I know Chinook and several other of the active posters do not day trade. It is very clear people are playing the charts, selling on levels. I tend to believe there is manipualtion from the market makers. I speak to several people that post on here, and the longs are real long. I know that these guys are really not selling. If someone had a half million to a million to sell, it shouldn't hurt the price. It does because the market makers put the squeeze on. If they were bigger players they could buy and hold alot more. There is no shorting of the pennies, maybe day trading, but not by Chinook. Move on to next topic! please...

Easy, you are lost man! We have purchased restricted shares from the company. They are restricted for one year. A previous post explained what to do with them. You may be confused with Ameritrade restricting purchase of this stock. Not the same thing. Many of us are into this big because we were able to acquire restricted shares in the past. They are not free trading, therefore No you don't need to switch your account to Scottrade.

Reverse split, what will this do for us? I think nothing. We cannot reverse far enough to up list. AMEX is $2-$3/ share plus revenue criteria which we cannot meet. NASDAQ is $4/share and revenue criteria. NYSE is $5/share
So we can do a reverse split 1000 to 1 and get price in line for amex, but can we really. i can see a reverse split and re issuance of shares to owner, so he still has controlling amount. Why wouldn't he, he is allowed to.
Now lets talk about today, I am so tired about this reverse split rumor for the last 2 yrs or more.
Many of us have been told rumors that tribes are signed, i repeat many of us have heard rumors tribes are signed. Just because we are hearing rumors doesn't mean its true. What is the hold up? Something!
Why is Bailey not in the office, well maybe he is looking for a large partner to help us get there. I would strongly guess to be accurate. We all know the list of companies which have agreements with ATIG, many which we never hear of any more like "Cake"(which owns the servers). We all know the products like thunderball, musical slots, Racetrax ect. I wonder why they focus so long and hard on Indian tribes instead of where we can actually operate today(overseas). If servers are up, which they are being used on a trial basis now, why don't we operate internationally which our license from Canada allows us to do. Yes the US market is bigger, but revenue can pay for expenses rather than selling shares through MAXM. I thought last year after conference in San Francisco, we would have gone live then. I thought the year before the Detroit casino and the year before that musical slots and scratch off tickets. i wish someone could make things happen!
So no desire from me for a reverse split. Shares will still be sold to pay for consultants and other wages, as well as travel. No revenue stream before Indian casinos. My concern was that Rose got the name of the company wrong, calling it Atlantis Entertainment. That was a mistake we could have done without.

Every sale of .003 he puts a few more shares back in. I think he has almost nothing, only a few shares at a time. Not his style.

I have a feeling that after the last few gaming conferences, they must have had lots of Tribe excitement. It leads me to believe that we are witnessing a slow tribal council process. Like any thing approvals and contracts take time. Why would a tribe sit out on this. Build it and they will come.

Could CP Baker be the answer to ATIG"s woes. Will CP Baker invest, recruit investors. Will Bailey be able to quit selling shares, with their involvement. That is my impression. I had such a positive conversation when I called them, I suggest others do the same.
If we have not had too many tribes yet then what about our online license (out of Montreal Canada). Can we have a poker web site internationally as well. When will that start? I called CP Baker this morning. I had a long conversation with them. They told me they only ever handle 2-3 clients at a time, and dedicate their time to them. They are not into signing multiple clients. They select the ones they want to work with. I was not given extra information that was not in any press release, but I was given detailed explanations to everything. They truly understand this inside and out. I asked about their role ad investment bankers. I asked about computers and software as well as any and everything else I could think of. They wanted to help and understand the shareholders. I think they would like to hear from others.

I'll bet no launch. I think we relax, things are developing. Soon enough we will see what we have waiting for. Just not November!

I have an emotional rollercoaster with ATIG. I have been waiting for a few yrs for the legs to get under it. That being said. I called the Harrisburg office today. I spoke with Maureen. She confidently answered me that they absolutely will be going live in November. I asked twice, she did not waiver from her tone or response. I chased the bid down from .005 to .0045.I unloaded 5m of the 7m traded friday. I think i can buy back later when this is half the price. I think shares are being dumped, by Baily to finance this operation. The ndownward price from .03 has been driven by all the diluted shares hitting the market.

Grubes I tend to agree with wrj in r/s. To uplist to AMEX stock price needs to be $3.00 this would require a 600 to 1 r/s. That is severe. Wrj has plotted timing reason and price for this to happen. I agree with you about a start date. I would like To ask wrj about number of people playing. I understand servers are not up yet, so are the numbers you are seeing the Cake gaming participants. I believe that this is only an example of tech that is provided by Cake. I could be wrong, but how can there be that many people playing on TGN.

Now, I still think that the real opportunity will be world wide gaming not just US. Asia is huge, Macau and Singapore are bigger spot than Vegas for gambling.
