Well, after almost 4 years of torture with scumbag swank. I'm done! Sold whatever I had and took a 10K loss. My good friend is still holding on but is down 29K. Swank is a scam artist and will one day get his due. Good luck all!

Ok I see the company info. So it appears legit on its face. The company is out of NY, so where did the NJ address come from? However, The 201 phone number listed on the site is NJ and consistent with the county where the North Bergen address is listed.
Oh mr Leiber if he even exists didn't offer to use his home address. Apt 3f isn't listed under his name. If fact, none are. It's a very big building with multiple apts. None belonging to anyone named Leiber. I have pics of the building directory. I'm using my phone so I can't post pics. This is and always was a big elaborate scam from the beginning.
How did you come across this address?
A coworker passed by the supposed Leiber address last night. He is also a share holder. And a large one at that. Unfortunately guys, there is no Leiber group at that address. It's an apartment building. I have pics too.
I just want to make sure that the address that was posted is that of the frank leiber involved with cgaq. Because it is a 15 minute drive from where I work. So I can check out the address.
Did a yahoo search for leiber associates in north Bergen nj and nothing comes up.

I hate to sound negative, but I can't help to think this grand opening isn't going to be anything like the last one. Just have had this feeling that this company lost something along the way. Were all expecting this firecracker to make a loud noise, but I think were gonna get a dud!
Sorry guys, please tell me how this helps cgaq and us? The bill states you have to be a licensed casino operator in Atlantic city. Unless, the 3rd location is the old sands casino then this is useless. Hey Mil I live in nj too!

Spoke to a friend who is a local business owner in the town I work. He is from the DR and owns property there. He has relatives who live in sosua and stated the casino is beautiful. More importantly, he stated that Luperon is a gorgeous destination and is in the process of revitalization, he claimed alot of new construction is being done and more hotels will be built soon. Also, a main road was recently constructed linking Santo Domingo with Luperon. Thus, allowing for more public traffic. One thing I found interesting is that their is a small village on the mountain surrounding Luperon called La Terrena. It's a very affluent community of mostly Italians. He said the village belongs to Luperon. So, it seems Luperon may very well be CGAQ's backbone.

I completely agree with the last few assessments. Most old investors like myself have probably been buying to avg down the pps. I don't think we'll get alot of believers until q1 2011 which won't be out until late spring. If they can show another profit, but more subtantial, than I feel that is the next big catalyst. I dont think we'll see price action like the grand opening of sosua. Hell, i watched this thing fly with the announcement of securing sosua sent it to 1.05 back in may 2009. now that we're showing a profit(highly questionable math) and opening a second casino, it's at 2 cents. So, seems like not many believers out there

I highly doubt you'll see a cgaq casino in punta cana anytime soon. The property values are much more expensive. Plus, I don't think we'll be able to compete with the hard rock casino

Why would anyone wanna pay more than .10 when you can pay less than .02 now. Nothing changes between now and second opening. Just trying to understand your logic
