If IR is given misleading information, what does that say about the company? I have been up 3mm share and down zero, but this is not comforting information.

Based on the timing of the grant and sale, it looks like a Christmas bonus. Merry Xmas Mr. Reid. Two coal lumps for DanRup.
Not true (again). Reid said in a letter to the board he wanted them to consider it.
Interesting lack of activity.
It should be showtime until close. Carrying a short position through the weekend with a drilling crew beavering away on two wells could lead to a surprise at 9:30 Monday.

Re: Belize Project
Andrew/Steve
As you know, the crew is onsite and we are in the final stages of preparation. Things are progressing at a cautious rate. Since this is our first foray into drilling in Belize, every aspect has been analyzed and double and triple checked. Treaty will commence drilling this week. The first step is to set the conductor pipe. Since we are rigging up to set conductor pipe, the plan is to basically set the conductor pipe on Wells #1 and #2 before proceeding to the intermediate drilling.
An interesting observation of the prospect is that it resembles many of the characteristics of the fields to the North in Mexico. The Mexican wells are very productive and provide some of the finest light crude on this planet. I expect our wells in Belize to produce 200-1000 barrels of oil per day, as evidenced by the BNE wells to the North and the wells in Mexico.
The crew is excited and once we begin the clock ticking, Treaty Energy Drilling will not stop until completion.
I have relayed some of my thoughts about the prospect to Steve and he will elaborate with a follow up memo to you, Andrew, and the board of directors.
Wish us Luck,
Bill Harden
Shorter/manipulator all tuckered out.
Reid continues to acquire.

That was my 1000 buy, just for the mere F. U. factor of it. Interestingly, it took about two minutes for the buy at ask to fill, if that tells you something.
My apologies for being a fundamental buy, but if this stock hangs on the difference between a close of three hundredths of a cent, then I am really not interested. I did not buy this stock to trade between the difference of .0415 and .15. I bought this stock to hold until .50 to 1.00, depending on the momentum and the probability of going to 2.00 or higher. If the stock goes 15 cents and stalls, soyanara. If we have hit the next Bakken, say hello to your new little friend. Harry
He lives on Bourbon Street? I hope he is getting enough rest.
Go on vacation for two weeks. In the interim, anyone with $1000 can swing this stock price 5% to 10%.
Really? You were an English major before the oilpatch?
This company reminds me a lot of Samson Oil, except it has better prospects.
50% haiku. 50% poem.
350 barrels a day of $80 oil is $10,220,000 per year.
An "employee" is not necessarily an 'insider." An insider is a "control Person" or a person owning more that 5% of outstanding shares. A secretary buying 1000 shares is not an insider transaction. On the other hand, if she bought 100000 shares because she knew that BNE was about to buyout TECO at $1.00 per share, she would be trading on "insider" information.
Underwhelming market response to Berrard's presentation.
He says "we have Form 10s and S 1s filed, and once they are declared effective, were are immediately going to list on a U.S. stock exchange." This is consistent with what IR declared.
To clarify, that was an email. I have found nothing about a quarterly report, but Christmas would be an odd day to announce anything and it does not usually coincide with the end of a quarter. I assume that this will be a part of Wednesday's presentation and perhaps some new deals. The Cheney Bros. deal certainly aids market penetration. Good luck.
Amy Simpson, IR dated 12/3/2010. Text as follows:
Sorry Mark, Yes, we have filed an application to list on NASDAQ – the timing isn’t confirmed but I would expect early February.
Thursday ends with ask $1.92 above bid? MM know something we don't know?
Curious action on a no news day.
IR says that relist on NASDAQ should occur by early February. IMHO exit from the Pinks should be the beginning of a catalyst to triple digit PPS growth. That would suggest 60 days or less to establish core holding, assuming that NASDAQ does not happen sooner. Price action should soon show.
With 70% of the outstanding shares off the table until 2012, the rise may be dramatic
Registration for resale. Precursor to exit from Pinksheets?
