You clearly don't 'get it' . . . on many fronts. Alas, I will not cease trying to reach you. Apparently, you have a perception that Christians are stodgy and have no fun. Not true! As a sinner saved by the grace of God, I can tell you that living as God leads me is one heck of a ride! I realize that sometimes people chase after certain lifestyles seeking fulfillment. Another point you have incorrect is "wrath of Satan." It's the wrath of God you should be concerned about. Satan's future is already set, and it's not pretty. The bible does not tell you not to drink wine! Jesus drank wine. The bible just advises you not to get drunk. Fru, you are human and subject to human experiences and failings. Just do yourself a favor, maybe just to humor yourself, at least read the book. Heck, I'll even buy it for you and mail it to you if you pm me your name and address. You're worth three bucks to me, even if you aren't worth three bucks to you!

Hell won't even provide you with a room with no view Fru, and Satan and his minions are hoping with baited breath you remain as stupid as you confess you are today. In fact, there are probably some other Christians on this board who prefer not to see you in heaven either. But I know that God changes hearts each and every day, and if you allow Him into your heart, you'll have a changed heart.

Fru, I don't doubt for a single second that you enjoy your life as it is now. But I know that you are not a genuinely happy person. Without Christ in your life, genuine joy is absent. There is a whole other level of peace, contentment, joy, etc., etc., that God wants to give you! Satan is currently successsful at keeping you from so many wonderful gifts God wants to bless His children with! More that you can hold! I'm telling you the truth Fru. Satan is the one lying to you, and you're buying it hook, line, and sinker. Satan wants to sink you into the depths of Hell with him.

How is it that I want more for you than you want for you? I understand that you currently do not want to be saved, you fail to understand the need. Fru, just be open to the possibility, o.k.? Don't close the door. Be open to receiving answers to your questions. I know you have questions! It's o.k. to give yourself time to understand and process information.

Still lost and searching? I do realize that when you say "Praise the Lord! I see the light!" that you are mocking the very God who made you - The way, the truth and the life! The Ann Arbor News crime column reported that a man walked into a Burger King in Yipsilanti, Michigan, at 8:50 a.m., flashed a gun and demanded cash. The clerk turned him down because he said he couldn't open the cash register without a food order. When the man ordered onion rings, the clerk said they weren't available for breakfast. The man, frustrated, walked away.

Kentucky
Two men tried to pull the front off a cash machine by running a chain from the machine to the bumper of their pickup truck. Instead of pulling the front panel off the machine, though, they pulled the bumper off their truck. Scared, they left the scene and drove home. With the chain still attached to the machine. With their bumper still attached to the chain. With their vehicle's license plate still attached to the bumper.

Louisiana
A man walked into a Circle-K, put a $20 bill on the counter and asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the man pulled a gun and asked for all the cash in the register, which the clerk promptly provided. The man took the cash from the clerk and fled, leaving the $20 bill on the counter. The total amount of cash he got from the drawer? Fifteen dollars.

Arkansas
Seems this guy wanted some beer pretty badly. He decided that he'd just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run. So he lifted the cinder block and heaved it over his head at the window. The cinder block bounced back and hit the would-be thief on the head, knocking him unconscious. Seems the liquor store window was made of Plexiglas. The whole event was caught on videotape.

New York
As a female shopper exited a convenience store, a man grabbed her purse and ran. The clerk called 911 immediately and the woman was able to give them a detailed description of the snatcher. Within minutes, the police had apprehended the snatcher. They put him in the car and drove back to the store. The thief was then taken out of the car and told to stand there for a positive ID. To which he replied, "Yes, officer, that's her. That's the lady I stole the purse from."

Seattle
When a man attempted to siphon gasoline from a motor home parked on a Seattle street, he got much more than he bargained for. Police arrived at the scene to find an ill man curled up next to a motor home near spilled sewage. A police spokesman said that the man admitted to trying to steal gasoline and plugged his hose into the motor home's sewage tank by mistake. The owner of the vehicle declined to press charges, saying that it was the best laugh he'd ever had.

Just happened to pop in and noticed your inquiry. Haven't been on the board, even to read, for about a month. The board got flooded, all at once it seemed, with all these 'new' aliases with hyper negative slants. That coupled with some of the golden oldies deciding to play with them reminded me of a class of five year olds not playing nicely in the school yard during recess. I really don't understand why some people decide to get down and dirty rather than try to lift others up - but to each their own. At any rate, it had gotten beyond ridiculous and I just decided to bow out until hopefully the board cleaned itself up a bit. Haven't viewed enough posts to see if that has occured.

I have read the press releases and all looks favorable to me! I'm still in and intend to stay that way.

It is indeed most unfortunate that many here choose not to see where they may be a contributor to the current aroma here. Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, each post one makes is a reflection of that particular individual. Too bad so many don't take the high road. Perhaps it is just not in them. Sad.

Additionally, all you moderators (monitors too) have unselfishly agreed to accept a job that seems to be unappreciated by far too many. I, for one, do appreciate the efforts each of you make, each and every day, for what must feel to each of you (at times) as a thankless job.

My sincere and heartfelt appreciation to each of you for the jobs that you do here.

Perhaps one day, everyone invested here will not take the current state of what we do know about DNAG out on each other here, but will accept individual responsibility for individual decisions and leave it at that. After all, that is where it begins and that is where it should end.
