I don't know when, I haven't really monitored it in a long time, but I just noticed that the vale of the shares that I was stuck with has risen. Weird.
I got in at 6 hoping to get a nice bump off of the hype.
If I can get in at .09 I may try to ride the hype.
Thanks for the advice. I called my broker (sharebuilder) and they told me, essentially, the same thing; that it could happen as soon as tomorrow and in a worst case scenario, two weeks. The rep I spoke with recommended that I check my portfolio several times a day.
I hope it doesn't take the full two weeks!
Well, I just jumped in. Good luck to all of us.
I just got a newsletter from Pennystockadvice.com promoting this stock. Maybe you guys will see something happen soon. Goodluck.
Nah. Manchester, New Hampshire.
I love Manchester Regional Airport! Only 10 minutes from my office and it's nothing to go through security. If anyone visits me and is intent on flying into Logan, I tell them to rent a car. ;)
Thanks, I didn't know about that.
I put in a buy order at ask over 20 mins ago and it hasn't been posted yet. This is the first time that I haven't been filled immediately. Wouldn't it be nice if it was because it was about to run? Lol.
Well, they get you with a high surcharge on sub pennies. I'm in the process of transferring my account. I have to say though, I do like the look of the trade balance having a sell order in for $1 on my few million shares!
Ya, it was. All I've played with are sub pennies. I've only recently changed from a cash account to a margin account and all the while I've had the account (near 2 years), I've been able to place a sell order for up to the $1 above bid.
I have a margin account through Sharebuilder right now. But when I had a standard cash account and FAR LESS than 20k in it, I was still able to place a sell order at a maximum of $1 higher than the current Bid price. And, actually, that same rule holds true for a margin account.
Blue Dog,
I can't private reply, sorry.
Earlier this week I've actually started looking for a different online broker. Sharebuilder is pricey to buy and sell through. The normal broker fee, $9.95 ($7.95 if you sign up for a subscription), isn't awful. But the Low Cost Security Surcharge is painful when you buy shares under $1 in large quantities.
The reason I've stayed with them despite that is because of being able to link an ING Direct checking/savings account. By doing so, you can transfer money between accounts easily and can also fund trades with an ING Direct account at no additional cost for the wire.
That convenience is nice but the trading fee has gotten ridiculous.
I hope that helps.
Just got my order filled at .0003. My nice sized pile just got a little nicer.
I've put two orders in today. One at 3 and one at 2. Still waiting on the 2 to fill.
Ya, that's true. The way they link Sharebuilder with ING Direct makes it wicked convenient though. That's why I stick with them despite the surcharge. I can move money around quickly through ING accounts so I can buy spontaneously (Heh, which is probably a bad thing for me) and get to the money as quickly as it clears.
I've been using ING and have been happy with how quick they fill my orders of CGFIA.
An hour or so ago I was able to get my order of 700,000 filled at 5 through Sharebuilder. I may have been 10 minutes tops to get filled after I submitted it.
Hey guys. Been eyeing this for awhile and decided to buy in today thanks to so many people's fears. I tried getting in lower but finally got in at .003
Thank you.
Is there free level 2 anywhere? the normal place I look doesn't have SFSH available.
I haven't had a problem getting filled at the ask. Sharebuilder is filling my orders right away.

Minimum Listing Requirements for Mining Companies
Sec. 314. Requirements for Eligibility for Listing – Non-exempt issuers
****skipped the first section pertaining to Producing Mining Companies****
b) Mineral Exploration and Development—Stage Companies
i) an Advanced Property, detailed in a report prepared by an independent qualified person18. The Exchange will generally consider a property to be sufficiently advanced if continuity of mineralization is demonstrated in three dimensions at economically interesting grades;
ii) a planned work programme of exploration and/or development, of at least $750,00019 that is satisfactory to the Exchange, will sufficiently advance the property and is recommended by an independent qualified person20;
iii) sufficient funds to complete the planned programme of exploration and/or development on the company's properties, to meet estimated general and administrative costs, anticipated property payments and capital expenditures for at least 18 months. A management-prepared 18 month projection (by quarter) of sources and uses of funds detailing all planned and required expenditures signed by the Chief Financial Officer must be submitted;
iv) working capital of at least $2,000,00021 and an appropriate capital structure; and
v) net tangible assets22 of $3000000.
Property Ownership—A company must hold or have a right to earn and maintain at least a 50% interest in the qualifying property. Companies holding less than a 50% interest, but not less than a 30% interest, in the qualifying property may be considered on an exceptional basis, based on programme size, stage of advancement of the property and strategic alliances. Where a company has less than a 100% interest in a qualifying property, the programme expenditure amounts attributable to the company will be determined based on its percentage ownership23.
I'm new at this so if it's incorrect maybe it can help point someone in the right direction who knows what their doing.
Just got in @ .0034. GLTYA
You guys are having a great day over here. Just wanted to take a second and say grats! =D
That was easy!
Lol! I actually laughed so hard at this that an employee came into my office asking what made me laugh so hard. "Proves insider trading". Lol. I'm glad that the real world doesn't work that way. I don't believe that just because a college student/athlete posted something online, that it has been proven. Lol, oh man. That made me tear up from laughing so hard. I would agree that it's suspicious. Hehe, I hope you're never called to jury duty.
I love this! lol
Can you verify with proof?
I second that! This type of conversation does nothing for the board except get us off track.
I don't know what to think. The events of the last few market days have been crazy. Lol, I think that SAEI is a rough stock for a new investor to get in on. This is only my second stock that I've been in. The first was CPM@F and that was that truly wasn't a good first pick for a newb investor.
But the DD in the IBox is fantastic. The additional DD that I've done I feel good about. I truly am new at this and make no bones about it. But through all the ups and downs over the last couple days, nothing with the company itself seems to cast any red flags to me. There are many great posters in this board, though admittedly sometimes a little too "optimistic" with their forecasts (at least for my personal taste). I'm long in this stock and even loaded up with another $3000 today. So far my only regret is I didn't wait a little longer before I bought so that I try to determine a bottom.
I hope we all do well, including SAEI! To you posters that actually try to help, you know who you are (we all do), thank you. I think we're going places. Lol, my 1 month of knowledge! But I just wanted to add a little of my optimism to go along with many others.
Have a great night everyone.
Exactly. The ask being at $5 and then $7.11 stopped me from buying for most of the day. I'm sure that many people today had a hard time buying.
Well my ask finally moved....from $5 to $7.11. Very frustrating. I had some funds clear and would like to pick up another 9k shares.
No, I have been using Sharebuilder since I got started last month.
Is there some reason my online broker is showing my ASK at $5.00 all day? I'm thinking I should change brokers.
Are there any brokers that aren't asking $5.00? I'd like to buy more at some point but not at $5. lol
I'm a wicked Newb at this, I know.
Ah, thanks for the friendly reminder.
I don't know about how to take this. But I've joined the "Official" Supatcha Resources group on Facebook a few days ago. I don't know if it's ran by the company or just an investor but they are claiming that the 43-101 will be released premarket tomorrow. I guess we'll see, I just thought I'd share.
