(TM), and
introduce two new products," he said. "When you see me screw in a light bulb,
then walk around the building plugging a TV set into electrical outlets, then
see that sharp clean picture appear -- it'll make a believer out of you. Then
I do it again, in full color!"
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. Saturday, January 22, at SeaView Corporate
Headquarters in Tierra Verde (St. Pete Beach). Rooms on the property are
still available at a reduced rate of $64, and potential investors and members
of the press are also welcome. Please RSVP via email
(sales@seaviewresearch.com) or by phone to Kim Hood at 727-866-3660 ext. 206.
The SEVU Moody's listing should be completed shortly, appearing first
electronically and then in print, giving the company "Blue Sky" and allowing
brokers to get aboard. S & P is expected to follow immediately.

Denta-Cam brings smile to St. Petersburg company
Keisha Rutledge
The next time you're at the dentist's office, smile ... you could be on dental camera.
SeaView Video Technology in St. Petersburg just launched a new specialized video camera for dental use called Denta-Cam.
With the product, patients can view a live picture of the work being performed by their dentist. Denta-Cam also will use infrared diodes to illuminate problems.
"Current competition uses expensive fiber optics, and the devices must be inserted into the patient's mouth," said Rich McBride, the company's chief executive officer. "They sell in the $4,000 range. Denta-Cam will sell for $699.
"Perhaps the greatest advantage we have is that it already exists in mass production because it's an unweighted super-mini camera with the addition of a positioning stand."
Company officials said the product got great feedback during its testing phase. SeaView is now taking orders for the device and plans to have an illustration of the Denta-Cam on its Web site -- http://www.sevu.com -- in the near future.

SeaView 4th Quarter Orders Top $6 Million.
PR Newswire, Nov 28, 2000
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ --
SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) (www.sevu.com) today announced that orders for Fourth Quarter through November 27 totaled over $6 Million. "It looks like we will have a great year for SeaView," commented CEO Rich McBride, "and next year we intend to surpass our goal of $160 Million."
The $80-Million-plus deal for SecureView Multi-Camera Systems in Taiwan is back on track, according to Larry Hoffman, VP National Sales. The company will send its own team next month for meetings. "One of the big advantages in putting this together is our direct connection, plus one of our major parts suppliers is a Taiwan-based company," Hoffman said.
"The SecureView commercial systems utilize our patent-pending IR floodlights," said VP New Products J R Cox. "They resemble a standard bulb, and flood large areas with light that only the camera can see."
Final testing and modifications have been completed for the launch of robotic-assembly volume production of the SecureView cameras. Said McBride: "We are in the unique position of being oversold. We did not make the mistake of rushing into high-quantity production that could have resulted in potential recalls. The units shipped thus far are performing very well. Although more expensive to produce, they gave us valuable input and the confidence to proceed with mass production. Our SeaView Marine Division products are now achieving 5-to-1 profit margins with mass manufacturing. SecureView will follow that pattern closely."
