For the record, Tier 1 Reg A offerings can only have a maximum raise of $20,000,000 per 12 month period. So the maximum share price that can be set here is $1. Anything more than that would require a Reg A Tier 2 which requires a set of Audited Financials and related disclosures. I presume that this is not on the table at the moment, but once annual financials are prepared, could become a possibility.

This stock had an A/S cap of 6B as of fairly recently (before last shareholder meeting and phony vote). The A/S was then increased to 20B to accommodate further dilution and outstanding convertible debt from prior lenders. The fact that the O/S increases doesn't equate to everything being put into the market at once. Often a large note holder dilutes over time. I believe this is the cause of the current market price action. We saw the same pattern a few months ago before the nice run up. The company diluted close to 600M shares in the space of about a month. Once the A/S was maxed the price ran and then they increased the A/S again. It could have been a great play if they wouldn't keep diluting this into the ground.

200Million+ shares added to OS over the last two weeks. Expecting another few hundred million based on what happened before the previous run. Give it a few weeks and this could have another nice little pop. Expecting lower teens or even trips though. GLTA

Subsequent events have to happen before they can be reported (kind of obvious, but perhaps not so intuitive). A subsequent event refers to something that happened after the close of the period for which the financial statements are issued, but before the issuance of such financial statements.
