Slow accumulation seems to be going on. Anything could happen but is the N7 deal closes. I'm expecting North of .90 as a starter.
just sitting and waiting. haven't sold a share. all my buys at and under .12 bring me to evens now. Still targeting $1.50 - $2.00. I like the last couple podcasts Leslie has done
Bought some 2.48s
1st buy after selling on that big move August. .0395 Lotto...
don't even consider buying shares North of $4. JMO

ADDING some shares here at .70
ADDING some shares here at .70
capital raise high probability bet
ABRW... now those were the good 'ole patient days. loaded up for what now feels close to a year from around .68 down to .28
still my biggest winner in 10 years.
came back in with the same idea. avg .34
have been holding/adding for too long.
.75 from break even here didn't expect this for months but figured a run was due.
let's see a real squeeze please.
20K at .10 ... this stock seems to have no floor. figured a couple grand thrown at $1.4M valuation was worth a shot. Not that their earnings justify much.
may double down if goes under .05
Biggest thing going for this stock is the 15M OS float.
outside of that they are in a dead market.
They need to announce a deal with some sort of big name shelf space Co.
picked up 5.5K shares at .2265 appears to be going to zero, eh.
couple big money people behind this company yet seems like they've all but long forgotten about it.
insiders warrants over $1.00 so lets see if they can do something to garner market interest
Rising interest rates for companies carrying huge debt is very problematic.
no buyout and this will suffer long time
That's a shame as CBD is going to make a big run in next 4-20 months.
Big Box retailers and Consumer Product Groups are lining up large orders, spurned by the pass of AB-45 in California.
Would have given this ticker a big run when the news of this stuff going on in the shadows right now surfaces.
Picked up BRQSW today .033 from .118 avg sale. Rinse / Repeat.
they may have lost $50M but a lot of write-offs in 2021 to book.
let's see what 2022 brings
Does NBEV still own Marley Brand for CBD drink distribution rights?
holding long and strong. This dog will have its day within next 18 months. 5x-10x very possible.
Might get an R/S first. that's a risk.
time will tell, don't gamble with what you aren't prepared to lose
show me sub .06 and will start buying back. Barring 'real' news with tangible numbers and this story could have years to go. JMO
anyone can go to an investor conference and talk very bullish. Deals and $$ is the detail the markets chase
out for almost 2x gain.. don't like that they issued themselves millions of shares.
just feels scammy. then again 95%+ of these pennies are.
disaster for longs
GBLX sells Las Vegas Cannabis operation for $8M. pivot business away from marijuana
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/01/11/2364758/0/en/Gb-Sciences-Completes-8-Million-Sale-of-Las-Vegas-Cannabis-Facility.html
$6M market capitalization. 317.43M shares outstanding.
Bought back in over the last week of trading. so far I'm 2 for 2 in a couple of years on buying in under .06 or so and selling for a double or more.
would like to see the day I hold longer term but so far the news that keeps coming out isn't tangible enough.
tax loss selling is a great time of year to pick up next years runners...
I'm about $1.60 but have a large amount of shares. 80% of which I've held for over 1 year will be up to two year summer 2022.
I'll probably just hold unless something really crazy and unrealistic happens
all those shares Ive been picking up at .50 a bit under and then .62'ish may pay off.
was planning on buying bit more next week, but volume today may say those sort of prices are done.
only time will tell.
one thing for sure. the revs of Panacea alone don't justify a $20-$40M market cap... (that's the bad news IMO)
on great news is their outstanding share count... if some BS PR, or pump were to come, it could go Parabolic, easy
Year End Dump. will probably see new lows next week
should see tax-loss selling increase next week.
plenty of folks who bought in over $.09 will just take their loss and move on.
rinse repeat
why bother picking up PLC status only to not support the shareprice and let it fall 75%... what a hunk of junk...
.50 wow. Market Cap $7M from the $40M circa R/S... picked up another 5.5K shares here at .50 to avg down. looks like tons more there to buy.
tax loss selling?
.50 wow. Market Cap $7M from the $40M circa R/S... picked up another 5.5K shares here at .50 to avg down. looks like tons more there to buy.
tax loss selling?
My starter was $1.17 couple days ago and still going down. don't want to add to my small position until I get the deal.
$400M circa annual earnings?
$161M current market cap
146M shares outstanding..
Is there an ATM that is stuck on highest setting?
Whats the reason for this imbalance?
Why is NBEV trading at 1/2 revs?
I haven't bought this stock since back in the American Brewing to NBEV transition days.
Looking at it now at $1.17
What is the deal.. why such a low market cap?
tks

Disclosure. Have had no position in this for a very long time and no intention of initiating anytime soon.
Maybe in the high $2s if show
When should we expect the R/S to take effect?
2031... wow. that is weird. I've never seen anything like this.
I don't read this as a positive but stuck deep so unless I think it's going to zero can't react
could have been a great call. I know I wish I'd sold the 500K or so shares I had on the EV pop into the .20s
my avg is about .08
So I figure I can sit it out, wait for all my buys to get into a lower capital gains bracket and sell that run that will eventually come, someday down the road.
I still believe that CBD will have its day.
only time will tell
No Love. couldn't find out the turnover nor stature in the industry for Panacea
spoke with a buddy of mine who is at a major turning over $30-$50M.
qoute
"There are so many companies out there, no way to keep track or know of"
basically, if they aren't in the top 8 as far as turnover, they are off the radar.
We are all at the mercy of future news.
I fancy our chances as they wouldn't have done all this work. Panacea wouldn't have wanted to IPO if they didn't think they could drive up the price?
good luck to us
I think Kelly was getting her calculations the same as mine.
112M / 28M = 4M
remember public float is all we really care about as with any substantial news that is all that new investors, traders with FOMO, algos trading news can buy into.
585M / 28 = 21.89M
now I don't know that the Panacea deal brought the O/S public float to 585M..
I'm just gonna hold, wait for the R/S, check the public float then, reset and make my investment strategy then. I've got a significant enough multiple of the current daily volume, so it's not like I can do anything at the moment, anyway
the life of a retail investor eh. 9 out 10 times get ready for pain when dealing with OTC companies
Know what your own, stick with your trading strategy.. don't buy shares to begin with, without a strategy. have more winners than losers ;)
