No one has a gun to your head to be here-If this company was a scam they would have diluted the F out of it....TROY AND KOHN own most of the OS. They diluted about 3M share in about 2 yrs to pay pay filing fees, attorneys, etc. THEY HAVE A TON OF SKIN IN THE GAME HERE..ITs to their best interest to get this trading again on a the OTC or larger capital market....Only 1 deal will pay the bills and go a long way....we wait and see...You are interested in like a hawk to or wouldn't be here.

WTF are you talking about??? They can trade again either with SEC AUDITED FILINGS OR PINK ALTERNATIVE IF THE FULLFILL THE REQUIREMENTS.

Unless they have the funds now from a closed deal....They could get trading again, pay off any note, and work to be SEC audited compliant.

or they can go PINK ALTERNATIVE and not file SEC auditing filings....that cost 5% of what SEC audited financials cost.

The stock is .0003/4 there are 100x worse pos which much larger os/floats/as that are higher and running....Just a matter of time...THERE ARE NO SHITTY STOCK, JUST BAD ENTRIES AND EXITS. That has nothing to do with it...hocus pocus bs...THE AUDITOR was involved in 1000s of companies and most of them are fine and will be fine once a new auditor is hired and from what I understand that is underway....Also, they dont need audited finances to trade again...just alternative trading pink status which is most of the pinks we trade...thats some financial statements by accountant and attorney review letter...Thing is these are big capital market guys like Robert Kohn, dont know if he want to come down to alternative pink just to trade quicker....thats where we are at. We know its a ton cheaper alternative pink status then sec audited financials...we should no soon.
